本发明公开了一种阻燃防皱地毯，包括地毯本体和包边层，地毯本体的边沿由包边层包裹，所述地毯本体从上至下依次包括绒面层、玻璃纤维层、硅橡胶层、腈纶纤维层，所述绒面层植于所述玻璃纤维层的表面，所述玻璃纤维层与所述硅橡胶层粘接在一起，所述硅橡胶层与所述腈纶纤维层粘接在一起，在所述包边层下填充有泡泡棉层，所述泡泡棉层被包边层包裹。本发明通过阻燃涤纶细丝形成的绒面层、玻璃纤维层和腈纶纤维层的设置，使地毯具有阻燃的功能；泡泡棉增加了地毯的立体感和柔软感，解决了包边起皱问题，保证了地毯的平整性和美观性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地毯，尤其是涉及一种阻燃防皱地毯。
背景技术
地毯是一种家庭、酒店常用的地面装饰品，它兼具美观和实用功能，但地毯在给人们的生活带来方便和欢乐的同时，也给人们的身体健康带来了一定的隐患。由于地毯面积大、重量重，因此不方便经常更换清洗，这样就导致了地毯很容易成为细菌和螨虫的寄居地。同时，由于室内温度较适宜细菌、螨虫的生长，致使地毯上的细菌、螨虫等可大量滋生，最终导致室内环境污染，影响人体健康。另外，由于地毯铺设面积大，一旦着火，蔓延快速，且着火面积大，非常不利于人员逃生，而且地毯包边往往起皱，影响美观。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种阻燃防皱地毯，阻燃的同时具有防皱的功能。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种阻燃防皱地毯，包括地毯本体和包边层，地毯本体的边沿由包边层包裹，其特征是，所述地毯本体从上至下依次包括绒面层、玻璃纤维层、硅橡胶层、腈纶纤维层，所述绒面层植于所述玻璃纤维层的表面，所述玻璃纤维层与所述硅橡胶层粘接在一起，所述硅橡胶层与所述腈纶纤维层粘接在一起，在所述包边层下填充有泡泡棉层，所述泡泡棉层被包边层包裹。
前述的一种阻燃防皱地毯，其特征是，所述绒面层为阻燃涤纶细丝。
前述的一种阻燃防皱地毯，其特征是，所述玻璃纤维层采用玄武岩纤维。
前述的一种阻燃防皱地毯，其特征是，所述硅橡胶层采用甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶或氟硅橡胶中一种制作而成。
前述的一种阻燃防皱地毯，其特征是，所述腈纶纤维层的下方设有防滑层。
前述的一种阻燃防皱地毯，其特征是，所述防滑层为硅胶。
本发明所达到的有益效果：通过阻燃涤纶细丝形成的绒面层、玻璃纤维层和腈纶纤维层的设置，使地毯具有阻燃的功能；泡泡棉增加了地毯的立体感和柔软感，解决了包边起皱问题，保证了地毯的平整性和美观性。

如图1所示，一种阻燃防皱地毯，包括地毯本体和包边层1，地毯本体的边沿由包边层1包裹，所述地毯本体从上至下依次包括绒面层2、玻璃纤维层3、硅橡胶层4、腈纶纤维层5，所述绒面层2植于所述玻璃纤维层3的表面，所述玻璃纤维层3与所述硅橡胶层4粘接在一起，所述硅橡胶层4与所述腈纶纤维层5粘接在一起，在所述包边层1下填充有泡泡棉层，所述泡泡棉层被包边层1包裹。
优选地，所述绒面层2为阻燃涤纶细丝。
优选地，所述玻璃纤维层3采用玄武岩纤维。
优选地，所述硅橡胶层4采用甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶或氟硅橡胶中一种制作而成。
优选地，所述腈纶纤维层5的下方设有防滑层6。
优选地，所述防滑层6为硅胶。
本发明通过阻燃涤纶细丝形成的绒面层、玻璃纤维层和腈纶纤维层的设置，使地毯具有阻燃的功能；泡泡棉增加了地毯的立体感和柔软感，解决了包边起皱问题，保证了地毯的平整性和美观性。

1.一种阻燃防皱地毯，包括地毯本体和包边层，地毯本体的边沿由包边层包裹，其特征是，所述地毯本体从上至下依次包括绒面层、玻璃纤维层、硅橡胶层、腈纶纤维层，所述绒面层植于所述玻璃纤维层的表面，所述玻璃纤维层与所述硅橡胶层粘接在一起，所述硅橡胶层与所述腈纶纤维层粘接在一起，在所述包边层下填充有泡泡棉层，所述泡泡棉层被包边层包裹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防皱地毯，其特征是，所述绒面层为阻燃涤纶细丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防皱地毯，其特征是，所述玻璃纤维层采用玄武岩纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防皱地毯，其特征是，所述硅橡胶层采用甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶或氟硅橡胶中一种制作而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防皱地毯，其特征是，所述腈纶纤维层的下方设有防滑层。
