Abstract
本发明涉及一种机动车中的阀装置,具有:壳体(1);被布置在壳体中的流动通道(2);被布置在流动通道(2)中的、用于封闭流动通道(2)的阀瓣(8),其中,该阀瓣(8)被固定在轴(3)上,该轴(3)被以能转动的方式支承在壳体(1)中并能通过传动机构(5)借助电机被驱动;被布置在流动通道(2)中的阀座,阀瓣(8)在封闭位置中与该阀座接触,其中,轴(3)以一个角度穿过阀瓣(8)。轴(3)的位于流动通道(2)中的部分具有比在传动机构侧的支承结构(4)的区域中小的直径。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车中的阀装置,具有:壳体;被布置在壳体中的流动通道;被布置在流动通道中的、用于封闭流动通道的阀瓣,其中,该阀瓣被固定在轴上,该轴被以能转动的方式支承在壳体中并能通过传动机构借助电机被驱动;被布置在流动通道中的阀座,阀瓣在封闭位置中与该阀座接触,其中,轴以一个角度穿过阀瓣。
背景技术
这种阀装置例如作为节流阀接管用于内燃机的空气流量调节或用在燃料电池系统中。由于轴以一个角度穿过阀瓣以及与此相关的、轴在流动通道中的倾斜位置,被这样布置的轴需要比被以直角方式布置在流动通道中的轴大的结构空间。通过轴倾斜位置减小而引起的必要结构空间的期望的减小由于阀瓣造型而受到限制。特别由于被布置在阀瓣的径向环绕边缘上的密封件——轴相对于该密封件必须隔开一定距离,倾斜位置的减小受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提出一种开头所述类型的阀装置,当轴倾斜地在流动通道中延伸时需要的结构空间尽可能小。
根据本发明所述目的由此实现,即轴的位于流动通道中的部分具有比在传动机构侧的支承结构的区域中小的直径。
在流动通道中轴直径的减小能够实现具有更小厚度的阀瓣的布置并且允许轴围绕流动通道的倾斜程度较小的倾斜位置。以这种方式,根据本发明的阀装置在流动通道的延伸部中需要的结构空间较少。由此,阀装置的壳体可以沿该方向设计得更小并且因此更轻以及成本更有利。
在流动通道的延伸部中需要的结构空间的进一步减小由此实现,即轴的直径朝向远离传动机构的轴承的方向——特别是在阀瓣后方——进一步减小。借助该设计方案,轴在第二支承结构的区域中具有最小的直径,该直径允许应用更小的轴承并且因此同样有助于减小需要的结构空间。由于直径减小所引起的阀瓣与轴的周面之间的距离的增大还具有另一个优点,即具有对可用的密封件的影响。为了实现良好的密封效果,具有突出的密封唇的密封件的效果比简单的O形环密封件高得多。基于密封唇在流动通道的壁部上的空间延伸,这种密封件在轴的小的倾斜位置中的应用迄今是存在问题的。借助所述有利的设计方案现在可以即使当轴具有小的倾斜位置时也应用具有密封唇的密封件。

具体实施方式
图1中的用于机动车的阀装置具有:壳体1;被布置在壳体中的、用于使得流体通流的流动通道2。在当前的情况下,空气流通过阀装置调节。在流动通道2中布置有轴3,该轴在壳体1中被在两侧支承。第一轴承4位于壳体1的、布置有传动机构5的那一侧上。传动机构5在输出侧与轴3连接并在输入侧与未示出的电机连接,该电机被安置在壳体1的隔开的腔6中。用于轴3的第二轴承7位于流动通道2的、与传动机构5对置的那一侧上。在轴3上布置有阀瓣8,该阀瓣具有孔9,轴3穿过该孔延伸。为了固定在轴3上,阀瓣8与轴3拧紧。阀瓣8还具有径向环绕的边缘,密封件10被布置在该边缘上。在所示出的视图中,阀瓣8位于封闭位置中,因此密封件10与流动通道2的作为阀座11起作用的区域共同作用并且完全封闭流动通道2。轴3在第一轴承4的区域中具有最大的直径。轴3在第一轴承4与阀瓣3之间具有第一凸肩12,使得轴3的位于流动通道2中的部分具有比在传动机构侧的支承结构的区域中小的直径。在另外的延伸部中,轴3在阀瓣8后方具有第二凸肩13,由此,轴3在第二轴承7的区域中具有再次减小的直径。这造成,第二轴承7小于第一轴承4。由于直径减小所引起的阀瓣8与轴3的周面之间的距离更大,密封件10是具有密封唇的密封环,其中,密封唇在第二凸肩13的区域中在流动通道中朝向轴3延伸。
Claims (2)
1.一种机动车中的阀装置,具有:壳体;被布置在壳体中的流动通道;被布置在流动通道中的、用于封闭流动通道的阀瓣,其中,该阀瓣被固定在轴上,该轴被以能转动的方式支承在壳体中并能通过传动机构借助电机被驱动;被布置在流动通道中的阀座,阀瓣在封闭位置中与该阀座接触,其中,轴以一个角度穿过阀瓣,其特征在于,轴(3)的位于流动通道(2)中的部分具有比在传动机构侧的支承结构(4)的区域中小的直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其特征在于,轴(3)的直径朝向远离传动机构的轴承(7)的方向——特别是在阀瓣(8)后方——进一步减小。
