本发明涉及汽车地毯技术领域，尤其是一种阻燃汽车地毯，包括基布层，所述基布层的一侧设置有防潮层，所述防潮层远离基布层的一侧设置有第二粘接层，所述基布层的另一侧设置有发泡胶层，所述发泡胶层远离基布层的一侧铺设原有铝箔层，所述铝箔层远离发泡胶层的一侧设置有涤纶细丝层，所述涤纶细丝层远离铝箔层的一侧通过第一粘接层粘接有网格板，所述网格板的上端面均匀开设有矩阵状凹槽，且凹槽中粘接有充气气囊，所述网格板的上端面粘接耐磨层，该阻燃汽车地毯具有较好的阻燃能力，在被点燃时能够产生爆破音，提醒驾驶员及时将地毯上燃烧的火苗扑灭，防止大面积的地毯被烧毁，对比现有的汽车地毯安全性能更高。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车地毯技术领域，尤其涉及一种阻燃汽车地毯。
背景技术
地毯是以棉、麻、毛、丝、草等天然或化合物合成纤维类原料，经手工进行编结、栽绒或纺织而成的地面铺敷物。一般汽车内也会设置地毯，使得驾驶员和乘客的踏脚舒适，但是现有的汽车地毯的阻燃性能差，遇到烟蒂等易燃物时容易被点着，并且点着后不易被察觉，造成大面积的地毯烧毁。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在汽车地毯阻燃性能差，点燃后不易被驾驶员察觉的缺点，而提出的一种阻燃汽车地毯。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
设计一种阻燃汽车地毯，包括基布层，所述基布层的一侧设置有防潮层，所述防潮层远离基布层的一侧设置有第二粘接层，所述基布层的另一侧设置有发泡胶层，所述发泡胶层远离基布层的一侧铺设原有铝箔层，所述铝箔层远离发泡胶层的一侧设置有涤纶细丝层，所述涤纶细丝层远离铝箔层的一侧通过第一粘接层粘接有网格板，所述网格板的上端面均匀开设有矩阵状凹槽，且凹槽中粘接有充气气囊，所述网格板的上端面粘接耐磨层。
优选的，所述基布层由不少于三层的无纺布粘接组成。
优选的，所述铝箔层的厚度为零点五到一毫米之间。
优选的，所述耐磨层的表面均匀设置防滑棱。
优选的，所述第一粘接层和第二粘接层均为聚氨酯粘胶。
本发明提出的一种阻燃汽车地毯，有益效果在于：通过设置网格板，并且在网格板中粘接充气气囊，当该地毯遇到烟蒂等带火星的物品时，耐磨层被烧穿，充气气囊遇到火星爆炸产生爆破音，提醒驾驶员地毯被点燃，能够及时将地毯上燃烧的火苗扑灭，防止大面积的地毯被烧毁，同时设置有涤纶细丝层、铝箔层和发泡胶层，能够有效的延缓地毯的燃烧速度，最大限度的降低地毯烧毁的面积。

参照图1，一种阻燃汽车地毯，包括基布层6，基布层6的一侧设置有防潮层7，防潮层7远离基布层6的一侧设置有第二粘接层8，基布层6的另一侧设置有发泡胶层5，发泡胶层5远离基布层6的一侧铺设原有铝箔层4，铝箔层4远离发泡胶层5的一侧设置有涤纶细丝层3，涤纶细丝层3远离铝箔层4的一侧通过第一粘接层2粘接有网格板1，网格板1的上端面均匀开设有矩阵状凹槽，且凹槽中粘接有充气气囊9，网格板1的上端面粘接耐磨层10，当该地毯遇到烟蒂等带火星的物品时，耐磨层10被烧穿，充气气囊9遇到火星爆炸产生爆破音，提醒驾驶员地毯被点燃，能够及时将地毯上燃烧的火苗扑灭，防止大面积的地毯被烧毁，设置的涤纶细丝层3、铝箔层4和发泡胶层5，能够有效的延缓地毯的燃烧速度，最大限度的降低地毯烧毁的面积。
基布层6由不少于三层的无纺布粘接组成，铝箔层4的厚度为零点五到一毫米之间，耐磨层10的表面均匀设置防滑棱11，设置防滑棱11能够提升耐磨层10的防滑能力，使得整个汽车地毯具有较好的防滑性能，第一粘接层2和第二粘接层8均为聚氨酯粘胶。
