Background
The application history of the herbaceous fiber is long, and the process of extracting the herbaceous fiber from the herbaceous fiber raw material adopts a method of retting by natural flora under natural conditions all the time. However, the traditional process occupies a large amount of water (the contradiction between the traditional process and the aquaculture industry for decades is increasingly prominent), takes long time and causes extremely unstable product quality. After finding a proper degumming strain, a modern production process for bio-degumming of the fibrilia is formed, and the process generally comprises the working procedures of pretreatment, inoculation, fermentation, inactivation, cleaning and the like, for example, the inoculation of the fibrilia raw material generally comprises the step of loading the fibrilia in a cage, and because the tightness is difficult to ensure to be uniform by a manual cage, the uniform inoculation can hardly be realized by adopting a spraying mode for rapid inoculation, and only the cage containing the fibrilia raw material can be soaked in a pool with bacterial liquid to ensure that the fibrilia is fully contacted with the bacterial liquid. One of the problems of the soaking inoculation is low production efficiency, because the soaked feed liquid is 1. Meanwhile, the soaking time needs to be prolonged to ensure that all fibrilia raw materials are inoculated with strains, and the soaking time generally needs tens of minutes or even tens of minutes. However, the soluble substances in the hemp fiber raw material are swelled after the soaking time is long, degumming is not uniform because of the lack of nutrition of degumming strains when the wet fermentation is carried out, and a plurality of containers filled with bacteria liquid are occupied when the soaking fermentation is carried out. In addition, the production mode of carrying out wet fermentation after inoculation in a soaking mode needs to manually put the cage into and extract the cage from the bacterial liquid, the labor intensity is high, and the cage is transported to a greenhouse for fermentation under the condition of non-constant temperature for a long time, so that the growth of degumming strains is adversely affected, and the degumming effect is finally affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the technical problems of uneven inoculation, high labor intensity, low efficiency and poor degumming effect in the conventional inoculation mode, and provides movable inoculation equipment for herbaceous fiber raw materials, which can perform uniform inoculation.
The invention discloses a movable inoculation device for herbaceous fiber raw materials, which comprises:
an input device for receiving a herbaceous fiber material;
the horizontal conveying devices are arranged up and down, each horizontal conveying device comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel and hollow conveying belts matched with the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the conveying directions of the adjacent hollow conveying belts are opposite, and the input end of the hollow conveying belt positioned below protrudes out of the output end of the hollow conveying belt positioned above the adjacent hollow conveying belt in the direction opposite to the conveying direction of the input end so as to receive the herbaceous fiber raw material falling from the output end of the hollow conveying belt positioned above the adjacent hollow conveying belt;
the first bacteria liquid spraying device is positioned above the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices and is used for spraying bacteria liquid on the herbaceous fiber raw materials on the horizontal conveying devices;
and the output device is used for outputting the inoculated herbaceous fiber raw material.
Preferably, the movable inoculation equipment for the herbaceous fiber raw materials further comprises a bacterial liquid pool and a mechanical scraping device, wherein the bacterial liquid pool is located below the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices and can receive bacterial liquid and herbaceous fiber raw materials falling from the horizontal conveying devices, and the mechanical scraping device is located in the bacterial liquid pool and scrapes the herbaceous fiber raw materials to enable the herbaceous fiber raw materials to be loose and to enable the herbaceous fiber raw materials to move horizontally.
Preferably, the sports inoculation equipment for the herbaceous fiber raw material further comprises a second bacterium liquid spraying device for spraying bacterium liquid to the herbaceous fiber raw material on the output device.
Preferably, the bacteria liquid pool is communicated with the second bacteria liquid spraying device through a pipeline so as to convey bacteria liquid to the second bacteria liquid spraying device.
Preferably, the output device comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a hollow conveying belt matched with the driving wheel and the driven wheel.
Preferably, the hollow conveyer belt of the output device inclines and extends from the bacteria liquid pool to the upper part of the multiple groups of horizontal conveying devices, and one end of the output device, which is close to the mechanical scraping device, is provided with a flow guide device which guides herbaceous fiber raw materials in the bacteria liquid pool to the hollow conveyer belt of the output device.

Preferably, the mechanical scraping device comprises a rotating wheel or a roller and a plurality of scraping teeth, and the plurality of scraping teeth are arranged along the circumference of the rotating wheel or the roller.
Preferably, the input device comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel and an input belt matched with the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and the input belt of the input device inclines upwards in the process of extending towards the horizontal conveying device, so that the output end of the input device extends to be above the input end of the highest group of horizontal conveying devices.
The invention also provides a sports inoculation method for the herbaceous fiber raw material, which is characterized in that the herbaceous fiber raw material is inoculated through the sports inoculation equipment for the herbaceous fiber raw material, and inoculation is completed when the herbaceous fiber raw material moves to the tail end of the output device.
Compared with the prior art, the movable inoculation equipment and method for the herbaceous fiber raw material have the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the movable inoculation equipment for the herbaceous fiber raw materials, due to the arrangement of the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices and the spraying devices, the herbaceous fiber raw materials are inoculated in the whole reciprocating motion process, so that inoculation is sufficient, and meanwhile, the utilization rate of bacteria liquid is improved. In addition, the vertical arrangement of the multiple groups of horizontal conveying devices can save occupied space.
2. Detailed Description
The movable inoculation equipment for the herbal fiber raw materials can be used for the biological bacteria inoculation treatment of various hemp fibers such as hemp, ramie, kenaf and the like and other herbal fiber raw materials such as cotton, straws and the like, so that the hemp fibers are inoculated in the moving process.
As shown in fig. 1, the sports inoculation apparatus for herbal fiber raw material of the present invention comprises: the automatic bacteria liquid spraying device comprises an input device 1, a plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices 2 enabling herbaceous fiber raw materials to do horizontal reciprocating motion, a first bacteria liquid spraying device 3 for spraying bacteria liquid on the herbaceous fiber raw materials on the horizontal conveying devices 2, a bacteria liquid pool 4 for receiving the bacteria liquid falling from the horizontal conveying devices 2 and the herbaceous fiber raw materials, a mechanical scraping device 5 arranged in the bacteria liquid pool 4 and used for scraping the herbaceous fiber raw materials, and an output device 6 used for outputting the herbaceous fiber raw materials. In the present invention, the parts contacting with the herbaceous fiber material and the bacteria solution are made of a material that does not release any substance for a long period of time, such as stainless steel, so as to prevent the released substance from adversely affecting the microorganisms in the bacteria solution.

Herbaceous fibre raw materials can keep uniform motion on every horizontal transport device 2, and in addition, the horizontal transport device of below receives the herbaceous fibre raw materials that the horizontal transport device of top fell automatically, does not need any device that changes the transportation like this, can make herbaceous fibre carry out reciprocating horizontal motion.
First fungus liquid spray set 3 is located the top of multiunit horizontal conveyor 2, right herbaceous fibre raw materials on the horizontal conveyor 2 carry out the fungus liquid and spray, and the fungus liquid that falls from the horizontal conveyor's of top fretwork conveyer belt can drench on the herbaceous fibre on the horizontal conveyor of adjacent below. Can set up the first fungus liquid spray set 3 of multirow according to horizontal conveyor's length, every row includes a plurality of first fungus liquid spray set 3 for the herbaceous fibre raw materials obtains even spraying at the in-process of motion. The first bacteria liquid spraying device 3 can adopt a conventional spraying nozzle.
According to the movable inoculation equipment for the herbaceous fiber raw materials, due to the arrangement of the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices and the first bacterium liquid spraying device, the herbaceous fiber raw materials are inoculated in the whole reciprocating motion process, so that inoculation is sufficient, and meanwhile, the utilization rate of the bacterium liquid is also improved. In addition, the multiple groups of horizontal conveying devices are arranged up and down, so that the occupied space can be saved.
As a preferred technical scheme, the movable inoculation equipment for herbaceous fiber raw materials further comprises a bacteria liquid pool 4 which is positioned below the plurality of groups of horizontal conveying devices 2 and can receive bacteria liquid and herbaceous fiber raw materials falling from the horizontal conveying devices 2, and a mechanical scraping device 5 which is positioned in the bacteria liquid pool 4 and scrapes the herbaceous fiber raw materials to loosen the herbaceous fiber raw materials and enable the herbaceous fiber raw materials to move horizontally. Fungus liquid is collected to fungus liquid pond 4, and can continue to inoculate the herbaceous fibre raw materials that fall in fungus liquid pond 4, has further improved the utilization ratio of fungus liquid, and mechanical take off 5 and make herbaceous fibre become loose when horizontal motion for the inoculation is more even.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the mechanical scraping device 51 includes a rotating wheel or a roller and a plurality of scraping teeth 52, the plurality of scraping teeth 52 are arranged along the circumference of the rotating wheel 51 or the roller, and when the rotating wheel 51 rotates, the grass fiber raw material is scraped to move horizontally to the output device 6.
As a preferable technical solution, the herbal fiber raw material sports type inoculation apparatus further includes a second bacteria liquid spraying device 7 for spraying bacteria liquid to the herbal fiber raw material on the output device 6, and in this embodiment, the arrangement direction of the plurality of second bacteria liquid spraying devices 7 is parallel to the length direction of the output device 6. Therefore, the herbaceous fiber raw material can continue to be sprayed by bacterial liquid in the output process, so that inoculation is more sufficient. The second bacteria liquid spraying device 7 can adopt a conventional spraying nozzle.
In this embodiment, the bacteria liquid pool 4 is communicated with the second bacteria liquid spraying device 7 through a pipeline (not shown in the figure) to deliver bacteria liquid to the second bacteria liquid spraying device 7. That is, the bacteria liquid sprayed by the second bacteria liquid spraying device 7 is the bacteria liquid collected in the bacteria liquid pool 4, which further improves the utilization rate of the bacteria liquid, so that the herbaceous fiber raw material obtains the inoculation effect as full as possible with as little bacteria liquid as possible.
In the present embodiment, the output device 6 includes a driving wheel 61, a driven wheel 62 and a hollow conveying belt 63 cooperating with the driving wheel 61 and the driven wheel 62. In the process of herbal fiber raw material output, partial bacteria liquid can fall into the bacteria liquid pool through the hollow conveyer belt 62 and is collected.
As shown in fig. 1, the hollow conveying belt 63 of the output device 6 is inclined and extended from the bacteria liquid pool 4 to the upper side of the multiple groups of horizontal conveying devices 2, and a flow guide device 8 for guiding the herbaceous fiber raw materials in the bacteria liquid pool 4 to the hollow conveying belt 63 of the output device 6 is arranged at one end of the output device 6 close to the mechanical scraping device 5.
The flow guiding device 8 comprises a driving wheel surrounding the input end of the output device 6 or an arc-shaped flow guiding plate which is arranged at one side of a driven wheel far away from the mechanical scraping device, in this embodiment, a driving wheel 61 is arranged at the input end of the output device, so that the flow guiding plate 8 surrounds one side of the driving wheel 61 far away from the mechanical scraping device. Of course, in other embodiments, the input may be provided by a driven wheel and accordingly the deflector 8 is the side of the driven wheel remote from the mechanical pulling device. The invention also provides a sports inoculation method for the herbaceous fiber raw material, which is characterized in that the herbaceous fiber raw material is inoculated through the sports inoculation equipment for the herbaceous fiber raw material, and inoculation is completed when the herbaceous fiber raw material moves to the tail end of the output device 6.
