Abstract

Description
现有技术
本发明涉及一种交通运输工具、信息娱乐系统以及用于操作交通运输工具的信息娱乐系统的设备。本发明尤其涉及用于在用户不需要将其视线定向在用户界面上以进行有针对性的输入的情况下借助滑动手势(Wischgesten)输入无级的输入值的可能性。
在当前的交通运输工具、尤其是机动车的驾驶舱中的趋势是越来越多地具有无开关的设计。因为在此也倾向于取消传统的旋转按压调节器,由此在用户输入之后不出现必要的触觉反馈,所以需要这样的用户界面和输入元件,其良好地集成在无开关的驾驶舱中并且仍能为客户提供良好的定向以及在调节重要功能(如音量、在长列表中滚动、空调操作等)时的视觉反馈。
DE 10 2012 008 681 A1公开了一种用于汽车的多功能操作装置,其中设置有用于接收滑动手势和按压输入的组合式滑动/键盘表面。操作元件设计为长条形或者矩形,其中,突出的边缘凸起用于导引用户的手指。操作元件优选在屏幕显示的侧面基本上垂直地布置。
DE 10 2013 000 110 A1公开了一种操作方法和机动车中的操作系统,其中,作为对触摸第二显示面上的触摸敏感表面的响应,这样改变显示在第一显示面上的操作面,使得在第一显示面上显示属于所述操作面的附加信息。为此,设有触摸敏感表面,用于与操作对象(例如电容式触屏)进行电容式相互作用。
DE 10 2008 048 825 A1公开了一种汽车中的显示和操作系统,其具有用户适应的视图,其中,通过用户输入能够激活调整模式,在所述调整模式中至少部分地在显示面的部分区域中显示所有显示对象的图形视图。以此方式可以将之前分布在整个显示面上的对象显示在这种部分区域中,所述部分区域处于用户能够到的空间中。
由之前引用的现有技术出发,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,将用于滑动手势的舒适的输入装置在视觉上有利地集成在交通运输工具内部。本发明所要解决的另一技术问题在于,使这种系统的用户的反馈能够被直观地理解。
发明内容
前述技术问题按本发明通过一种用于操作交通运输工具的信息娱乐系统的设备解决。所述设备包括线形或者曲线形延伸的手指板条,其设置用于在触觉上(纵向)导引用户的手指。换而言之,为用户的手指预设一维轨迹。这种轨迹横行于其纵向具有尤其是凹形的和/或凸形的(部分)结构,其在进行滑动手势期间可以由用户触觉感知并且用于在手指板条上定向手指。此外,设有用于检测在手指板条上实施的滑动手势的检测单元。所述检测单元可以(例如电容式地)检测在手指板条上实施的人体组织运动并且将其转换为电信号。设置用于处理所检测的滑动手势(或者通过其产生的信号)的分析单元并且可以设计为可编程的处理器、微处理器、纳米处理器或者类似装置的形式。此外,所述设备具有线形的光出口,其至少几乎完全地沿着手指板条延伸。所述光出口可以是部分透明的塑料和/或玻璃体和/或烧结体,处于其后的照明器件能够穿过其朝向用户发光。作为对借助检测单元探测的用户手势的响应,按照本发明的设备可以借助由光出口发出的光信号应答用户手势。例如,已经启动的功能可以通过配属于所述功能的光图案进行应答。光图案也可以具有一个或多个颜色,它们分别明确地配属于已经启动的功能。与配属于手势的功能是否成功启动无关地,对设备的操作也可以通过相应光信号的输出进行应答。尤其在滑动手势的情况下,可以在手指周围产生随着手指运动的微光(也称为“辉光”或者“光冠”),由此使用户得知设备以何种方式检测了他的手势。用户手势也可以理解为一个或多个手指的接近或者放置,其中,在光出口中(例如从其一个或多个边缘开始)沿着一个或多个手指的方向产生一个或多个移动光线,因此未经训练的用户也可以得到能直观理解的信号,说明他们已经找到或者使用了输入界面。
从属权利要求示出了本发明的优选扩展设计。
手指板条可以例如设置用于水平布置。这具有的优点是,沿竖直方向形成用于手指的搁板或者说托架,由此沿竖直方向(例如在驶过地面不平或者地洞时)形成的加速度不会将用户的手指移出手指板条之前的期望空间区域。如果手指板条在显示面的上方和/或下方布置在交通运输工具中,则设备的操作特别直观。以此方式,设备或者按照本发明设置的手指板条处于显示面的较强上下文关联中并且能够直观地理解为用户界面的组成部分。如果将手指板条设计为沟或者凹陷状的纵向槽的形式(该纵向槽例如沿着(平坦或者拱曲的)屏幕的表面延伸),则形成特别令人愉悦和不言而喻的触感。
优选在手指板条中开设光出口,由此使发出的光信号与用户手势特别强烈地关联。换而言之,在按照本发明地操作手指板条时也扫过光出口,因此应答的光信号看来设置地直接接近并且尤其还在用户的相应手指之下。
实现应答的光信号的适当可能性在于,在光出口之后布置光源,该光源包括单独的照明器件(如发光二极管,LEDs),这些照明器件相对于控制它们的电信号具有特别快的响应速度。这实现了特别准确的对应答用户手势的光信号的输出。尤其可以设置用于将从光出口发出的光线均匀化的半透明的(口语也称为“乳白色的”)元件。以此方式,半透明的元件用于使入射光线朝向用户散射,由此一方面使不均匀的光源在视觉上显得更有吸引力并且仍能实现光信号的精确定位。
如果手指板条在两侧通过在视觉和/或触觉上隔开的端部区域被限定以形成点击区或按键区,则能够向用户特别明确地显示可能的输入的多样性。例如可以设置横向于手指板条纵向延伸部的边条,所述边条可由用户明确地感知。作为备选或补充,可以设置横向于手指板条纵向延伸部的槽,以便在端部区域之间在视觉和触觉上相对于按键区限定滑动区域。以此方式,对按键区的操作也可以基本上在没有设备的光学检测的情况下由用户进行。这提高了在操作按照本发明的设备时的交通安全性。例如可以使用关于按键区的重复的点击输入,以便转换(英语“toggling”)配属于滑动区域的功能。可借助按键区“转换”的可能的功能将在本说明书中进一步阐述。例如,选择用于滑动区域的功能也可以借助长按手势(英语“longpress”)针对之后的操作步骤配置给滑动区域。以此方式可以将用户期望的功能持久地配置给滑动区域。
光出口优选可以设置用于在按键区的区域内与手指板条的所有其它区域内的当前光线颜色无关地发出预定义的另一光线颜色。相应地适用于光强度。换而言之,光出口在端部区域中的区域优选不透光地相对于手指板条的滑动手势区域被限定。例如,三个半透明的光出口部件可以在视觉和/或触觉限制的区域内通过两个不透光(也就是光学上“不透”)的结构被中断。例如,所述光学中断部可以这样从手指板条的表面突出,使得它们用于端部区域的触觉限制。优选至少通过以下方式避免光线的光学串扰,即不透光结构朝用户的方向不被半透明的元件覆盖。同时可以实现特别均匀的表面,方式为完全透明的元件形成手指板条的表面。
检测单元可以具有线性布置的多个电容式天线,它们沿手指板条的主延伸方向(纵向)并排地布置在手指板条之后的区域内。换而言之,单独的电容式天线随着手指板条的线形形状延伸,因此尤其能够由检测单元分辨出手指板条上的多个不同输入位置并且报告给分析单元。相对于触摸敏感屏幕的电容式表面,单独的电容式天线的优点在于在敏感性和作用范围方面的更灵活的可设计性。例如,检测单元不只可以检测触摸,也可以检测用户在没有与手指板条接触时的靠近并且报告给分析单元。
按照本发明的设备例如可以具有带触摸敏感表面的显示单元和处于显示单元上的线形或者弧线形延伸的触觉屏障。所述屏障用于将显示单元的显示面与显示单元的设置用于形成按照本发明的手指板条的边缘区域分隔开。显示单元的触摸敏感表面的布置在手指板条区域中的部段用作检测用户的按压/点击和滑动手势的检测单元。相应地,显示单元的布置在手指板条的区域中的部段可以形成设备的光出口。换而言之,光出口设计为本身发光的显示单元的线形部段。通过触觉屏障,显示单元一方面可以提供显示面并且另一方面提供检测单元和按照本发明设备的光出口,尽管显示单元可以作为一件式元件制造。这提高了设备的稳定性,降低了构件数量,节省了装配过程并且降低了制造成本。此外,一件式部件在交通运输工具制造中避免了辗轧声、咯咯作响和不期望的污物的问题,由此防止了错误操作。
优选地可以设置接近传感器,其中,分析单元设置用于借助由光出口发出的光信号应答借助接近传感器检测的手势。换而言之,按照本发明不是首先应答用户与手指板条的接触式互动,而是已经在对用户接近手指板条的响应中输出光信号,以便用户得知存在通过按照本发明的设备进行接触式输入的可能性和这种互动看上去可能如何进行。这例如可以通过光线走向和/或闪烁图案实现,由此为使用者动画显示滑动或者多点触控手势的输入。
分析单元优选设置用于分析手指板条上的预定义的第一手势,以便使媒体播放的音量适配。所述第一手势可以例如是通过单个手指进行的滑动手势。作为备选或补充,分析单元设置用于分析手指板条上的预定义的第二手势,以便使信息娱乐系统的语音输出的音量适配。所述第二手势可以例如是正好通过两个手指进行的滑动手势(多重触摸手势、多点触控手势)。作为备选或补充,分析单元可以设置用于分析手指板条上的预定义的第三手势,以便使声音符号或者声学警示声音的音量适配。第三手势例如可以是正好通过三个手指实施的多点触控滑动手势。前述手势和示例性功能范围之间的对应关系能够以任何方式改变,只要不背离本发明的范围即可。
根据手势的类型和通过手势启动的功能的类型,可以在设备的显示单元上输出相应的提示文字和/或相应的提示符号。
作为备选或补充,通过光出口输出的光信号可以彼此独立地应答功能和检测的手势类型。例如,手势类型可以通过光强度提高的一个或多个位置说明或者应答。通过应用不同颜色可以说明被操作的功能。例如在空调功能的滑动手势操作时,光信号可以根据额定温度的降低或者升高朝向蓝色或者朝向红色改变。如果功能是音量改变,则可以在音量提高时从白光朝向红光转换,或者在音量降低时相反地从红光颜色向白光转换。当然,可以几乎完全用第一颜色的光线加载光出口,以便说明功能适配的方式方法,而选择第二颜色用于分布在用户手指区域内的光线,由此(例如与适配的功能无关地)应答检测的手势。
分析单元也可以设置用于,响应于在借助检测单元检测的手势结束之后预定义时长的流逝,使由光出口发出的光信号与交通运输工具的环境光线的当前设置适配。换而言之,光出口以及布置在其后的照明器件可以用于支持环境光线方案,只要按照本发明的手指板条当前不用于接收用户手势或者其应答即可。在预定义的时长之后在用户互动中自动地切换至环境光线模式,所述预定义的时长可以例如是1秒至10秒范围内的1秒的整数倍形式的最小时长。以此方式,按照本发明的设备更多样地用于在视觉上令人愉悦的和直观的以及操作舒适的客舱造型。
按照本发明的第二方面建议用于交通运输工具的信息娱乐系统,其包括按照本发明的第一方面的设备。换而言之,按照本发明的设备在一种设计方案中补充了如音乐播放和/或导航功能的功能范围。相应地,也可以通过按照本发明的设备调整和说明暖气/空调范围。特征、特征组合以及由此形成的优点与本发明的第一方面一致,因此为了避免重复可以参考以上的阐述。
按照本发明的第三方面建议一种交通运输工具,其具有相应于本发明第二方面的信息娱乐系统或者按照本发明第一方面的设备。所述交通运输工具可以例如是轿车、运输机、载重汽车、摩托车、空中和/或水上交通运输工具。为了避免重复,关于按照本发明的交通运输工具的特征、特征组合以及由此形成的优点也可以参考以上的阐述。

具体实施方式
图1示出作为交通运输工具的轿车10,其中,作为显示单元的屏幕4通过信息技术与作为分析单元的电子控制设备5相连。水平地布置在屏幕4下方的手指板条1借助光信号通过信息技术与电子控制设备5相连,以便检测用户手势以及光学应答用户手势。数据存储器6准备预定义的参考值以便将用户手势分类并且用于定义配属于被分类的用户手势的光信号图案。用户2基本上水平地伸出其手臂,以便在手指板条1上实施滑动手势。如果没有按照本发明设计的手指板条1,轿车10的竖直加速度可能导致用户有时错误操作手指板条1。此外,用户2需要将其视线定向在手指板条1上,以便其手指能够准确地定位在手指板条1上。按照本发明不会出现以上情况,因为手指板条1具有用于导引用户2的手指的有利的搁板状结构。
图2示出按照本发明的设备的一个实施例,其具有两个屏幕4、4a,它们在交通运输工具的中控台或者仪表板中设置成基本一上一下地布置。屏幕4、4a的显示面40、40a从上向下地按顺序地通过边条形的作为触觉屏障的框架件11、作为接近传感器的红外LED条7和凹形设计的手指板条1分隔开,在手指板条1中开设有线形的光出口45,所述光出口随着手指板条1的纵向延伸方向延伸。手指板条1的远端区域43、44通过垂直于纵向延伸方向定向的板条结构41、42相对于手指板条1的作为操作面的中间滑动手势区域限定边界或者说使其可识别。基本上沿行驶方向延伸的光导体46与线形的光出口45邻接,所述光导体46将源于行驶方向的光线导向用户,以产生应答的光信号。
图3示出图2所示的按照本发明设备的实施例的细节视图。在视图中示例性地在光导体46上沿行驶方向设置有LED9作为光源的照明器件,通过该LED9,光出口45的窄的、但漫射或模糊限定的区域在LED9的光线中发光。在手指板条1的表面下方紧挨着布置有电容式检测单元3的支架3d,其与印制电路板3e机械地和导电地相连。所述印制电路板3e具有(未显示的)用于运行检测单元3的电子构件。

图5示出用于操作信息娱乐系统的按照本发明的设备的备选实施例的原理图。在具有显示面40的屏幕4上方设有接近传感器7,用于识别用户的手对设备的接近。屏幕4上的基本上水平延伸的边条11将显示面40的较窄表面区域与显示面40的主显示区域分隔开,所述较窄表面区域配属于按照本发明的手指板条1。屏幕4设计为触摸屏(Touch-Screen,“触摸敏感的显示单元”的英语),其在现有技术中已知。然而,为了实现按照本发明的设备,布置在板条11上方的显示区域40与布置在板条11下方的区域完全不同地被控制,所述布置在板条11下方的区域形成所述设备的检测单元和光出口。换而言之,一件式的屏幕4设置为触摸屏的形式,其下边缘形成按照本发明的设备的检测单元和光出口。手指板条1向下通过基本上水平的搁板12限定,所述搁板12用于支撑手指并且在实施滑动手势时导引手指。
即使根据结合附图阐述的实施例详细描述了按照本发明的方面和有利的实施形式,但本领域技术人员可以对所示实施例的特征进行修改和组合,只要不背离通过所附权利要求书定义的本发明的范围即可。

Claims (15)
1.一种用于操作交通运输工具(10)的信息娱乐系统的设备,包括:
-用于触觉导引用户(2)的手指的、线形或者弧线形延伸的手指板条(1),
-用于检测在手指板条(1)上实施的滑动手势的检测单元(3),
-用于处理检测的滑动手势的分析单元(5),和
-线形的光出口(45),所述光出口至少几乎完全沿着手指板条(1)延伸,其中,所述设备设置用于,响应于借助检测单元(3)探测的用户手势,借助由光出口(45)发出的光信号应答所述用户手势。
2.按权利要求1所述的设备,其中,手指板条(1)
-设置用于水平地布置在交通运输工具(10)中,尤其是布置在显示面(40、40a)上方和/或下方,和/或
-具有用于导引手指的沟形表面,和/或
-具有用于支撑手指的搁板(12)。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的设备,其中,光出口(45)开设在手指板条(1)中。
4.按前述权利要求之一所述的设备,其中,光源(9)布置在光出口(45)之后,所述光源
-包括单独的照明器件,优选LED,其中,尤其
-设置有用于使从光出口(45)发出的光线均匀化的半透明的元件。
5.按前述权利要求之一所述的设备,其中,手指板条(1)在两侧通过在视觉和/或触觉上隔开的端部区域(43、44)被限定以形成按键区。
6.按权利要求5所述的设备,其中,光出口(45)设置用于在按键区的区域内与手指板条的所有其它区域内的光线颜色无关地发出预定义的另一光线颜色。
7.按前述权利要求之一所述的设备,其中,
-检测单元(3)具有线性布置的多个电容式天线(3a),它们沿手指板条(1)的主延伸方向并排地布置在手指板条(1)之后。
8.按前述权利要求1至5之一所述的设备,还包括:
-具有触摸敏感表面的显示单元(4)和
-处于显示单元(4)上的线形或者弧线形延伸的触觉屏障(11),所述屏障用于将显示面(40)与手指板条(1)分隔开,其中,
-触摸敏感表面的布置在手指板条(1)的区域中的部段形成所述设备的检测单元(3),并且
-显示单元(4)的布置在手指板条(1)的区域中的部段形成所述设备的光出口(45)。
9.按前述权利要求之一所述的设备,还包括接近传感器(7),其中,分析单元(5)设置用于借助由光出口(45)发出的光信号来应答借助接近传感器(7)检测的手势。
10.按前述权利要求之一所述的设备,其中,分析单元(5)设置用于分析
-手指板条(1)上的用于调整媒体播放的音量的第一手势和/或
-手指板条(1)上的用于调整信息娱乐系统的语音输出的音量的第二手势和/或
-手指板条(1)上的用于调整声音符号的音量的第三手势。
11.按权利要求10所述的设备,其中,分析单元(5)设置用于通过在显示单元(4)上光学地输出第一或第二或第三提示文字和/或提示符号来应答所分析的用户的第一手势和/或第二手势和/或第三手势。
12.按前述权利要求之一所述的设备,其中,手指板条设置用于分辨多重触摸手势,并且分析单元(5)设置用于
-用第一光信号应答通过正好一个手指进行的手势,
-用第二光信号应答通过正好两个手指进行的多重触摸手势并且尤其
-用第三光信号应答通过正好三个手指进行的多重触摸手势,所述光信号分别由光出口发出,其中,光信号的输出位置尤其与相应的手势或者多重触摸手势一致。
13.按前述权利要求之一所述的设备,其中,分析单元(5)还设置用于,响应于在借助检测单元(3)检测的手势结束之后预定义时长的流逝,使由光出口(45)发出的光信号与交通运输工具(10)的环境光线的当前设置适配。
14.一种信息娱乐系统,包括按前述权利要求之一所述的设备。
15.一种交通运输工具,包括按权利要求14所述的信息娱乐系统或者按前述权利要求1至13之一所述的设备。
