背景技术
新风系统是由送风系统和排风系统组成的一套独立空气处理系统,它分为管道式新风系统和无管道新风系统俩种。管道式新风系统由新风机和管道配件组成,通过新风机净化室外空气导入室内,通过管道将室内空气排出;无管道新风系统由新风机组成,同样由新风机净化室外空气导入室内,同时由呼吸宝将室内污浊空气排出。相对来说管道式新风系统由于工程量大更适合工业或者大面积办公区使用,而无管道新风系统因为安装方便,更适合家庭使用。
空气污染已经被列为世界三大污染之一,危害和影响都非常大,吸入低质量空气很容易损害身体健康,诱发各种疾病。采用过滤材料对空气进行过滤,特别是新风系统中使用过滤材料过滤是十分普及的。
现有过滤材料多使用无纺棉进行过滤,过滤效果一般,在现在PM2.5经常超标的情况下,原有的过滤材料很难发挥用处。
因此,需要一种结构简单,能够提高新风系统过滤效果,大幅降低倒入空气中PM2.5含量的一种用于新风系统的纤维过滤材料。
发明内容
本发明针对现有过滤材料多使用无纺棉进行过滤,过滤效果一般,在现在PM2.5经常超标的情况下,原有的过滤材料很难发挥用处的问题,提供一种用于新风系统的纤维过滤材料。
本发明解决上述技术问题,采用的技术方案是,一种用于新风系统的纤维过滤材料,从上至下包括第一层玻璃纤维层、第二层化工合成纤维层、第三层植物纤维层和第四层细菌纤维层,所述第一层与第二层之间粘结有热熔胶,所述第二层与第三层之间粘结有热熔胶,所述第三层与第四层之间粘结有热熔胶。

通过对比4组实验数据可得,通过本发明提供的过滤材料制得的新风系统过滤膜,针对PM2.5过滤效果远远高于现有无纺棉过滤材料,世卫组织要求PM2.5标准值应当小于每立方米10微克,现有无纺棉材料过滤结果为每立方米58微克,虽然满足国家标准小于每立方米75微克,但是离世卫组织的要求还是有一定距离。
同时对比本发明提供的过滤材料制得的新风系统过滤膜的B组至D组数据,可得D组配比制得过滤膜过滤效果最好。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于新风系统的纤维过滤材料,其特征在于:从上至下包括第一层玻璃纤维层、第二层化工合成纤维层、第三层植物纤维层和第四层细菌纤维层,所述第一层与第二层之间粘结有热熔胶,所述第二层与第三层之间粘结有热熔胶,所述第三层与第四层之间粘结有热熔胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于新风系统的纤维过滤材料,其特征在于:所述热熔胶层的原料为聚烯烃树脂或PP熔喷纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于新风系统的纤维过滤材料,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维层、化工合成纤维层、植物纤维层和细菌纤维层厚度比例为3:2:2:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于新风系统的纤维过滤材料,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维层按照重量份的原料组成:玻璃纤维30-50份、氧化锌5-10份、活性炭5-10份、四氧呋喃3-5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于新风系统的纤维过滤材料,其特征在于:所述化工合成纤维层按照重量份的原料组成:粘纤20-40份、氧化锌5-10份、活性炭5-10份、聚丙烯3-5份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于新风系统的纤维过滤材料,其特征在于:所述植物纤维层按照重量份的原料组成:竹纤维10-20份、木质纤维10-20份、氧化锌5-10份、活性炭5-10份、异丙醇3-5份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于新风系统的纤维过滤材料,其特征在于:所述细菌纤维层按照重量份的原料组成:细菌纤维素纤维5-10份、氧化锌5-10份、活性炭5-10份、磷酸二氢钾3-5份。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于新风系统的纤维过滤材料,其特征在于:所述竹纤维与木质纤维重量份比例为1:1。
