本申请涉及一种恒湿净化新风装置,包括壳体,壳体外分别设有室外送风口、室内污风入风口、室内污风排风口、室外新风入风口;壳体内中部设有换热仓,壳体内换热仓左侧上部设有与室外送风口连通的送风仓,壳体内换热仓左侧下部设有与室内污风入风口连通的污风入风仓,壳体内换热仓右侧上部设有与室内污风排风口连通的污风排风仓,壳体内换热仓右侧下部设有与室外新风入风口连通的新风入风仓;送风仓内从左至右依次设置有送风风机、加湿机构、翅片冷凝器、翅片蒸发器;污风入风仓内设置有压缩机、电控箱;污风排风仓内设置有排风风机;新风入风仓内从左至右依次设置有活性炭过滤层、静电积尘层、静电电晕层、初级过滤网,换热仓内设置有全热交换器。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新风机系统,特别是一种恒湿净化新风装置。
背景技术
近几年环境恶化问题愈发严重,空气作为人们生存的必需品,环境污染对大气的质量影响得到了很高的关注,雾霾、沙尘暴在某些城市中出现的频率愈来愈高,给人们的身体健康带来很大的威胁,每个人、每个家庭都难以独善其身,老年人和婴幼儿无疑是污染空气的最大受害者,年龄和身体发育的特殊性使他们更容易患上各种呼吸道疾病。特别是近年全国采用PM2.5微粒检测仪监督空气质量后,查出国内绝大多数城市的空气质量都达不到安全标准,引起了国家的高度重视。空调器的使用对人居环境带来的空气质量负面影响也是触目惊心的。
目前市场已有新风机仅有新风除尘净化处理,内新风净化机是一种新型家用电器,将空气不断电离,产生大量负离子,被微风扇送出,形成负离子气流,达到清洁净化空气的目的,有效提高空气清洁度,更自然舒适,为富养舒适的空气净化专家。
现有技术的缺点:
一、空气干燥,易引发呼吸道疾病,以及引起皮肤水分流失导致肌纤维开裂、皱纹等;
二、家具等表面开裂;产生静电;
三、空气潮湿,易引起风湿类疾病、皮肤溃疡;
四、细菌易滋生,导致诱发感冒等易传播疾病;
五、能家具等表面氧化反应,加速老化霉变;而高湿环境则容易使人压抑。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决背景技术中的不足之处,提供一种一种恒湿净化新风装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种恒湿净化新风装置,包括壳体,壳体左侧上部设有室外送风口,其左侧下部设有室内污风入风口,其右侧上部设有室内污风排风口,其右侧下部设有室外新风入风口;壳体内中部设有换热仓,壳体内换热仓左侧上部设有与室外送风口连通的送风仓,壳体内换热仓左侧下部设有与室内污风入风口连通的污风入风仓,壳体内换热仓右侧上部设有与室内污风排风口连通的污风排风仓,壳体内换热仓右侧下部设有与室外新风入风口连通的新风入风仓;送风仓内从左至右依次设置有送风风机、加湿机构、翅片冷凝器、翅片蒸发器;污风入风仓内设置有压缩机、电控箱;污风排风仓内设置有排风风机;新风入风仓内从左至右依次设置有活性炭过滤层、静电积尘层、静电电晕层、初级过滤网,换热仓内设置有5全热交换器。
对于本发明的一种优化,换热仓内靠近污风入风口一侧设置有中效过滤层。
对于本发明的一种优化,换热仓内靠近新风入风仓一侧设置有高效过滤层。
对于本发明的一种优化,换热仓内靠近送风仓一侧设置有降解酶过滤层。
对于本发明的一种优化,换热仓内全热交换器一侧设置有电辅热装置。
对于本发明的一种优化,壳体内通过隔板间隔分成换热仓、送风仓、污风入风仓、污风排风仓和新风入风仓。
本发明与背景技术相比,具有不但能满足现有新风机补充氧气及净化空气的功能,还能够全热回收交换,减少换气所带来的能量损失,调节空气干湿度,使房间始终处于舒适的湿度区间,可根据设定自动开启清洗烘干,开启防霉模式。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照图1-3。一种恒湿净化新风装置,包括壳体18,壳体18左侧上部设有室外送风口181,其左侧下部设有室内污风入风口182,其右侧部设有室内污风排风口183,其右侧下部设有室外新风入风口184;壳体18内中部设有换热仓21,壳体18内换热仓21左侧上部设有与室外送风口181连通的送风仓22,壳体18内换热仓21左侧下部设有与室内污风入风口182连通的污风入风仓23,壳体18内换热仓21右侧上部设有与室内污风排风口183连通的污风排风仓24,壳体18内换热仓21右侧下部设有与室外新风入风口184连通的新风入风仓25;送风仓22内从左至右依次设置有送风风机8、加湿机构9、翅片冷凝器10、翅片蒸发器11;污风入风仓23内设置有压缩机6、电控箱7;污风排风仓24内设置有排风风机12;新风入风仓25内从左至右依次设置有活性炭过滤层4、静电积尘层3、静电电晕层2、初级过滤网1,换热仓21内设置有全热交换器5。
换热仓21内靠近污风入风仓23一侧设置有中效过滤层17。换热仓21内靠近新风入风仓25一侧设置有高效过滤层15。换热仓21内靠近送风仓22一侧设置有降解酶过滤层16。换热仓21内全热交换器5一侧设置有电辅热装置14。壳体18内通过隔板19间隔分成换热仓21、送风仓22、污风入风仓23、污风排风仓24和新风入风仓25。
实施例2:参照图1-3。新风、排风流程:室外新风经初级过滤网1、静电电晕层2、静电积尘层3、活性炭过滤层4、高效过滤层15除尘净化处理,再与室内全热交换器5进行全热交换;然后经翅片蒸发器11、翅片冷凝器10、加湿机构9等装置处理后由送风风机8送入室内;室内污风经中效过滤层17除尘净化处理,再与全热交换器5进行全热交换,即热回收,然后由排风风机12送出室外。
除湿:当室内湿度高于设定湿度时,开启压缩机6,由翅片蒸发器11制冷降温除湿,翅片冷凝器10制热升温,把新风因翅片蒸发器11失去的温度补偿回,此时加湿机构9不工作。
加湿:当室内湿度低于设定湿度时,压缩机6、翅片蒸发器11、翅片冷凝器10不工作;加湿机构9工作,对新风进行加湿。
电辅热:当室外低于-2℃时:室外新风与室内污风在95进行全热交换时,可能会出现结霜,导致风口堵塞,此时开启电辅热装置4,从而避免结霜引起的风口堵塞。
实施例3:参照图1-3。
(一)初级过滤网1价格低廉,可水洗、可反复使用,可以减轻后面过滤层过滤压力延长后面过滤层寿命
(二)静电电晕层2、静电积尘层3组合使用,可减轻高效过滤层过滤压力,去除PM2.5效率在99%以上、分解部分挥发性气体(如甲醛等)。静电积尘层可以水洗,可反复使用。
(三)活性炭过滤层4可以吸附静电电晕层、静电积尘层组合产生的微量臭氧,吸附部分挥发性气体(如甲醛等)。
(四)高效过滤层15可过滤前面未被过滤掉的部分尘埃
(五)全热交换器5让排除室内的污风与引进的新风进行热交换,回收热量,不但能够回收显热(温度),还可回收潜热(湿度),气候干燥时可以让室内减少水分流失,气候潮湿时可少引进室外水分。
(六)翅片冷凝器10、翅片蒸发器11组合使用,降温除湿后升温,实现等焓除湿,提高除湿效率,减少室内温升。
(七)使用除湿机专用压缩机6,相比冰箱压缩机除湿效率上升78.4%
(八)往复式湿幕加湿装置9,耗电量极低,仅0.018kW/kg耗电量。同时有定时自动清洗、烘干防霉功能,可有效避免加湿机构因潮湿引起细菌滋生而造成的二次污染
(九)降解酶过滤层16能吸附部分挥发性气体,如甲醛等,。
(十)中效过滤层17可以过滤室内排出污风中的灰尘,保护全热交换器,以防堵塞,延长使用寿命。
需要理解到的是:本实施例虽然对本发明作了比较详细的说明,但是这些说明,只是对本发明的简单说明,而不是对本发明的限制,任何不超出本发明实质精神内的发明创造,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种恒湿净化新风装置,其特征在于包括壳体(18),壳体(18)左侧上部设有室外送风口(181),其左侧下部设有室内污风入风口(182),其右侧部设有室内污风排风口(183),其右侧下部设有室外新风入风口(184);壳体(18)内中部设有换热仓(21),壳体(18)内换热仓(21)左侧上部设有与室外送风口(181)连通的送风仓(22),壳体(18)内换热仓(21)左侧下部设有与室内污风入风口(182)连通的污风入风仓(23),壳体(18)内换热仓(21)右侧上部设有与室内污风排风口(183)连通的污风排风仓(24),壳体(18)内换热仓(21)右侧下部设有与室外新风入风口(184)连通的新风入风仓(25);送风仓(22)内从左至右依次设置有送风风机(8)、加湿机构(9)、翅片冷凝器(10)、翅片蒸发器(11);污风入风仓(23)内设置有压缩机(6)、电控箱(7);污风排风仓(24)内设置有排风风机(12);新风入风仓(25)内从左至右依次设置有活性炭过滤层(4)、静电积尘层(3)、静电电晕层(2)、初级过滤网(1),换热仓(21)内设置有全热交换器(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的恒湿净化新风装置,其特征是换热仓(21)内靠近污风入风仓(23)一侧设置有中效过滤层(17)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的恒湿净化新风装置,其特征是:换热仓(21)内靠近新风入风仓(25)一侧设置有高效过滤层(15)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的恒湿净化新风装置,其特征是:换热仓(21)内靠近送风仓(22)一侧设置有降解酶过滤层(16)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的恒湿净化新风装置,其特征是:换热仓(21)内全热交换器(5)一侧设置有电辅热装置(14)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的恒湿净化新风装置,其特征是:壳体(18)内通过隔板(19)间隔分成换热仓(21)、送风仓(22)、污风入风仓(23)、污风排风仓(24)和新风入风仓(25)。
