本发明涉及一种安装在墙体内的太阳能空气净化器及其使用方法,包括安装在墙体内的壳体,所述壳体内沿气流行进方向依次设有对空气进行过滤的净化单元、负离子发生器和风扇,所述壳体外侧壁上设置有太阳能发电板,所述太阳能发电板位于墙体的外侧壁上,所述壳体的内侧壁上设置有位于室内的上盖板和滤芯盖,所述上盖板和滤芯盖设置有出风口、进风口、控制面板,所述壳体内设置有蓄电池和控制电路。所述净化单元包括PP棉滤网、HEPA高效滤网和载银活性碳滤芯。本发明不仅能够实现空气净化,而且安装在室内不占空间,清洗更换滤芯方便,环保节能,成本低,在一个房间的墙上可安装多个。

[0002]随着城市化和工业的发展,我们的环境受到严重污染,急需治理,家居中的各种新型的材料散发的诸如甲醛、苯、氨酚等对人体健康造成严重危害的物质,装修污染也进入了“高发期”夏季炎热,空气中的异味很容易使人头晕目眩、困倦、情绪不安。目前太阳能空气净化器结构复杂,难以清洗,功能单一,占用空间。
发明内容
[0003]本发明针对上述现有技术存在的问题做出改进,即本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种安装在墙体内的太阳能空气净化器及其使用方法,不仅能够能够实现空气净化,而且安装在室内不占空间,清洗更换滤芯方便,环保节能,成本低,在一个房间的墙上可安装多个。
[0004]为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种技术方案是:一种安装在墙体内的太阳能空气净化器及其使用方法,包括安装在墙体内的壳体,所述壳体内沿气流行进方向依次设有对空气进行过滤的净化单元、负离子发生器和风扇,所述壳体外侧壁上设置有太阳能发电板,所述太阳能发电板位于墙体的外侧壁上,所述壳体的内侧壁上设置有位于室内的上盖板和滤芯盖,所述上盖板设置有正对风扇的出风口,所述上盖板上还设置有控制面板,所述滤芯盖的下部设置有朝向净化单元的进风口,所述壳体内设置有蓄电池和控制电路,所述太阳能发电板为蓄电池、控制电路、负离子发生器和风扇供电。

[0007]为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的另一种技术方案是:一种如上述的安装在墙体内的太阳能空气净化器的使用方法,按以下步骤进行:开启净化器,气体由进风口进入壳体依次经过PP棉滤网、HEPA高效滤网和载银活性碳滤芯进行过滤,过滤后气体经负离子发生器电离化后,通过风扇将其从出风口排出,所述太阳能发电板为蓄电池、控制电路、负离子发生器和风扇供电。
[0008]与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、可以安装在墙内,一个房间的墙上可安装多个,节约空间;
2、三层净化,净化效率高,且采用PP棉滤网、HEPA高效滤网和载银活性碳滤芯净化节能环保;
3、滤芯盖拆卸方便,便于清洗。

具体实施方式
[0014]实施例一:如图卜3所示,一种安装在墙体内的太阳能空气净化器,包括安装在墙体内的壳体I,所述壳体I内沿气流行进方向依次设有对空气进行过滤的净化单元5、负离子发生器6和风扇7,所述壳I体外侧壁上设置有太阳能发电板2,所述太阳能发电板2位于墙体的外侧壁上,所述壳体的内侧壁上设置有位于室内的上盖板3和滤芯盖4,所述上盖板3设置有正对风扇7的出风口 31,所述上盖板3上还设置有控制面板32,所述滤芯盖4的下部设置有朝向净化单元5的进风口 41;所述壳体I内设置有蓄电池9和控制电路8,所述太阳能发电板为蓄电池9、控制电路8、负离子发生器6和风扇7供电。
[0015]本实施例中,所述净化单元5包括沿气流行进方向依次设置的PP棉滤网51、HEPA高效滤网52和载银活性碳滤芯53。

[0017]本装置的工作方法按以下步骤进行:开启净化器,气体由进风口进入壳体依次经过PP棉滤网、HEPA高效滤网和载银活性碳滤芯进行过滤,过滤后气体经负离子发生器电离化后,通过风扇将其从出风口排出,所述太阳能发电板为蓄电池、控制电路、负离子发生器和风扇供电,当连续阴雨天气时,采用室内电源为设备供电。

1.一种安装在墙体内的太阳能空气净化器,其特征在于:包括安装在墙体内的壳体,所述壳体内沿气流行进方向依次设有对空气进行过滤的净化单元、负离子发生器和风扇,所述壳体外侧壁上设置有太阳能发电板,所述太阳能发电板位于墙体的外侧壁上,所述壳体的内侧壁上设置有位于室内的上盖板和滤芯盖,所述上盖板设置有正对风扇的出风口,所述上盖板上还设置有控制面板,所述滤芯盖的下部设置有朝向净化单元的进风口,所述壳体内设置有蓄电池和控制电路,所述太阳能发电板为蓄电池、控制电路、负离子发生器和风扇供电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安装在墙体内的太阳能空气净化器,其特征在于:所述净化单元包括沿气流行进方向依次设置的PP棉滤网、HEPA高效滤网和载银活性碳滤芯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安装在墙体内的太阳能空气净化器,其特征在于:所述蓄电池位于控制电路后面,所述控制电路位于控制面板后面,所述控制面板位于出风口的侧边。
4.一种如权利要求2所述的安装在墙体内的太阳能空气净化器的使用方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:开启净化器,气体由进风口进入壳体依次经过PP棉滤网、HEPA高效滤网和载银活性碳滤芯进行过滤,过滤后气体经负离子发生器电离化后,通过风扇将其从出风口排出,所述太阳能发电板为蓄电池、控制电路、负离子发生器和风扇供电。
