背景技术
大王蛇,学名王锦蛇,是一种常见于温带的大型蛇,无毒,靠自身强大的身体和缠绕力来杀死猎物。大王蛇是我国养殖较多的一种无毒蛇,体长近2米,背鳞具强棱,体尾、背面黑黄混杂略呈网纹,头背鳞缘及鳞沟黑色,背面暗黄绿色,腹面黄色,有黑色斑纹,因为头上有像王字的花纹而的名。大王蛇具有蛇体大,耐寒、适应性强、生长快、饲养周期短,容易饲养和孵化等诸多优点,野生大王蛇栖息在山地,平原及丘陵地带,活动于河边、水塘边、库区及其他近水域的地方,它系广食性蛇类,以捕食蛙类、鸟类、鼠类及各种鸟蛋为主。大王蛇是无毒蛇中(除蟒蛇外)长势最快,形体较大的蛇类。中医传统理论认为王锦蛇可用于惊痫、喉痹、诸疮痈肿、瘰疬、目翳、疥癣等症,因此被广泛利用,为制作“三蛇胆”的原料之一,具有很高的经济价值。
野生的大王蛇蛇蛋由母蛇孵化,而且体内含有大量寄生虫,存活率较低。并且由于近年来环境的破坏和人们对大王蛇的过度捕杀,致使野生大王蛇的栖息地遭到严重破坏,野外发现的大王蛇越来越少,且个体越来越小。于是人工养殖大王蛇应运而生,但大王蛇是一种很难养的动物,对环境很敏感,对食物的要求也复杂,在人工饲养的环境中,极易染病,成活率低或是生长缓慢。大王蛇骨骼的正常生长,和蛇饲料中钙、磷及维生素D的供应有密切关系,饲料中钙、磷不足或是两者之间的比例失调,则骨骼变得疏松脆弱,大王蛇可患软骨病或佝偻病。因此,养殖大王蛇的农户投入高,风险大,难以大规模养殖。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种缩短大王蛇的生长周期,降低养殖风险,具有出栏早、防疾病、节约成本的优点的养殖方法,该方法可以提高大王蛇的成活率,加速生长,增加经济效益。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种大王蛇的养殖方法,包括常规蛇园的建造、蛇蛋孵化以及蛇的喂养;
所述蛇蛋孵化具体操作为:将蛇蛋放入质量浓度为1-4%的苯酚溶液中浸泡2-5min,然后取出用清水冲洗干净,擦净表面水分后放入孵化箱内进行孵化;
所述蛇的喂养过程中,幼蛇出壳后的7-10天内,给幼蛇喂食2-3次复合维生素B,每次8-12mg;并且每天将蛇放入复合维生素溶液中1-3次,每次2-6min;此后每隔6-12天投喂蛇饲料,所述蛇饲料为将畜禽肉30-50份、蛙肉15-25份、鸡蛋10-25份、虾皮4-8份、蚯蚓3-8份、海带2-7份、玉米粉10-15份、棉籽粉2-6份、鱼肝油2-7份、磷酸氢钙0.5-1.5份、葡萄糖酸钙0.5-2份、谷氨酸0.1-0.5份、赖氨酸0.1-0.5份、诱食剂0.1-0.5份和水10-15份经混合搅拌后制成,投喂量随着体重的增长而增加。
所述大王蛇的养殖方法所述蛇的喂养过程中还包括消毒处理,所述消毒处理过程为:将大王蛇装入网袋内,然后放入药液中进行清洗消毒,清洗消毒时间为4-7min,再用清水冲洗干净。
进一步地,所述蛇饲料为将畜禽肉33-45份、蛙肉18-23份、鸡蛋12-20份、虾皮5-7份、蚯蚓4-7份、海带3-6份、玉米粉11-14份、棉籽粉3-5份、鱼肝油4-5份、磷酸氢钙0.8-1.3份、葡萄糖酸钙0.8-1.5份、谷氨酸0.2-0.4份、赖氨酸0.2-0.4份、诱食剂0.2-0.4份和水11-14份经混合搅拌后制成。
进一步地,所述消毒处理过程中,所述药液的制备方法为:按重量份称取取薄荷30-45份、艾叶30-50份、黄柏10-15份、高锰酸钾0.04-0.09份、庆大霉素0.08-0.25份、过氧乙酸0.2-0.6份和吡喹酮0.05-0.25份;然后取薄荷、艾叶和黄柏,加入400-500份煎煮第一次后,将煎液倒出,再加入200-250份的水煎煮第二次,每次煎煮35-50min,将两次煎煮得到的煎液合并冷却至室温,再加入所述高锰酸钾、庆大霉素、过氧乙酸和吡喹酮,混合均匀即得到清洗消毒使用的药液。
进一步地,所述消毒处理过程中,所述药液的制备方法为:按重量份称取取薄荷35-40份、艾叶35-45份、黄柏11-14份、高锰酸钾0.05-0.08份、庆大霉素0.12-0.23份、过氧乙酸0.2-0.6份和吡喹酮0.1-0.22份;然后取薄荷、艾叶和黄柏,加入420-480份煎煮第一次后,将煎液倒出,再加入210-240份的水煎煮第二次,每次煎煮30-55min,将两次煎煮得到的煎液合并冷却至室温,再加入所述高锰酸钾、庆大霉素、过氧乙酸和吡喹酮,混合均匀即得到清洗消毒使用的药液。

进一步地,蛇蛋孵化的第1-10天,控制孵化温度为28-32℃、湿度为75-80%,蛇蛋孵化的第11-20天,控制孵化温度为29-31℃、湿度为78-85%,第21天后,控制孵化温度为29.5-30℃、湿度为76-82%,整个孵化期间控制空气的氧含量为22-23%、二氧化碳含量为0.2-0.5%。

复合维生素B是几种B族维生素等的混合物,包括维生素B1、烟酸、核黄素、泛酸、生物素、维生素B6、维生素B12和叶酸。维生素B协同幼蛇体各种酶来完成其功能:其中包括协助碳水化合物和脂肪释放能量、分解氨基酸及输送含有营养素的氧及能量到幼蛇体内。维生素B1是糖代谢所需辅酶的重要组成成份.维生素B2为组织呼吸所需的重要辅酶组成成份,烟酰胺为辅酶I及II的组分,脂质代谢,组织呼吸的氧化作用所必需.维生素B6为多种酶的辅基,参与氨基酸及脂肪的代谢。泛酸钙为辅酶A的组分,参与糖,脂肪,蛋白质的代谢。
鸡蛋中的卵磷脂、甘油三脂、胆固醇、卵黄素等,对蛇的神经系统和身体发育有很大作用,鸡蛋中的蛋白质对肝脏组织损伤有修复作用。蛋黄中的卵磷脂可促进肝细胞的再生。还可提高蛇体血浆蛋白量,极大的增强大王蛇自身的代谢功能和免疫功能。
虾皮中含有丰富的蛋白质和矿物质,除了含有陆生、淡水生物缺少的碘元素,铁、钙、磷的含量也很丰富,每100克虾皮钙和磷的含量为991毫克和582毫克。所以,虾皮素有“钙库”之称,能够极大的促进大王蛇的生长发育,提高大王蛇自身的免疫力;虾皮中还含有丰富的镁元素,镁对大王蛇的心脏活动具有重要的调节作用,能很好地保护心血管系统,可减少血液中的胆固醇含量。
蚯蚓的蛋白质含量约占干重的53.5%-65.1%,脂肪含量约为4.4%-17.38%,碳水化合物约为11%-17.4%,灰分7.8%-23%。蚯蚓体内还含有丰富的维生素D(约占鲜体重的0.04%-0.073%),以及钙和磷(约占鲜体重的0.124%-0.188%)等矿物质元素。这些营养都是大王蛇生长必不可少的,起着重要的作用,如修复蛇体内组织、形成新的组织、消耗能量和参与复杂的新陈代谢过程。蚯蚓体内含有地龙素、地龙解毒素、黄嘌呤、抗组织胺和维生素B等多种药用成分,可以使蛇饲料具有清热止喘的功效。
海带的营养价值很高,富含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、膳食纤维、钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸以及碘等多种微量元素。能够促进大王蛇的生长,提高其细胞免疫能力。
玉米粉含钙质、铁质较多,且含有大量的卵磷脂、亚油酸、谷物醇、磷元素、维生素B2、维生素E、纤维素等,具有降血压、降血脂、抗动脉硬化的功能。
棉籽粉含有丰富的蛋白质和钙、磷等元素,能够促进大王蛇骨骼的生长。
鱼肝油主要含有维生素A和维生素D,维生素A的主要功能是维持大王蛇正常生长、生殖、视觉、上皮组织健全及抗感染免疫功能,维生素D有助于促进大王蛇对钙的吸收。
诱食剂主要用于改善蛇饲料的适口性,增进大王蛇的食欲,提高大王蛇的摄食量。
薄荷,味辛,性凉。薄荷煎剂能抑制单纯疱疹病毒感染,薄荷有极强的杀菌抗菌作用,能预防病毒性感冒、口腔疾病。
艾叶性温、味苦、辛。归肝经、脾经、肾经,具有镇咳、祛痰、抑菌、镇静、抗休克等作用,现代医学研究证实,艾叶具有抗菌及抗病毒作用;艾叶在体外对炭疽杆菌、α-溶血链球菌、B-溶血链球菌、白喉杆菌、假白喉杆菌、肺类双球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、柠檬色葡萄球菌、白色葡葡球菌、枯草杆菌等10种革兰氏阳性嗜气菌皆有抗菌作用。
黄柏有广谱的抗菌作用,对各型痢疾杆菌的抑制作用尤强。在黄连解毒汤中黄连、黄柏的抗菌活性有协同作用。对结核杆菌、钩端螺旋体有较强的抑制和杀灭作用。对多种真菌、滴虫有显著的抑制作用。黄柏还有有抗流感病毒的作用,对乙肝表面抗原有明显的选择性抑制作用。其机制与其对细菌呼吸和RNA合成的强烈抑制有关,还能明显减少金葡菌毒素的生成并促进白细胞对细菌的吞噬。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、大王蛇的食物以肉类为主,所以在蛇饲料的配制中,畜禽肉占有较大的比例;在蛇饲料中加入蛙肉、鸡蛋、虾皮、蚯蚓和、鱼肝油,以添加适量的钙、磷元素,通过食物供应,使大王蛇血液中钙、磷含量达到一定的水平,同时又有足够的维生素D,骨组织就可以沉钙、磷;同时,在蛇饲料中加入海带、玉米粉、棉籽粉、磷酸氢钙、葡萄糖酸钙、谷氨酸、赖氨酸和诱食剂,能使所述蛇饲料营养丰富,能够满足大王蛇生长所需的营养物质,改善蛇饲料的适口性,促进大王蛇的生长速度。本发明的蛇饲料具有成分搭配合理、生产制作方便、营养价值高、成本低等特点,能方便大王蛇吸收营养,实现大王蛇的快速生长,降低了养蛇的难度、蛇的成活率高,生长速度快,出栏的时间短,降低了人工管理的强度,能够进行大规模养殖,提高了收益。
2、本发明大王蛇的养殖方法中,将蛇蛋用适量浓度的苯酚溶液浸泡,可以起到杀菌消毒的作用,降低蛇蛋被病菌侵蚀死亡的几率,控制蛇蛋孵化环境的至最佳参数,可以提高胚胎的活力与抗性,使大王蛇的人工孵化率平均达到90%以上。幼蛇刚孵化出来的7-10天,先不用喂食物,只给水饮用和喂食适量的复合维生素B,就能满足幼蛇的生长需求,将蛇放入复合维生素溶液中浸泡,不仅能满足大王蛇对湿度的要求,而且通过复合维生素可以调节大王蛇身体各方面因素,能方便大王蛇第一次蜕皮;此后,根据大王蛇的体重喂以专门配制的蛇饲料,能改善大王蛇的肉质、提升营养价值,促进其生长。为了使大王蛇健康成长,每年对大王蛇进行1-2次的消毒处理,在大王蛇的消毒处理过程中将其放入药液中进行清洗消毒,能起到防治疾病,增强大王蛇的体质,提高大王蛇的存活率、促进其健康快速生长的作用,清洗消毒使用的药液,以薄荷、艾叶和黄柏为主药,使药液具有杀菌抗菌的作用,辅助加入高锰酸钾、庆大霉素、过氧乙酸和吡喹酮,能进一步提高药液杀菌消炎的作用,减短药浴时间,能更快速有效的杀灭大王蛇身上的细菌和寄生虫,进而降低大王蛇的患病率。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
实施例1
一种大王蛇的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)蛇园的建造:选择地势高、背风向阳、土质细密、植物生长茂盛的山林作为蛇园地;蛇园的四周砌有2.3m高的围墙,所述围墙四角为光滑的椭圆弧形且墙角上放敞开的薄膜以防止蛇沿着围墙内壁逃出,所述蛇园内设有蛇房和水池;
(2)蛇蛋孵化:将蛇蛋放入质量浓度为1%的苯酚溶液中浸泡2min,然后取出用清水冲洗干净,擦净表面水分后放入孵化箱内进行孵化,蛇蛋孵化的第1-10天,控制孵化温度为28℃、湿度为75%,蛇蛋孵化的第11-20天,控制孵化温度为29℃、湿度为78%,第21天后,控制孵化温度为29.5℃、湿度为76%,整个孵化期间控制空气的氧含量为22%、二氧化碳含量为0.4%;
(3)蛇的喂养:幼蛇出壳后的7天内,给幼蛇喂食2次复合维生素B,每次8mg;并且每天将蛇放入复合维生素溶液中1次,每次2min,所述复合维生素溶液为每1000ml溶液中含60mg的维生素B1、30mg的维生素B2和30mg的维生素C的溶液;此后每隔6天投喂蛇饲料,所述蛇饲料为将畜禽肉30份、蛙肉15份、鸡蛋10份、虾皮4份、蚯蚓3份、海带2份、玉米粉10份、棉籽粉2份、鱼肝油2份、磷酸氢钙0.5份、葡萄糖酸钙0.5份、谷氨酸0.1份、赖氨酸0.1份、诱食剂0.1份和水10份经混合搅拌后制成,投喂量随着体重的增长而增加;所述畜禽肉包括鸡肉、鸭肉、鹅肉和鸽肉;

(2)蛇蛋孵化:将蛇蛋放入质量浓度为4%的苯酚溶液中浸泡5min,然后取出用清水冲洗干净,擦净表面水分后放入孵化箱内进行孵化,蛇蛋孵化的第1-10天,控制孵化温度为32℃、湿度为80%,蛇蛋孵化的第11-20天,控制孵化温度为31℃、湿度为85%,第21天后,控制孵化温度为30℃、湿度为82%,整个孵化期间控制空气的氧含量为23%、二氧化碳含量未0.3%;
(3)蛇的喂养:幼蛇出壳后的10天内,给幼蛇喂食3次复合维生素B,每次12mg;并且每天将蛇放入复合维生素溶液中3次,每次6min,所述复合维生素溶液为每1000ml溶液中含150mg的维生素B1、70mg的维生素B2和200mg的维生素C的溶液;此后每隔12天投喂蛇饲料,所述蛇饲料为将畜禽肉50份、蛙肉25份、鸡蛋25份、虾皮8份、蚯蚓8份、海带7份、玉米粉15份、棉籽粉6份、鱼肝油7份、磷酸氢钙1.5份、葡萄糖酸钙2份、谷氨酸0.5份、赖氨酸0.5份、诱食剂0.5份和水15份经混合搅拌后制成,投喂量随着体重的增长而增加;所述畜禽肉包括羊肉、牛肉和猪肉;
(4)消毒处理:将大王蛇装入网袋内,然后放入药液中进行清洗消毒,清洗消毒时间为7min,再用清水冲洗干净;所述药液的制备方法为:按重量份称取取薄荷45份、艾叶50份、黄柏15份、高锰酸钾0.09份、庆大霉素0.25份、过氧乙酸0.6份和吡喹酮0.25份;然后取薄荷、艾叶和黄柏,加入500份的水煎煮第一次后,将煎液倒出,再加入250份的水煎煮第二次,每次55min,将两次煎煮得到的煎液合并冷却至室温,再加入所述高锰酸钾、庆大霉素、过氧乙酸和吡喹酮,混合均匀即得到清洗消毒使用的药液。
实施例3
(1)蛇园的建造:选择地势高、背风向阳、土质细密、植物生长茂盛的山林作为蛇园地;蛇园的四周砌有2.3m高的围墙,所述围墙四角为光滑的椭圆弧形且墙角上放敞开的薄膜以防止蛇沿着围墙内壁逃出,所述蛇园内设有蛇房和水池;
(2)蛇蛋孵化:将蛇蛋放入质量浓度为1%的苯酚溶液中浸泡2min,然后取出用清水冲洗干净,擦净表面水分后放入孵化箱内进行孵化,蛇蛋孵化的第1-10天,控制孵化温度为28℃、湿度为75%,蛇蛋孵化的第10天,控制孵化温度为29℃、湿度为78%,第21天后,控制孵化温度为29.5℃、湿度为76%,整个孵化期间控制空气的氧含量为22%、二氧化碳含量为0.4%;
(3)蛇的喂养:幼蛇出壳后的7天内,给幼蛇喂食2次复合维生素B,每次8mg;并且每天将蛇放入复合维生素溶液中1次,每次2min,所述复合维生素溶液为每1000ml溶液中含60mg的维生素B1、30mg的维生素B2和300mg的维生素C的溶液;此后每隔6天投喂蛇饲料,所述蛇饲料为将畜禽肉33份、蛙肉18份、鸡蛋12份、虾皮5份、蚯蚓4份、海带3份、玉米粉11份、棉籽粉3份、鱼肝油4份、磷酸氢钙0.8份、葡萄糖酸钙0.8份、谷氨酸0.2份、赖氨酸0.2份、诱食剂0.2份和水11份经混合搅拌后制成,投喂量随着体重的增长而增加;所述畜禽肉为鸡肉、鸭肉和牛肉;
(4)消毒处理:将大王蛇装入网袋内,然后放入药液中进行清洗消毒,清洗消毒时间为4min,再用清水冲洗干净;所述药液的制备方法为:按重量份称取取薄荷35份、艾叶35份、黄柏11份、高锰酸钾0.05份、庆大霉素0.12份、过氧乙酸0.2份和吡喹酮0.1份;然后取薄荷、艾叶和黄柏,加入420份的水煎煮第一次后,将煎液倒出,再加入210份的水煎煮第二次,每次煎煮35min,将两次煎煮得到的煎液合并冷却至室温,再加入所述高锰酸钾、庆大霉素、过氧乙酸和吡喹酮,混合均匀即得到清洗消毒使用的药液。
实施例4

(3)蛇的喂养:幼蛇出壳后的10天内,给幼蛇喂食3次复合维生素B,每次10mg;并且每天将蛇放入复合维生素溶液中3次,每次6min,所述复合维生素溶液为每1000ml溶液中含150mg的维生素B1、70mg的维生素B2和200mg的维生素C的溶液;此后每隔12天投喂蛇饲料,所述蛇饲料为将畜禽肉45份、蛙肉23份、鸡蛋20份、虾皮7份、蚯蚓7份、海带6份、玉米粉14份、棉籽粉5份、鱼肝油5份、磷酸氢钙1.3份、葡萄糖酸钙1.5份、谷氨酸0.4份、赖氨酸0.4份、诱食剂0.4份和水14份经混合搅拌后制成,投喂量随着体重的增长而增加;所述畜禽肉为鸭肉和鸽肉;
(4)消毒处理:将大王蛇装入网袋内,然后放入药液中进行清洗消毒,清洗消毒时间为7min,再用清水冲洗干净;所述药液的制备方法为:所述药液的制备方法为:按重量份称取取薄荷40份、艾叶45份、黄柏14份、高锰酸钾0.08份、庆大霉素0.23份、过氧乙酸0.6份和吡喹酮0.22份;然后取薄荷、艾叶和黄柏,加入480份的水煎煮第一次后,将煎液倒出,再加入240份的水煎煮第二次,每次50min,将两次煎煮得到的煎液合并冷却至室温,再加入所述高锰酸钾、庆大霉素、过氧乙酸和吡喹酮,混合均匀即得到清洗消毒使用的药液。
实施例5
(1)蛇园的建造:选择地势高、背风向阳、土质细密、植物生长茂盛的山林作为蛇园地;蛇园的四周砌有2.4m高的围墙,所述围墙四角为光滑的椭圆弧形且墙角上放敞开的薄膜以防止蛇沿着围墙内壁逃出,所述蛇园内设有蛇房和水池;
(2)蛇蛋孵化:将蛇蛋放入质量浓度为3%的苯酚溶液中浸泡3min,然后取出用清水冲洗干净,擦净表面水分后放入孵化箱内进行孵化,蛇蛋孵化的第1-10天,控制孵化温度为30℃、湿度为78%,蛇蛋孵化的第11-20天,控制孵化温度为30℃、湿度为80%,第21天后,控制孵化温度为29.8℃、湿度为78%,整个孵化期间控制空气的氧含量为22.5%、二氧化碳含量为0.4%;
(3)蛇的喂养:幼蛇出壳后的8天内,给幼蛇喂食2次复合维生素B,每次10mg;并且每天将蛇放入复合维生素溶液中2次,每次5min,所述复合维生素溶液为每1000ml溶液中含120mg的维生素B1、50mg的维生素B2和150mg的维生素C的溶液;此后每隔8天投喂蛇饲料,所述蛇饲料为将畜禽肉40份、蛙肉20份、鸡蛋15份、虾皮6份、蚯蚓5份、海带4份、玉米粉12份、棉籽粉4份、鱼肝油4.5份、磷酸氢钙1.2份、葡萄糖酸钙1.2份、谷氨酸0.3份、赖氨酸0.3份、诱食剂0.3份和水12份经混合搅拌后制成,投喂量随着体重的增长而增加;所述畜禽肉包括鹅肉、鸽肉、牛肉和猪肉;
(4)消毒处理:将大王蛇装入网袋内,然后放入药液中进行清洗消毒,清洗消毒时间为5min,再用清水冲洗干净;所述药液的制备方法为:所述药液的制备方法为:按重量份称取取薄荷38份、艾叶40份、黄柏12份、高锰酸钾0.06份、庆大霉素0.15份、过氧乙酸0.3份和吡喹酮0.15份;然后取薄荷、艾叶和黄柏,加入450份的水煎煮第一次后,将煎液倒出,再加入230份的水煎煮第二次每次45min,将两次煎煮得到的煎液合并冷却至室温,再加入所述高锰酸钾、庆大霉素、过氧乙酸和吡喹酮,混合均匀即得到清洗消毒使用的药液。
大王蛇的养殖过程中还需要做好越冬与过夏、卫生与安全等一些常规的管理。其中,大王蛇的冬眠期到来之前,加大蛇饲料的供给量;冬眠时,控制蛇房内的温度为10-15℃,相对湿度为78-82%。
申请人选择健康无病的600个蛇蛋平均分成6组,第1至第5组为分别采用本发明实施例1-5的养殖方法进行养殖,第6组为采用普通的人工养殖方法的对照组,出栏后分别测定大王蛇的孵化率、成活率以及平均体重,下表1为本发明实施例与对照组的统计对比数据:

通过表1可知,采用本发明实施例1-5所列的方法养殖大王蛇与对照组相比,本发明大王蛇的孵化率从72%提高到了93%;成活率从65%提高到了92%;患病率从10%下降到1%;体重从5.1kg增加到了9.3kg。可见本发明实施例的养殖方法可以有效提高大王蛇的孵化率和成活率,降低患病率,本发明的蛇饲料可提高大王蛇的摄食量,促进体重的增加。
上述说明是针对本发明较佳可行实施例的详细说明,但实施例并非用以限定本发明的专利申请范围,凡本发明所提示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本发明所涵盖专利范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种大王蛇的养殖方法,包括常规蛇园的建造、蛇蛋孵化以及蛇的喂养;其特征在于:
所述蛇蛋孵化具体操作为:将蛇蛋放入质量浓度为1-4%的苯酚溶液中浸泡2-5min,然后取出用清水冲洗干净,擦净表面水分后放入孵化箱内进行孵化;
所述蛇的喂养过程中,幼蛇出壳后的7-10天内,给幼蛇喂食2-3次复合维生素B,每次8-12mg;并且每天将蛇放入复合维生素溶液中1-3次,每次2-6min;此后每隔6-12天投喂蛇饲料,所述蛇饲料为将畜禽肉30-50份、蛙肉15-25份、鸡蛋10-25份、虾皮4-8份、蚯蚓3-8份、海带2-7份、玉米粉10-15份、棉籽粉2-6份、鱼肝油2-7份、磷酸氢钙0.5-1.5份、葡萄糖酸钙0.5-2份、谷氨酸0.1-0.5份、赖氨酸0.1-0.5份、诱食剂0.1-0.5份和水10-15份经混合搅拌后制成,投喂量随着体重的增长而增加。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大王蛇的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述蛇的喂养过程中还包括消毒处理,所述消毒处理过程为:将大王蛇装入网袋内,然后放入药液中进行清洗消毒,清洗消毒时间为4-7min,再用清水冲洗干净。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大王蛇的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述蛇饲料为将畜禽肉33-45份、蛙肉18-23份、鸡蛋12-20份、虾皮5-7份、蚯蚓4-7份、海带3-6份、玉米粉11-14份、棉籽粉3-5份、鱼肝油4-5份、磷酸氢钙0.8-1.3份、葡萄糖酸钙0.8-1.5份、谷氨酸0.2-0.4份、赖氨酸0.2-0.4份、诱食剂0.2-0.4份和水11-14份经混合搅拌后制成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种大王蛇的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述消毒处理过程中,所述药液的制备方法为:按重量份称取取薄荷30-45份、艾叶30-50份、黄柏10-15份、高锰酸钾0.04-0.09份、庆大霉素0.08-0.25份、过氧乙酸0.2-0.6份和吡喹酮0.05-0.25份;然后取薄荷、艾叶和黄柏,加入400-500份的水煎煮第一次后,将煎液倒出,再加入200-250份的水煎煮第二次,每次煎煮30-55min,将两次煎煮得到的煎液合并冷却至室温,再加入所述高锰酸钾、庆大霉素、过氧乙酸和吡喹酮,混合均匀即得到清洗消毒使用的药液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种大王蛇的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述消毒处理过程中,所述药液的制备方法为:按重量份称取取薄荷35-40份、艾叶35-45份、黄柏11-14份、高锰酸钾0.05-0.08份、庆大霉素0.12-0.23份、过氧乙酸0.2-0.6份和吡喹酮0.1-0.22份;然后取薄荷、艾叶和黄柏,加入420-480份煎煮第一次后,将煎液倒出,再加入210-240份的水煎煮第二次,每次煎煮35-50min,将两次煎煮得到的煎液合并冷却至室温,再加入所述高锰酸钾、庆大霉素、过氧乙酸和吡喹酮,混合均匀即得到清洗消毒使用的药液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种大王蛇的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述畜禽肉包括鸡肉、鸭肉、鹅肉、鸽肉、羊肉、牛肉或猪肉中的一种或者两种以上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种大王蛇的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述复合维生素溶液为每1000ml溶液中含60-150mg的维生素B1、30-70mg的维生素B2和30-200mg的维生素C的溶液。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种大王蛇的养殖方法,其特征在于:蛇蛋孵化的第1-10天,控制孵化温度为28-32℃、湿度为75-80%,蛇蛋孵化的第11-20天,控制孵化温度为29-31℃、湿度为78-85%,第21天后,控制孵化温度为29.5-30℃、湿度为76-82%,整个孵化期间控制空气的氧含量为22-23%、二氧化碳含量为0.2-0.5%。
