技术领域
本发明属于功能性PVC膜及其制备领域,具体涉及一种发热圈用PVC膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
发热圈作为电器产品零件进入国外,特别是美国市场,需取得UL认证,如此一来,市场对制造生产发热圈的原材料要求也随之提高。因此,亟需找到一种品质优、收缩率低、各方面综合性能好的PVC膜材料。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种加工方便、节约成本、品质优异的符合环保要求的PVC膜,主要用于发热圈、电加热垫等产品。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种发热圈用PVC膜,由以下重量份的原料加工而成: PVC树脂100份,PVC钙锌环保稳定剂1-3.5份,增塑剂30-46份,环氧大豆油1-4份,群青色粉0.01-0.05份。
优选地,一种发热圈用PVC膜,由以下重量份的原料加工而成: PVC树脂100份,PVC钙锌环保稳定剂1-2.5份,增塑剂30-40份,环氧大豆油1-3份,群青色粉0.03-0.05份。
优选地,所述增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛酯。
本发明的另一个目的在于,提供发热圈用PVC膜的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种发热圈用PVC膜的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1.准备原料:按上述重量份分别准备所需原料;
S2.在高速混合机中,以低速运转逐步加入原料,然后高速运转,使原料混合均匀,自动排料,然后冷却;
S3.将S2混合均匀后的原料传送至行星螺杆式挤出机喂料,然后流入轧轮机塑化后送到过滤机过滤;
S4.最后将S3中经过过滤的原料流进五辊压延机压延成型,即可。
优选地,步骤S2中,先以400-440r/min低速运转25-35s,然后再以720-780r/min高速运转350-400s。
优选地,步骤S2中,料温控制在90-120℃,用自然水冷却。
优选地,步骤S3中所述行星螺杆式挤出机主螺杆及套筒温度设定150-170℃。
优选地,步骤S3中所述轧轮机温度设定150-170℃。
优选地,步骤S3中所述过滤采用不锈钢过滤网,过滤时原料依次经过16目、60目、200目过滤网。
优选地,步骤S4中压延机运行条件为:温度及速度分别设定为1号轮180℃和24.1m/min,2号轮180℃和27.9m/min,3号轮178℃和31.6m/min,4号轮176℃和32.8m/min,5号轮152℃和33.8m/min,引取轮170℃和45m/min,冷却轮1号用43.6m/min的冻水,冷却轮2号用45m/min的自来水,冷却轮3号用46m/min的自来水,卷取机速度为48m/min。

本发明公开的是一种发热圈用PVC膜及其制备方法,材质环保轻便,体积小,容易运输,制作工艺简单,价格便宜,采用本发明所公开技术制作的PVC膜两面均为哑光,且收缩率小于2.5%。

实施例1
一种发热圈用PVC膜,由以下重量份的原料加工而成:无毒环保PVC树脂100份,PVC钙锌环保稳定剂3.2份,增塑剂对苯二甲酸二辛酯32份,环氧大豆油2,群青色粉0.03份。
实施例2
一种发热圈用PVC膜,由以下重量份的原料加工而成:无毒环保PVC树脂100份,PVC钙锌环保稳定剂2.8,增塑剂对苯二甲酸二辛酯40,环氧大豆油3份,群青色粉0.015份。
实施例3
一种发热圈用PVC膜,由以下重量份的原料加工而成:无毒环保PVC树脂100份,PVC钙锌环保稳定剂1.75份,增塑剂对苯二甲酸二辛酯36份,环氧大豆油3份,群青色粉0.03份。
实施例4
一种发热圈用PVC膜,由以下重量份的原料加工而成:无毒环保PVC树脂100份,PVC钙锌环保稳定剂2.4份,增塑剂对苯二甲酸二辛酯34份,环氧大豆油2.35份,群青色粉0.02份。
实施例5
一种发热圈用PVC膜的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1.准备原料:按上述重量份分别准备所需原料;
S2.在高速混合机中以低速逐步加入原料,先以425r/min低速运转28s,然后再以760r/min高速运转360s,使原料混合均匀,自动排料,然后用自然水冷却;
S3.将S2混合均匀后的原料传送至行星螺杆式挤出机喂料,主螺杆及套筒温度设定150-170℃,然后流入轧轮机在150-170℃条件下塑化后送到过滤机,依次经过16目、60目、200目不锈钢过滤网过滤;
S4.最后将S3中经过过滤的原料流进五辊压延机,压延机运行条件为:温度及速度分别设定为1号轮180℃和24.1m/min,2号轮180℃和27.9m/min,3号轮178℃和31.6m/min,4号轮176℃和32.8m/min,5号轮152℃和33.8m/min,引取轮170℃和45m/min,冷却轮1号用43.6m/min的冻水,冷却轮2号用45m/min的自来水,冷却轮3号用46m/min的自来水,卷取机速度为48m/min,压延成型,即可。
实施例6
一种发热圈用PVC膜的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1.准备原料:按上述重量份分别准备所需原料;
S2.在高速混合机中逐步加入原料,先以425r/min低速运转30s,然后再以768r/min高速运转360s,使原料混合均匀,自动排料,然后用自然水冷却;
S3.将S2混合均匀后的原料传送至行星螺杆式挤出机喂料,主螺杆及套筒温度设定158℃,然后流入轧轮机在158℃条件下塑化后送到过滤机,依次经过16目、60目、200目不锈钢过滤网过滤;
S4.最后将S3中经过过滤的原料流进五辊压延机,压延机运行条件为:温度及速度分别设定为1号轮180℃和24.1m/min,2号轮180℃和27.9m/min,3号轮178℃和31.6m/min,4号轮176℃和32.8m/min,5号轮152℃和33.8m/min,引取轮170℃和45m/min,冷却轮1号用43.6m/min的冻水,冷却轮2号用45m/min的自来水,冷却轮3号用46m/min的自来水,卷取机速度为48m/min,压延成型,即可。

1.一种发热圈用PVC膜,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料加工而成:保PVC树脂100份,PVC钙锌环保稳定剂1-3.5份,对苯二甲酸二辛酯30-46份,环氧大豆油1-4份,群青色粉0.01-0.05份。
2.根据权利要求1所述PVC输液袋,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料加工而成:无毒环保PVC树脂100份,PVC钙锌环保稳定剂1-2.5份,对苯二甲酸二辛酯38-45份,环氧大豆油1-3份,群青色粉0.01-0.03份。
3.权利要求1所述PVC输液袋的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1.准备原料:按上述重量份分别准备所需原料;
S2.在高速混合机中逐步加入原料,先低速运转,后高速运转,使原料混合均匀,料温控制在90-120℃,自动排料,然后自然水冷却;
S3.将S2混合均匀后的原料传送至行星螺杆式挤出机喂料,然后流入轧轮机塑化后送到过滤机过滤;
S4.最后将S3中经过过滤的原料流进五辊压延机压延成型,即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,先以400-440r/min低速运转25-35s,然后再以720-780r/min高速运转350-400s。
5.根据权利要求3所述制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述行星螺杆式挤出机主螺杆及套筒温度设定150-170℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述轧轮机温度设定150-170℃。
7.根据权利要求3所述制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述过滤采用不锈钢过滤网,过滤时原料依次经过16目、60目、200目过滤网。
8.根据权利要求3-7任一项所述制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中压延机运行条件为:温度及速度分别设定为1号轮180℃和24.1m/min,2号轮180℃和27.9m/min,3号轮178℃和31.6m/min,4号轮176℃和32.8m/min,5号轮152℃和33.8m/min,引取轮170℃和45m/min,冷却轮1号用43.6m/min的冻水,冷却轮2号用45m/min的自来水,冷却轮3号用46m/min的自来水,卷取机速度为48m/min。
