Motion type oil soaking equipment and method for biologically refined herbal fibers

The invention relates to the field of fibrilia production. In particular to a biological refined herbal fiber motion type oil soaking device and a method.
Background
The herbal fiber has long history of application, and the process of extracting the herbal fiber from the raw material adopts a method of retting natural flora under natural condition. However, the traditional process occupies a large water surface (the contradiction between the traditional process and the water source competing with the breeding industry is increasingly prominent in recent decades) and takes a long time, so that the quality of the product is extremely unstable. After finding out a proper degumming strain, a production process for biological degumming of modern fibrilia is formed, wherein the process generally comprises the working procedures of pretreatment, inoculation, fermentation, inactivation, cleaning, oil soaking, drying and the like, for example, the cleaned fibrilia is subjected to oil soaking treatment, the excessive moisture in the fibrilia is generally removed manually by a centrifugal dehydrator, and is shaken loose by a tremble machine, and then the fibrilia is put into a cage and is soaked in an oil tank at 50-90 ℃ for about 2.0 hours, and the excessive oil is removed by the centrifugal dehydrator and is trembled loose. This approach is not only inefficient, but also labor intensive.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the technical problems of high labor intensity and high efficiency of the existing oil soaking mode, and provides a biological refined herbal fiber movement type oil soaking device.
The invention relates to a motion type oil soaking device for biologically refining herbaceous fibers, which comprises:
an input device for receiving biologically refined herbal fibers;
the water squeezing device comprises a frame, a driving press roller and a driven press roller, wherein the driving press roller and the driven press roller are arranged on the frame, and the water squeezing device receives and extrudes the herbal fibers sent by the input device;
the conveying device is used for receiving the herbal fibers output by the water squeezing device;
the device comprises a plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices, wherein the horizontal conveying devices are arranged up and down, the input end of the uppermost horizontal conveying device receives herbal fibers output from the output end of the conveying device, each group of horizontal conveying device comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a hollow conveying belt matched with the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the conveying directions of the adjacent hollow conveying belts are opposite, and the input end of the hollow conveying belt positioned below protrudes out of the output end of the hollow conveying belt positioned above the adjacent hollow conveying belt in the direction opposite to the conveying direction of the hollow conveying belt to receive the herbal fibers falling from the output end of the hollow conveying belt positioned above the adjacent hollow conveying belt;
the oil spraying device is positioned above the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices and sprays oil from the herbaceous fibers on the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices;
and a housing which is closed and encloses at least the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices and the oil injection devices in a closed space thereof.
Preferably, the motion type oil soaking device for the bio-refined herbal fibers further comprises an oil collecting tank which is positioned below the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices and used for collecting oil falling from the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices.
Preferably, the biorefinery grass fiber moving type oil soaking device further comprises a second oil spraying device for spraying oil to the grass fibers on the conveying device.
Preferably, the oil injection device and/or the second oil injection device are communicated with the oil collecting tank through an oil delivery pipe and can convey oil in the oil collecting tank into the oil injection device and/or the second oil injection device through an oil delivery pump.
Preferably, the mechanical raking device capable of raking the herbal fibers which are conveyed by the horizontal conveying device positioned at the lowest part and automatically fall into the oil collecting tank and are soaked in oil liquid to move is arranged in the oil collecting tank, and the mechanical raking device comprises a rotating wheel or a rotating roller and raking teeth arranged along the circumference of the rotating wheel or the rotating roller.
Preferably, the motion type oil soaking equipment for the biological refined herbal fibers further comprises an oil recovery device communicated with the oil collecting tank.
Preferably, the conveying device comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a hollowed-out conveying belt matched with the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and the conveying device extends obliquely upwards from the output end of the water squeezing device to the upper part of the input ends of the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices.
Preferably, the movable oil soaking equipment for the bio-refined herbal fibers further comprises an oil-water squeezing device for receiving the herbal fibers sent by the mechanical raking device and squeezing the herbal fibers, and the oil-water squeezing device comprises a frame, and a driving press roller and a driven press roller which are arranged on the frame.
Preferably, an angle formed by a connecting line of the axis of the driving compression roller and the axis of the driven compression roller of the water squeezing device and/or the oil-water squeezing device and a horizontal line is smaller than 90 degrees and inclines towards the input end, and the output end of the water squeezing device and/or the oil-water squeezing device is higher than the input end of the water squeezing device and/or the oil-water squeezing device.
Preferably, the water squeezing device and/or the oil-water squeezing device further comprises a spring, one end of the spring is propped against the shaft of the driven press roller at the other end fixed with the frame, and a pretightening force is applied to the driven press roller along a connecting line of the shaft center of the driving press roller and the shaft center of the driven press roller towards the driving press roller.
The invention also provides a motion type oil soaking method for the bio-refined herbal fibers, which is used for soaking the bio-refined herbal fibers by the motion type oil soaking equipment for the bio-refined herbal fibers.
Compared with the prior art, the motion type oil soaking equipment and method for the biological refined herbal fibers have the following beneficial effects:
1. by the motion type oil soaking equipment for the biological refined herbal fibers, the water-treated herbal fibers are extruded when passing through the water squeezing device, so that a large amount of free water in the fibers flows out, and the water content of the herbal fibers is greatly reduced. Through the horizontal conveying device that the multiunit set up from top to bottom for herbal fibre receives oil injection device's repeated spraying in the in-process of transportation, can carry out abundant oil stain.
2. The motion type oil soaking equipment for the biological refined herbal fibers further comprises an oil collecting tank which is positioned below the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices and used for collecting oil liquid and the herbal fibers falling from the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices, so that the waste of the oil liquid can be prevented, and the environment can be prevented from being polluted by the oil liquid. Meanwhile, the herbal fibers fall into the oil collecting tank and are soaked in the oil collecting tank, so that the herbal fibers can be more fully contacted with oil.
3. The oil injection device and/or the second oil injection device are communicated with the oil collecting tank through an oil delivery pipe and convey oil in the oil collecting tank to the oil injection device and/or the second oil injection device through an oil delivery pump. Through carrying out cyclic utilization to fluid, can greatly improve the utilization ratio of fluid, prevent that fluid from extravagant.
4. The herbal fibers are extruded when passing through the oil-water squeezing device, so that redundant oil and water are extruded, and the rest oil is uniformly coated on the herbal fibers to form a layer of grease film for moistening and protecting the herbal fibers.
5. The connecting line of the axis of the driving compression roller and the axis of the driven compression roller of the water rolling device and/or the oil-water rolling device is inclined relative to the vertical surface, and the output end of the water rolling device and/or the oil-water rolling device is higher than the input end of the water rolling device and/or the oil-water rolling device. The water and oil thus squeezed out will flow to the inlet end, preventing the water and oil from flowing to the herb fibers at the outlet end and increasing the water content and oil content of the herb fibers at the outlet end.

Detailed Description
The motion type oil soaking equipment for the biologically refined herbal fibers can be used for soaking various hemp fibers such as hemp, ramie and kenaf and other fibers such as cotton and straw, and after various biological refining treatments (pretreatment, inoculation, fermentation, inactivation and water treatment) are carried out on the biologically refined herbal fibers, oil is soaked in the oil liquid adopted by the oil soaking equipment in the embodiment, and the oil liquid is emulsified oil.
As shown in fig. 1, the motion type oil soaking device for the bio-refined herbal fibers provided by the invention comprises: the input device 1, the moisture squeezing device 2, the conveying device 3, the plurality of sets of horizontal conveying devices 4, the oil spraying device 5 and the housing (not shown in the figure), which in this embodiment can be understood as a transparent housing. The housing is closed, and at least a plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices 4 and oil spraying devices 5 are enclosed in the closed space, and in the embodiment, the water squeezing device 2 and the conveying devices 3 are also arranged in the housing, so that water and oil can be prevented from splashing everywhere. The housing is also provided with a detector 9 for detecting process parameters such as temperature, humidity etc. in the housing.
The input device 1 receives the bio-refined herbal fibers through water treatment and comprises a driving wheel 11, a driven wheel 12 and an input belt 13 matched with the driving wheel 11 and the driven wheel 12. Because the freshly-hydrolyzed grass fibers have more water, the input belt 12 is preferably a hollow conveyor belt, which facilitates the outflow of water from the grass fibers during the transfer process.
The moisture squeezing device 2 comprises a frame 21, a driving press roller 22 and a driven press roller 23 which are arranged on the frame 21, and the moisture squeezing device 2 receives and squeezes the herbal fibers sent by the input device 1. The herb fiber is pressed while passing between the driving roll 22 and the driven roll 23 so that a large amount of free water in the interior flows out.
The conveying device 3 receives the herbal fibers output by the moisture rolling and drying device 2 and conveys the herbal fibers to a plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices 4. In this embodiment, the conveying device 3 includes a driving wheel 31, a driven wheel 32, and a hollow conveying belt 33 that is matched with the driving wheel 31 and the driven wheel 32, and the conveying device 3 extends obliquely upward from the output end of the moisture rolling device 2 to above the input ends of the multiple groups of horizontal conveying devices 4. In the conveying process, the hollowed conveying belt 33 is beneficial to draining water in the herbal fibers, so that the water in the herbal fibers is further reduced.
The plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices 4 are arranged up and down, and the input end of the uppermost horizontal conveying device receives the herbal fibers output from the output end of the conveying device 3. Each group of horizontal conveying devices 4 comprises a driving wheel 41, a driven wheel 42 and a hollowed-out conveying belt 43 matched with the driving wheel 41 and the driven wheel 42, and the conveying directions of the adjacent hollowed-out conveying belts are opposite. The input end of the hollow conveyer belt positioned below protrudes out of the output end of the hollow conveyer belt positioned above the adjacent hollow conveyer belt in the direction opposite to the conveying direction of the hollow conveyer belt so as to receive the herbal fibers falling from the output end of the hollow conveyer belt positioned above the adjacent hollow conveyer belt. This configuration allows the herb fibers to reciprocate over a small footprint.
The oil spraying device 5 is located above the sets of horizontal conveying devices 4 to spray oil to the herbaceous fibers on the sets of horizontal conveying devices, and in this embodiment, the oil spraying device 5 includes a plurality of rows of spray heads arranged in parallel with the extending direction of the horizontal conveying devices, each row including a plurality of spray heads 51.
By the motion type oil soaking equipment for the biological refined herbal fibers, the water-treated herbal fibers are extruded when passing through the water squeezing device, so that a large amount of free water in the fibers flows out, and the water content of the herbal fibers is greatly reduced. Through the horizontal conveying device that the multiunit set up from top to bottom for herbal fibre receives oil injection device's repeated spraying in the in-process of transportation, can carry out abundant oil stain.
As a preferable scheme, the motion type oil soaking device for the bio-refined herbal fibers further comprises an oil collecting tank 6 which is positioned below the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices 4 and is used for collecting oil liquid and the herbal fibers falling from the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices 4. The motion type oil soaking equipment for the biological refined herbal fibers further comprises a second oil spraying device 7 for spraying oil to the herbal fibers on the conveying device. In the present embodiment, the second fuel injection device 7 includes a plurality of rows of spray heads arranged in parallel to the extending direction of the conveyor, each row including a plurality of spray heads 71.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the oil collecting tank 6 is located below the plurality of sets of horizontal conveying devices 4 and conveying devices 3, and can collect oil falling from the horizontal conveying devices 4 and conveying devices 3, so that oil waste can be prevented and oil pollution to the environment can be prevented. Meanwhile, the herbal fibers fall into the oil collecting tank 6 and are soaked in the oil collecting tank 6, so that the herbal fibers can be more fully contacted with oil.
As a preferred solution, the fuel injection device 5 and/or the second fuel injection device 7 are connected to the fuel collection tank via a fuel line (not shown) and the fuel in the fuel collection tank 6 is fed to the fuel injection device 5 and/or the second fuel injection device 7 via a fuel feed pump (not shown). Through carrying out cyclic utilization to fluid, can greatly improve the utilization ratio of fluid, prevent that fluid from extravagant. In this embodiment, the oil injection device 5 communicates with an oil sump.
As shown in fig. 1, the oil collecting tank 6 is internally provided with a mechanical scraping device 61 which can be scraped to be conveyed by a horizontal conveying device positioned at the lowest part and automatically fall into the oil collecting tank and is soaked in emulsified oil liquid, and the mechanical scraping device 61 comprises a rotating wheel 611 or a rotating roller and scraping teeth 612 arranged along the circumference of the rotating wheel 611 or the rotating roller.
The motion type oil soaking equipment for the biological refined herbal fibers further comprises an oil recovery device 62 communicated with the oil collecting tank 6, and after oil soaking is carried out for a certain period of time, the oil in the oil collecting tank 6 is reused through the oil recovery device 62, so that the waste of the oil and the pollution to the environment are prevented.
The motion type oil soaking equipment for the biological refined herbal fibers further comprises an oil-water rolling device 8 for receiving the herbal fibers sent by the mechanical raking device 61 and extruding the herbal fibers, and the oil-water rolling device 8 comprises a frame 81, and a driving press roller and a driven press roller which are arranged on the frame 81. The herbal fibers are extruded when passing through the oil-water squeezing device 8, so that redundant oil and water are extruded, and the rest oil is uniformly coated on the herbal fibers to form a layer of grease film for moistening and protecting the herbal fibers.
As a preferable scheme, the angle formed by the connecting line of the axle center of the driving compression roller (22 or 82) and the axle center of the driven compression roller (23 or 83) of the water squeezing device 2 and/or the oil-water squeezing device 8 and the horizontal line is smaller than 90 degrees and inclines to the input end, and the output end of the water squeezing device 2 and/or the oil-water squeezing device 8 is higher than the input end. The water and oil thus squeezed out will flow to the inlet end, preventing the water and oil from flowing to the herb fibers at the outlet end and increasing the water content and oil content of the herb fibers at the outlet end. In this embodiment, the output ends of the water squeezing device 2 and the oil-water squeezing device 8 are higher than the input ends.
As a preferable scheme, the water squeezing device 2 and/or the oil-water squeezing device 8 each comprise a spring (24, 84), one end of the spring (24, 84) is fixed with the rack (21, 81), the other end of the spring is propped against the shaft of the driven pressing roller (23 or 83), and a pretightening force is applied to the driven pressing roller (23, 83) along the connecting line of the shaft center of the driving pressing roller and the shaft center of the driven pressing roller towards the driving pressing roller. The extrusion of driven compression roller to herbaceous fibre can carry out automatic adjustment according to herbaceous fibre's thickness like this, prevents that pressure from too big causing the damage to herbaceous fibre.
The invention also provides a motion type oil soaking method for the bio-refined herbal fibers, which is used for soaking the bio-refined herbal fibers by the motion type oil soaking equipment for the bio-refined herbal fibers.
