本发明涉及冷藏蒸发器生产领域,具体为一种管板蒸发器粘接工艺,包括有蒸发器铝管和铝板,(1)将清漆及香蕉水按照1:0.5的配比进行配兑混合;(2)将将带有硫化膜的铝板通过硫化机粘接蛇形弯管上;(3)将步骤(1)配置的防腐试剂刷到步骤站接的蛇形弯管及铝板上;(4)将步骤(3)制得的产品通过烘干炉进行烘干。本发明通过先硫化粘接后刷防腐漆的顺利,有效保证了产品的防腐层不受后工序破坏,此工艺制得的产品具有很好的防腐性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷藏蒸发器生产领域,具体为一种管板蒸发器粘接工艺。
背景技术
冷藏蒸发器就是常说的管板蒸发器,它是制冷系统中的主要换热装置,其作用是使低温低压的液态制冷剂在其内迅速蒸发(沸腾)为蒸汽,吸收被冷却的物质的热量,使冷藏(冷冻)物质的温度下降从而达到制冷的目的。它主要由铝管和铝板硫化组装而成,现有技术中先把铝管进行防腐处理后在进行粘接,此种生产工艺极易破坏铝管表面的防腐层。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是克服现有技术的不足而提供的一种工艺合理的管板蒸发器粘接工艺。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种板管蒸发器站接工艺,它包括有蒸发器铝管和铝板,
(1)将清漆及香蕉水按照1:0.5的配比进行配兑混合;
(2)将将带有硫化膜的铝板通过硫化机粘接蛇形弯管上;
(3)将步骤(1)配置的防腐试剂刷到步骤站接的蛇形弯管及铝板上;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的产品通过烘干炉进行烘干。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过先硫化粘接后刷防腐漆的顺利,有效保证了产品的防腐层不受后工序破坏,此工艺制得的产品具有很好的防腐性能。

(1)将清漆及香蕉水按照1:0.5的配比进行配兑混合;
(2)将将带有硫化膜的铝板通过硫化机粘接蛇形弯管上;
(3)将步骤(1)配置的防腐试剂刷到步骤站接的蛇形弯管及铝板上;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的产品通过烘干炉进行烘干。
