Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗燃窗帘面料,经线采用间位芳酰胺纤维,纬线采用聚醚酰亚胺纤维,所述间位芳酰胺纤维的直径为31.2‑43.6μm,所述聚醚酰亚胺纤维的直径为20.4‑25.8μm。本发明的抗燃窗帘面料防火性能良好,所使用的纤维LOI值都在30%以上,两者通过合理混织后得到的面料LOI值更是能达到40%以上,符合抗燃材料的基本特质。利用本发明所述面料制成的窗帘在发生火灾时能有效阻燃,将火灾控制在一定范围内,减少因火灾而产生的损失。

一种抗燃窗帘面料
技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料领域,具体涉及一种抗燃窗帘面料。
背景技术
在各种灾害中,火灾是最经常、最普遍地威胁公众安全和社会发展的主要灾害之一。现代社会中,随着科技的发展,火灾发生的越来越频繁,而窗帘作为一种可燃物,在火灾中经常起到推波助澜的作用,因此,提供一种抗燃窗帘是人们理所当然的诉求。
目前国际上广泛采用极限氧指数LOI(Limit Oxygen Index)来表征纤维及其制品的可燃性。极限氧指数LOI是指在材料点燃后在氧-氮大气里维持燃烧所需要的最低含氧量体积百分数。极限氧指数LOI值越大,材料燃烧时所需氧的浓度越高,即越难以燃烧。通常空气中氧气的体积比例接近20%,所以纤维也可按LOI值分类,将LOI低于20%的称为易燃纤维,20%~27%的称为可燃纤维,27%以上的称为阻燃纤维。
抗燃纤维是一种具有抗燃性能的特种纤维,又称阻火纤维。这一类纤维在燃烧条件下能分解出不可燃气体,使纤维转化为稳定的化学结构。抗燃纤维的抗燃性与难燃性有别。有一些阻燃纤维的原丝(如涤纶、锦纶和腈纶)本身是可燃的,只是通过加入某种阻燃剂,使其在燃烧过程中抑制游离基反应或改变可燃物的热分解机理,促进脱水碳化反应;有些则使分解而释出的不可燃气体覆盖纤维表面,起隔绝空气的作用,达到阻燃效果。然而这种阻燃效果是有限的,纤维在高温下仍能熔化,限氧指数一般在26~30%。严格说来,这类纤维虽较难燃烧,但仍不属于抗燃纤维,在火焰中可燃但不延燃,移开火源后具有自熄性。
影响纺织品燃烧的因素,除了纤维本身的分子结构因素外,还与织造过程中的结构密度、尺寸、厚度、形态及加入其中的染料、印染助剂和环境等诸多因素有关。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构稳定、抗燃的窗帘面料,具体解决方案如下。
一种抗燃窗帘面料,经线采用间位芳酰胺纤维,纬线采用聚醚酰亚胺纤维,所述间位芳酰胺纤维的直径为31.2-43.6μm,所述聚醚酰亚胺纤维的直径为20.4-25.8μm。
进一步的,所述经线的纤度为354-468dtex。
进一步的,所述纬线的纤度为243--329dtex。
进一步的,所述经线密度为41.8-50.1根/cm。
进一步的,所述纬线密度为35.2-41.3根/cm。
本发明的抗燃窗帘面料防火性能良好,所使用的纤维LOI值都在30%以上,两者通过合理混织后得到的面料LOI值更是能达到40%以上,符合抗燃材料的基本特质。利用本发明所述面料制成的窗帘在发生火灾时能有效阻燃,将火灾控制在一定范围内,减少因火灾而产生的损失。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种抗燃窗帘面料,将经线与纬线交织混纺而成,经线采用间位芳酰胺纤维,纬线采用聚醚酰亚胺纤维,其中,间位芳酰胺纤维的直径为31.2μm,纤度为354dtex,聚醚酰亚胺纤维的直径为20.4μm,纤度为243dtex,经线密度为41.8根/cm,纬线密度为35.2根/cm。
实施例2
一种抗燃窗帘面料,将经线与纬线交织混纺而成,经线采用间位芳酰胺纤维,纬线采用聚醚酰亚胺纤维,其中,间位芳酰胺纤维的直径为37.4μm,纤度为387dtex,聚醚酰亚胺纤维的直径为22.9μm,纤度为272dtex,经线密度为46.6根/cm,纬线密度为39.1根/cm。
实施例3
一种抗燃窗帘面料,将经线与纬线交织混纺而成,经线采用间位芳酰胺纤维,纬线采用聚醚酰亚胺纤维,其中,间位芳酰胺纤维的直径为43.6μm,纤度为468dtex,聚醚酰亚胺纤维的直径为25.8μm,纤度为329dtex,经线密度为50.1根/cm,纬线密度为41.3根/cm。
测试例1
将实施例1-3制得的抗燃窗帘面料按国家标准GB 5454-85进行极限氧指数LOI值测试,测试结果如表1所示。

1.一种抗燃窗帘面料,其特征在于,经线采用间位芳酰胺纤维,纬线采用聚醚酰亚胺纤维,所述间位芳酰胺纤维的直径为31.2-43.6μm,所述聚醚酰亚胺纤维的直径为20.4-25.8μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗燃窗帘面料,其特征在于,所述经线的纤度为354-468dtex。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗燃窗帘面料,其特征在于,所述纬线的纤度为243-329dtex。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗燃窗帘面料,其特征在于,所述经线密度为41.8-50.1根/cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗燃窗帘面料,其特征在于,所述纬线密度为35.2-41.3根/cm。
