本发明公开了一种办公用空气净化器,包括镶嵌在办公桌上的四方体形壳体,设置在四方体形壳体内壁上的单片机,以及从下往上依次设置在壳体内温度传感器、湿度传感器、空气质量指数检测仪和空气净化装置;所述温度传感器、湿度传感器、空气质量指数检测仪均与单片机相连;所述壳体底面设有进风口,壳体顶面设有出风口和与单片机相连的触摸显示屏;所述进风口上安装有风轮和用于驱动风轮转动的电机,且该电机与单片机相连;所述出风口上设有百叶窗结构;所述单片机与外界直流电源相连。该空气净化器结构简单,体积小,可镶嵌到办公桌桌面中,且空气净化效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化装置,具体涉及一种办公用空气净化器。
背景技术
目前人们在室内办公时间越来越长,由于室外空气污染问题或者出于室内节能考虑,人们开窗换气时间越来越少,从而导致室内空气不流通,再加上装修材料和家具会释放出甲醛等空气污染物,直接危害到人们身体健康。
为了减少室内空气污染对健康影响,人们通常采取盆栽植物、家居型空气净化器和桌面型空气净化器来净化空气。盆栽植物虽有一定净化空气能力,但是室内空间大,空气不流通,因此盆栽植物净化后的空气和释放出的活性物质也难以及时有效输送到用户面前。而家居型空气净化器一般采用侧面进风、顶部出风的方式,通过空气循环将室内空气转换为洁净空气,虽有较强的净化空气能力,但是体积大、价格高、耗能大,仅适用于几十平米的空间区域净化,限制了它在大空间范围中局部区域空气净化的应用。因此,设计一种桌面型空气净化器十分必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种办公用空气净化器,该空气净化器结构简单,体积小,可镶嵌到办公桌桌面中,且空气净化效果好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种办公用空气净化器,包括镶嵌在办公桌上的四方体形壳体,设置在四方体形壳体内壁上的单片机,以及从下往上依次设置在壳体内温度传感器、湿度传感器、空气质量指数检测仪和空气净化装置;所述温度传感器、湿度传感器、空气质量指数检测仪均与单片机相连;所述壳体底面设有进风口,壳体顶面设有出风口和与单片机相连的触摸显示屏;所述进风口上安装有风轮和用于驱动风轮转动的电机,且该电机与单片机相连;所述出风口上设有百叶窗结构;所述单片机与外界直流电源相连。
具体的说,所述空气净化装置包括相对设置、用于与壳体卡接的两块侧挡板,从下往上依次卡接在两侧挡板之间的活性炭滤网、白色烤漆网、第一HEPA滤网和第二HEPA滤网。
具体的说,所述第一HEPA滤网和第二HEPA滤网之间还从下往上依次设有第一滤纸层、活性炭海绵层、纸蜂窝层和第二滤纸层。
进一步的,所述壳体内、空气净化装置与进风口之间还设有与单片机相连的负离子发生器。
优选的,所述单片机为STC51单片机。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明空气净化器结构简单,体积小,可镶嵌到办公桌桌面中,且空气净化效果好。
(2)本发明出风口设置为百叶窗结构,使其净化气出口朝向办公人员,能满足办公人员对个人区域洁净空气的需求。
(3)本发明还设置了温度传感器、湿度传感器和空气质量指数检测仪,能随时对办公室内空气进行检测,办公人员可根据空气的温度湿度和空气质量指数等选择开关空气净化器。
(4)本发明的空气净化装置为一个单独的整体,可整体放入或取出壳体,便于更换或后期维护。
(5)本发明负离子发生器释放负离子,使室内空气更加清新。

下面结合附图说明和实施例对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的方式包括但不仅限于以下实施例。
一种办公用空气净化器,如图1所示,该空气净化器包括镶嵌在办公桌上的四方体形壳体1,设置在四方体形壳体内壁上的STC51单片机,以及从下往上依次设置在壳体内温度传感器2、湿度传感器3、空气质量指数检测仪4和空气净化装置5;所述温度传感器2、湿度传感器3、空气质量指数检测仪4均与STC51单片机相连;所述壳体1底面设有进风口11,壳体顶面设有出风口12和与STC51单片机相连的触摸显示屏6;所述进风口11上安装有风轮13和用于驱动风轮转动的电机,且该电机与STC51单片机相连;所述出风口上设有百叶窗结构;所述STC51单片机与外界直流电源相连。
所述空气净化装置5包括相对设置、用于与壳体卡接的两块侧挡板51,从下往上依次卡接在两侧挡板之间的活性炭滤网52、白色烤漆网53、第一HEPA滤网54、第一滤纸层56、活性炭海绵层57、纸蜂窝层58、第二滤纸层59和第二HEPA滤网55。
所述壳体1内、空气净化装置5与进风口11之间还设有与单片机相连的负离子发生器7。

1.一种办公用空气净化器,其特征在于,包括镶嵌在办公桌上的四方体形壳体(1),设置在四方体形壳体内壁上的单片机,以及从下往上依次设置在壳体内温度传感器(2)、湿度传感器(3)、空气质量指数检测仪(4)和空气净化装置(5);所述温度传感器(2)、湿度传感器(3)、空气质量指数检测仪(4)均与单片机相连;所述壳体(1)底面设有进风口(11),壳体顶面设有出风口(12)和与单片机相连的触摸显示屏(6);所述进风口(11)上安装有风轮(13)和用于驱动风轮转动的电机,且该电机与单片机相连;所述出风口上设有百叶窗结构;所述单片机与外界直流电源相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种办公用空气净化器,其特征在于,所述空气净化装置(5)包括相对设置、用于与壳体卡接的两块侧挡板(51),从下往上依次卡接在两侧挡板之间的活性炭滤网(52)、白色烤漆网(53)、第一HEPA滤网(54)和第二HEPA滤网(55)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种办公用空气净化器,其特征在于,所述第一HEPA滤网(54)和第二HEPA滤网(55)之间还从下往上依次设有第一滤纸层(56)、活性炭海绵层(57)、纸蜂窝层(58)和第二滤纸层(59)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种办公用空气净化器,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)内、空气净化装置(5)与进风口(11)之间还设有与单片机相连的负离子发生器(7)。
5.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的一种办公用空气净化器,其特征在于,所述单片机为STC51单片机。
