本发明公开了一种室外TFT‑LCD液晶显示模组,包括TFT‑LCD显示屏和外框壳体,所述TFT‑LCD显示屏包括从上至下依次设置的上偏光片、彩色滤光片、液晶、TFT玻璃、下偏光片、扩散片、扩散板、背光源和背板,所述TFT玻璃上设置有像素扫描处理器,背光源上设置有图形显示处理器,背板上设置有MCU和实时时钟处理器,所述像素扫描处理器、图形显示处理器、实时时钟处理器均与MCU电连接,所述外框壳体包括用于罩装TFT‑LCD显示屏的后壳体以及与上偏光片上端面四周边沿对应的边框,所述后壳体四周与边框四周对应固定连接,本发明结构设计合理,有利于降低系统制作成本,减少整机体积,方便室外布置,具备良好视觉效果,有效防紫外线照射,使用寿命长。

Description

一种室外TFT-LCD液晶显示模组
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,具体为一种室外TFT-LCD液晶显示模组。
背景技术
随着数字科技的发展,显示器技术也不断地发展且需求与口俱增。早期由于阴极射线管(Cathode Ray Tube,CRT)具有优异的显示品质与技术成熟性,因此长年独占显示器市场。然而,近年来随着绿色环保概念的兴起,基于阴极射线管的能源消耗较大且产生辐射量较大的特性,加上其产品扁平化空间有限,故阴极射线管无法满足市场对于轻、薄、短、小、美观以及低消耗功率的市场发展趋势。因此,轻薄的平面显示器(Flat Panel Display,FPD)已经逐渐取代传统厚重的阴极射线管显示器。常见的平面显示器包括有电浆显示器(Plasma Display Panel,PDP)、液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)以及薄膜晶体管液晶显示器(Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display,TFT-LCD)等。
现有的TFT-LCD液晶显示模组,只是作为一个显示部件,无法参与整机的控制,其需要通过FPC板与外部的整机控制线路连接,以实现图形的显示控制,这样就造成了显示模组与整机控制线路是两个完全独立的部分,而且在制造过程中由于整机控制线路存在的主控制板体积较大,与TFT-LCD液晶显示面板之间连接位置关系也较为复杂,从而导致了整个系统更加复杂、成本增高等缺点;另外,TFT-LCD液晶显示模组在室外使用时,通常会被安装在不锈钢外框盒中,做整体室外防护,这不但增大了产品的整体体积与影响美观,还不利于显示屏信息的读取。在显示屏面板普遍采用贴防紫外线保护膜或增加防紫外线涂层以保护液晶材料,但这两种方法的防紫外线受使用年限的限制,在阳光照射下,其老化速度不断加快,膜层、涂层逐渐质变,从而严重影响到TFT-LCD模组产品的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构设计合理,有利于降低系统制作成本,减少整机体积,方便室外布置,具备良好视觉效果,有效防紫外线照射的室外TFT-LCD液晶显示模组,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种室外TFT-LCD液晶显示模组,包括TFT-LCD显示屏和外框壳体,所述TFT-LCD显示屏包括从上至下依次设置的上偏光片、彩色滤光片、液晶、TFT玻璃、下偏光片、扩散片、扩散板、背光源和背板,所述TFT玻璃上设置有像素扫描处理器,背光源上设置有图形显示处理器,背板上设置有MCU和实时时钟处理器,所述像素扫描处理器、图形显示处理器、实时时钟处理器均与MCU电连接,所述外框壳体包括用于罩装TFT-LCD显示屏的后壳体以及与上偏光片上端面四周边沿对应的边框,所述后壳体四周与边框四周对应固定连接,所述上偏光片上贴附有防紫外线薄膜层,边框上卡装有复合隔热型玻璃板,所述复合隔热型玻璃板底面与防紫外线薄膜层之间留有间隙。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述复合隔热型玻璃板包括下层的AR高清润眼玻璃层、中间层的透明防紫外线反射薄膜层以及上层的隔热强化玻璃层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述外框壳体侧壁上设置有电源接口、音频输入输出接口、通用输入输出接口和A/D输入输出接口。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述后壳体与边框连接处的侧壁上设置有防水导槽。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述复合隔热型玻璃板下端面四周边沿通过热固胶与边框四周密封固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:像素扫描处理器、图形显示处理器均与MCU连接,MCU通过输入输出接口与外部设备连接,改变传统液晶显示模组内部的控制结构,有助于减小整个液晶显示装置的体积,使得产品向轻薄方向得到进一步发展;无需外接图形显示控制器,方便了产品的组装与使用,有利于降低生产制作成本;边框上卡装有复合隔热型玻璃板,复合隔热型玻璃板包括下层的AR高清润眼玻璃层、中间层的透明防紫外线反射薄膜层以及上层的隔热强化玻璃层,可以实现高效地隔热防紫外线功能,从而大大提高产品的使用寿命,同时保证了良好的可视效果;TFT-LCD显示模组与外部防护框采用一体化结构,大大降低了产品体积,方便室外布置安装。本发明结构设计合理,有利于降低系统制作成本,减少整机体积,方便室外布置,具备良好视觉效果,有效防紫外线照射,使用寿命长。

请参阅图1~2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种室外TFT-LCD液晶显示模组,包括TFT-LCD显示屏和外框壳体,所述TFT-LCD显示屏包括从上至下依次设置的上偏光片1、彩色滤光片2、液晶3、TFT玻璃4、下偏光片5、扩散片6、扩散板7、背光源8和背板9,所述TFT玻璃4上设置有像素扫描处理器,背光源8上设置有图形显示处理器,背板9上设置有MCU和实时时钟处理器,所述像素扫描处理器、图形显示处理器、实时时钟处理器均与MCU电连接,所述外框壳体包括用于罩装TFT-LCD显示屏的后壳体10以及与上偏光片1上端面四周边沿对应的边框11,所述后壳体10四周与边框11四周对应固定连接,所述上偏光片1上贴附有防紫外线薄膜层,边框11上卡装有复合隔热型玻璃板12,所述复合隔热型玻璃板12底面与防紫外线薄膜层之间留有间隙。
其中,所述复合隔热型玻璃板12包括下层的AR高清润眼玻璃层19、中间层的透明防紫外线反射薄膜层18以及上层的隔热强化玻璃层17;所述外框壳体侧壁上设置有电源接口13、音频输入输出接口14、通用输入输出接口15和A/D输入输出接口16;所述后壳体10与边框11连接处的侧壁上设置有防水导槽;所述复合隔热型玻璃板12下端面四周边沿通过热固胶与边框11四周密封固定连接。能够满足防水防尘密封、隔热、防紫外线等室外环境使用的条件;整体结构空间占用小,实现了产品小型化安装;复合隔热型玻璃板12相比于普通的隔热玻璃,大大减少了厚度,增强了玻璃板的可见光透过性能,使得TFT-LCD液晶显示模组具备更好的视觉效果。

1.一种室外TFT-LCD液晶显示模组,包括TFT-LCD显示屏和外框壳体,其特征在于:所述TFT-LCD显示屏包括从上至下依次设置的上偏光片、彩色滤光片、液晶、TFT玻璃、下偏光片、扩散片、扩散板、背光源和背板,所述TFT玻璃上设置有像素扫描处理器,背光源上设置有图形显示处理器,背板上设置有MCU和实时时钟处理器,所述像素扫描处理器、图形显示处理器、实时时钟处理器均与MCU电连接,所述外框壳体包括用于罩装TFT-LCD显示屏的后壳体以及与上偏光片上端面四周边沿对应的边框,所述后壳体四周与边框四周对应固定连接,所述上偏光片上贴附有防紫外线薄膜层,边框上卡装有复合隔热型玻璃板,所述复合隔热型玻璃板底面与防紫外线薄膜层之间留有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种室外TFT-LCD液晶显示模组,其特征在于:所述复合隔热型玻璃板包括下层的AR高清润眼玻璃层、中间层的透明防紫外线反射薄膜层以及上层的隔热强化玻璃层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种室外TFT-LCD液晶显示模组,其特征在于:所述外框壳体侧壁上设置有电源接口、音频输入输出接口、通用输入输出接口和A/D输入输出接口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种室外TFT-LCD液晶显示模组,其特征在于:所述后壳体与边框连接处的侧壁上设置有防水导槽。
