背景技术
茶疗是根植于中医药文化与茶文化基础之上的一种养生方式，茶疗是指以茶作为单方或配伍其他中药组成复方，通过冲泡茶饮的方式作为养生保健、防病疗疾的一种治疗方法，具有实效性、安全性、享受性及便捷性四大优点。熟地黄，味甘，性微温，归肝、肾二经，具有补血养肝、滋阴补肾、填精益髓等多种功效；当归号称“血家圣药”，性温，味甘、辛，入心、脾、肝三经，最能养肝益肾、活血补血、调经止痛；白芍性质阴柔，不但能补血，还能起到敛阴养肝、抑制肝阳的作用；川芎辛散温通，能活血祛瘀，适用于各种气滞血瘀之病症。“四药汤”是中医临床上最为常用的补血活血调经良方，素有“妇科第一方”和“妇科圣方”的美誉，每一味药材都发挥着重要的作用。现有技术中，会出现相似类茶的组方，但不同份量比例组合，具有不同的治疗效果。

为追求显著保健促疗效果，本发明提供一种四药养血茶，此方具有补血养肝、活血散瘀、调经止痛等多种功效，尤其适合肝血亏虚、血瘀不畅所致的头晕目眩、耳鸣、胁痛、心情郁结、惊惧不安、月经不调及经期疼痛之人服用。
本发明的技术方案：
一种四药养血茶，配方：熟地黄13克、当归10克、白芍10克、川芎7克。
制作方法：将熟地黄13克、当归10克、白芍10克、川芎7克四种药材一同研为粗末后，装入茶包中，放进保温瓶，冲入500-800毫升沸水，盖上瓶盖闷置30分钟。
