Abstract
本发明涉及一种交链剂,特别是一种纺织行业用交链剂,由以下重量百分比的组分合成:有机二元酸10‑20%,多元醇12‑18%,二乙烯基苯15‑18%,二异氰酸酯15‑20%,亚甲基双丙烯酰胺15‑20%,其余为溶剂。本发明的交链剂广泛应用于纺织印花涂料领域,大大提高织物涂层的耐水洗,砂洗,皂洗,耐化学品等性能,保持良好的水洗弹力,还有一定的固色作用,使织物颜色更鲜艳。产品环保,更低气味,有利于操作员的健康;和胶浆配伍稳定性好,防止胶浆过快硬化;耐高温性能好,分装后储存运输稳定,不存在分装后的固化问题;交联完毕后成膜弹性好,不影响胶浆的弹性,更适合于高弹性织物。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种交链剂,特别是一种纺织行业用交链剂。
背景技术
交链剂主要用在高分子材料中,因为高分子材料的分子结构就象一条条长的线,没交联时强度低,易拉断,且没有弹性,交链剂的作用就是在线型的分子之间产生化学键,使线型分子相互连在一起,形成网状结构。
交联剂对于胶粘剂的改性起很大作用,可以提高粘接强度、耐热性、耐水性、耐化学药品性、抗蠕变性、耐老化性等。各种交联剂作用机理不同,有的是与聚合物大分子的活性基团直接反应而产生交联。有的是与单体共聚合进入线型大分子链内,再于热、氧、辐射等作用下,使分子间进行交联。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的问题是提供一种性能优良的纺织用交链剂。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明的交链剂由以下重量百分比的组分合成:有机二元酸10-20%,多元醇12-18%,二乙烯基苯15-18%,二异氰酸酯15-20%,亚甲基双丙烯酰胺15-20%,其余为溶剂。
进一步的,所述有机二元酸为丙二酸。
进一步的,所述多元醇为丙三醇。
进一步的,所述溶剂为乙醇。
进一步的,丙二酸10%,丙三醇15%,二乙烯基苯18%,二异氰酸酯15%,亚甲基双丙烯酰胺20%,氮丙啶10%,乙醇12%。
进一步的,丙二酸15%,丙三醇12%,二乙烯基苯17%,二异氰酸酯20%,亚甲基双丙烯酰胺17%,氮丙啶8%,乙醇11%。
进一步的,丙二酸20%,丙三醇18%,二乙烯基苯15%,二异氰酸酯17%,亚甲基双丙烯酰胺15%,氮丙啶5%,乙醇10%。
本发明的交链剂广泛应用于纺织印花涂料领域,大大提高织物涂层的耐水洗,砂洗,皂洗,耐化学品等性能,保持良好的水洗弹力,还有一定的固色作用,使织物颜色更鲜艳。还具有以下优点:
1、产品环保,更低气味,有利于操作员的健康;
2、和胶浆配伍稳定性好,防止胶浆过快硬化;
3、耐高温性能好,分装后储存运输稳定,不存在分装后的固化问题;
4、交联完毕后成膜弹性好,不影响胶浆的弹性,更适合于高弹性织物。

实施方式一:
丙二酸10%,丙三醇15%,二乙烯基苯18%,二异氰酸酯15%,亚甲基双丙烯酰胺20%,氮丙啶10%,乙醇12%。
实施方式二:
丙二酸15%,丙三醇12%,二乙烯基苯17%,二异氰酸酯20%,亚甲基双丙烯酰胺17%,氮丙啶8%,乙醇11%。
实施方式三
丙二酸20%,丙三醇18%,二乙烯基苯15%,二异氰酸酯17%,亚甲基双丙烯酰胺15%,氮丙啶5%,乙醇10%。

1.一种交链剂,其特征在于由以下重量百分比的组分合成:有机二元酸10-20%,多元醇12-18%,二乙烯基苯15-18%,二异氰酸酯15-20%,亚甲基双丙烯酰胺15-20%,氮丙啶5-10%,其余为溶剂。
2.按照权利要求1所述的交链剂,其特征在于:所述有机二元酸为丙二酸。
3.按照权利要求1所述的交链剂,其特征在于:所述多元醇为丙三醇。
4.按照权利要求1所述的交链剂,其特征在于:所述溶剂为乙醇。
5.按照权利要求1所述的交链剂,其特征在于:丙二酸10%,丙三醇15%,二乙烯基苯18%,二异氰酸酯15%,亚甲基双丙烯酰胺20%,氮丙啶10%,乙醇12%。
6.按照权利要求1所述的交链剂,其特征在于:丙二酸15%,丙三醇12%,二乙烯基苯17%,二异氰酸酯20%,亚甲基双丙烯酰胺17%,氮丙啶8%,乙醇11%。
7.按照权利要求1所述的交链剂,其特征在于:丙二酸20%,丙三醇18%,二乙烯基苯15%,二异氰酸酯17%,亚甲基双丙烯酰胺15%,氮丙啶5%,乙醇10%。
