技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于吹膜设备的吹塑模头、一种制作吹膜的方法以及一种吹膜设备。
背景技术
吹膜设备是众所周知的,并已证明了其在现有技术中的价值所在。
在挤出机中,通过剪切将塑料颗粒液化和压缩(即均质化)。塑料熔体通过单独的通道进料到吹塑模头。在吹塑模头中,螺旋分配器将塑料熔体分层分配到通向环形间隙喷嘴的环形间隙中。多层吹膜管从环形间隙喷嘴处以熔体的形式排出,然后在冻结线处凝固,随后平铺,转向,部分反转并最后卷起。
吹塑模头有两种普通类型。第一种是轴向螺旋分配器,体现为锥式螺旋分配器或圆柱式螺旋分配器;另一种是板式螺旋分配器,在现有技术中也常被称之为“堆模”或“饼模(pancake)”,径向螺旋分配器或水平螺旋分配器。
DE 102007 008844 A1公开了一种板式螺旋分配器。如现有技术中常见的那样,多层膜由底部至顶部形成。在其图1所示的示例性实施例中,产生了五层膜。熔融塑料体被同时压制成五个板包装,一个板包装形成位于一个层面上的螺旋。五个熔体流径向向内流出至中心环形间隙中。通过这种方式,首先在自底部到顶部的路径中产生单层流。径向围绕该流,得到来自第二板包装的第二层,并且继续这样一直到最后五层流通过中心环形间隙向上朝向管模,并且具有管形的五层膜被吹出为止。
WO 2008/043715 A1在其图1中也示出了一种板式螺旋分配器。
EP 1 550 541 B1在其图1中也公开了一种板式螺旋分配器;但是,该发明的其余部分涉及不同类型的螺旋心轴分配器,并且在其图4中,其仅公开了轴向螺旋分配器。
本发明的任务是提供一种针对现有技术的改进或替代方案。
发明内容
在本发明的第一方面中,该任务通过用于吹膜设备的吹塑模头得以解决,吹塑模头具有用于分配来自挤出机的熔体流的板式螺旋分配器、以及用于将熔体流组合进而在导向至管模的环形间隙中形成几层环形间隙流,板式螺旋分配器具有多个叠层的螺旋,至少两层的螺旋具有用于预组合至少两层熔体流的接合处,从所述接合处开始设有导向至所述环形间隙的共用引导件,用以在环形间隙将预组合的熔体流与环形间隙流相组合。
下面将对一些术语进行说明。本发明的目的在于多层板式螺旋分配器。
为了制作出具有不同机械特征、触觉特征、芳香特征或任何其它类型特征的若干层,通常将不同类型的塑料应用于多层膜。因此,它们在各种不同的挤出机中被均质化,尤其是通过每层一个挤出机或每种塑料一个挤出机的形式。
吹塑模头的“环形间隙”通常恰好是与组装方向同轴延伸并从而与吹塑模头挤出方向同轴延伸的一个环形间隙。挤出方向通常是螺旋分配器垂直轴上的由底部至顶部。
一般地,应指出的是,在本专利申请的范围内,除非是上下文直接或间接地特意指出例如“正好一个...”、“正好两个...”等,否则诸如“一”、“二”等不定冠词和数字通常应理解为其表示最小值,即“至少一个...”、“至少两个...”等。
“叠层”通常是位于相互平行层面上的螺旋路径。
螺旋的路径是有相关性的。每个螺旋由预分配器沿上游方向供应。预分配器致使来自挤出机的熔体流分支出来,通常分为两分支,其可以位于一个层面上,但不一定必须在一个层面上,尤其不在与它们所供应的螺旋相同的层面上。
“叠”是指各层在挤出方向上彼此接替。具有垂直轴线并因此具有整体垂直挤出方向的吹塑模头中,各“层”实质上通过置于彼此顶部的方式垂直向上挤出。然而,其他的空间位置也是可能的。
“接合处”的特征在于,两层螺旋相结合,使得在吹塑模头的操作期间,在接合处形成具有至少两层的连续流。换句话说,在接合处,引发两个熔体流的预组合从而实现两层预组合。
最后,将预组合的多层流进行进一步预组合或引导至环形间隙。
“环形间隙流”是环形间隙内的流,其朝向管模。
这里提出的本发明的优点是:吹塑模头具有更普遍的用途。例如,如果接合处适用于体积相同的两个熔体流,则吹膜设备的操作者也可以驱动接合处,例如体积流率从1:3到3:1。
这不同于相对较弱熔体流与中心环形通道中环形流的直接结合,中心环形通道中环形流具有大得多的体积流量。这种结合在现有技术中是已知的,通过它只有小得多的处理窗口才可以被驱动。
优选地,两个正好相邻的层的螺旋具有接合处。
这意味着可以设置一个或多个接合处,但至少在一个接合处,正好两个熔体流可以进行预组合以形成一个两层流。
可替代的或另外的,正好三层螺旋,特别是相邻层的螺旋,可以形成接合处。
在优选实施例中,设有多个接合处,且所述多个接合处具有至所述环形间隙的相继的输入端。
通过“相继的输入端”,旨在从接合处引导进入环形通道中的通道引导件的输入端在挤出方向上被并列设置(offset),也就是说,在吹塑模头的操作期间,其致使在环形通道中相继形成层。
如果吹塑模头被构造成为只有预组合的流(即具有接合处的通道)才可以流出进入环形通道,则是特别有利的。通过这种结构,只有预组合的多层流被引导进入中心环形通道中,所以即便是最后的熔体流(即被引导进入环形通道中最强的体积流中的熔体流)也比流进环形通道中的简单的单层流要更强。
板式螺旋分配器的板可以在其顶部上和底侧上各自具有螺旋。特别是如果具有螺旋的几个或所有板在其顶部上和底侧上各自具有螺旋的话,那么吹塑模头将会特别紧凑。
在本发明的第二方面中,目的是提供一种通过上述吹塑模头制作吹膜的方法,其中来自挤出机的熔体流被引导通过螺旋,其中两个熔体流在接合处被预组合,于是在进一步的流径中,该预组合的熔体流被引导进入环形间隙中并在那里与到达的环形间隙流进行结合。
已经解释的是,在优选实施例中,三个熔体流在接合处处进行预组合,其中在接合处,中间层设置有两个覆盖层并以被覆盖的状态被引导进入环形间隙中。在这样的实施例中,相对较弱的层(例如软的或非常薄的层)也可以与到达的具有高体积流量的环形流进行可靠地组合。
两个覆盖层可以用相同的塑料制作,例如具有相同的厚度,其中预组合层或膜的整体对称结构通常是理想的,但不是不可或缺的。
自然地,这里所说的方法和吹塑模头的优点也对吹膜设备整体具有直接的有益效果。

具体实施方式
相对于其它类型,图1中的吹塑模头(1)(仅部分示出)包括具有挤出轴线(3)的板式螺旋分配器(2)。九个螺旋(A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,J)沿挤出方向(4)依次设置在相互平行的层面上,每个螺旋形成于两个叠置板(6,7)的板包装(5)(示例性编号)之间。
这些螺旋径向向内延伸直至挤出轴线(3)进入通向管模(9)的环形间隙(8)中。
在吹塑模头(1)的操作期间,由挤出机(未示出)产生的熔体流被引导到九个螺旋中,在那里它们在彼此平行且间隔的各个层面上朝向环形间隙(8)流动。通过这种方式,在环形间隙(8)中制作出九层膜。从底部螺旋(J)进入环形间隙(8)的输入端开始,产生沿挤出方向(4)上升通过环形间隙(8)的单层熔体流。当到达螺旋(H)的输入端时,由螺旋(H)供应的熔体流与仅从螺旋(J)到达的熔体流组合。因此,截止到螺旋(H)的输入端,在环形间隙(8)中存在一个两层熔体流。

这可能已经达到了临界体积流率;对于从下方到达的具有圆柱状夹套(cylinderjacket)形状层流形式的两个熔体流,来自螺旋(G)的熔体流仅生成一层。通过螺旋(G,H)和(J)的熔体流为相同体积流量的简单情形下,来自螺旋(G)的熔体流与到达的具有其两倍高体积流量的主熔体流合并。
如果吹塑模头可以根据特定应用进行适当地设计,那么这实际上是理想的;然而,如果例如为了对膜进行改性或为了形成完全不同的膜而将从螺旋(G)到达的熔体流减少,以及如果例如因为螺旋(G)生成的层变得更薄并且另外两层变得更厚,而另外将从螺旋(H,J)流出的一个或两个熔体流的体积流量增加,将会很快超出传统板式螺旋分配器的变化可能性。
根据本发明的吹塑模头(10)可以更加灵活地进行使用。
这里公开的改型板式螺旋分配器(11)也适用于从管模(9)中生成一个九层塑料膜。
然而,在这种情况下,形成平行层的三个叠置螺旋(A',B'和C';D',E'和F';G',H'和J')各自在到达环形间隙(8)之前便进行了预组合。
因此,在根据本发明的吹塑模头(10)的操作期间,通过底部改型螺旋(G',H'和J')的熔体流产生最终膜的最深处三层。
在螺旋(G',H',J')的共同螺旋路线(12)(其无法展示,只能示例性编号)之后,它们具有形成三层的第一接合处(13)。从那里,共用引导件(14)通向环形间隙(8)。
这意味着当吹膜设备用根据本发明的吹塑模头(10)进行操作时,一个三层熔体流在最底部被进料到环形间隙(8)中。
这个三层熔体流向上上升直到其到达下一个(第二)进料(16)的进料高度(15)为止。
此外,自螺旋(D',E',F')预组合的熔体流,在其已经于第二接合处(17)处被组合形成三层以后,才进行输入。
在第二进料(16)与环形间隙(8)中到达的主流相遇处,即在进料高度(15)处,便会有两个三层流的相遇。因此,各层的体积流量的变化具有更广泛的可能性。
类似的方式同样应用于自螺旋(A',B'和C')的最后三个熔体流,其也是在通过第三进料(19)到达环形间隙(8)中的抵达的主流之前,便已在第三接合处(18)处进行了预组合。
这里提出的实施例中,首先将前三个熔体流预组合,然后依次构建预组合的三层熔体流以形成一个九层熔体流,从而形成一个九层挤出膜。
然而,需要明确指出的是,更加简单或者更加复杂的接合处也构成本发明概念的一部分,本发明的概念是:首先在板式螺旋分配器中将单独的熔体流进行组合,然后将其合并形成共同的共挤出流。
此外,与传统的结构形式相比,根据本发明的吹塑模头可具有减小的尺寸。这也减小了在挤出方向上延伸通道的长度,从而缩短了驻留时间。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于吹膜设备的吹塑模头,所述吹塑模头具有板式螺旋分配器,所述板式螺旋分配器用于分配来自挤出机的熔体流、以及用于将所述熔体流组合进而在导向至管模的环形间隙中形成几层环形间隙流,所述板式螺旋分配器具有多个叠层的螺旋,其特征在于,两层所述螺旋具有用于预组合两层所述熔体流的接合处,并且,从所述接合处开始设有导向至所述环形间隙的共用引导件,用以在所述环形间隙将所述预组合的熔体流与所述环形间隙流相组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吹塑模头,其特征在于,正好两相邻层的所述螺旋具有接合处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的吹塑模头,其特征在于,三层的所述螺旋具有接合处。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的吹塑模头,其特征在于,设有多个接合处,且所述多个接合处具有至所述环形间隙的相继的输入端。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的吹塑模头,其特征在于,板在其顶部上和其底侧上各具有一个螺旋。
6.根据权利要求5所述的吹塑模头,其特征在于,多个板在所述顶部和所述底部上具有螺旋。
7.一种用于利用根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的吹塑模头制作吹膜的方法,其特征在于,来自挤出机的熔体流被引导通过所述螺旋,并且其中两个熔体流在接合处被预组合,于是,所述预组合的熔体流仅在进一步的流径中被引导进入所述环形间隙中并在所述环形间隙中与到达的所述环形间隙流实现合并。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,三个熔体流在接合处被预组合,其中在所述接合处,中间层设有两个覆盖层并仅在被覆盖的状态下被导入所述环形间隙中。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述两个覆盖层采用相同的塑料制成。
10.一种吹膜设备,包括挤出机、吹塑模头、冷却装置、校准单元、平铺装置、反转单元、以及若需要还可以设有的卷绕站,其特征在于,所述吹膜设备采用根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的吹塑模头,并且所述吹膜设备适用于执行根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的方法。
