Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保无铅铜合金,包括以下质量百分比的组分:铝7.0‑8.5%、钛硅碳粉末4.5‑6.0%、镍0.2‑0.3%、铋0.2‑0.4%、磷1.0‑1.5%、合金锡粉0.3‑0.4%、稀土0.15‑0.3%、锰0.5‑1.3%、钼0.03‑0.1%、余量为铜。本发明用铋代替传统的铅,提高了合金的环保性能;在保留现有铝青铜性能的同时,还添加了钛硅碳粉末、镍和稀土等组分,使之具有较高的韧性,良好的力学性能和较高的稳定性等。

技术领域
本发明属于新材料领域,具体涉及一种环保无铅铜合金。
背景技术
铜合金在我国有几千年的历史,在古代人们用它做兵刃、宝鼎、盔甲等,现代铜合金也广泛的用于各种机械。青铜原指铜锡合金,后除黄铜、白铜以外的铜合金均称青铜,并常在青铜名字前冠以第一主要添加元素的名。青铜铸造性好,耐磨、耐蚀性且化学性质稳定。但现有的青铜为了实现改善削切性能一般都添加铅元素,虽然效果较理想,但是铅元素对于人体和环境都是有害的,随着环境的恶化,人们的环保意识普遍提高,国内外市场也更加倾向于开发和使用不含铅的且性能保持的铜合金。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种环保无铅铜合金,在保留现有铝青铜性能的同时,增加入了钛硅碳粉末、镍和稀土等,使之具有较高的韧性,良好的力学性能和较高的稳定性等。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种环保无铅铜合金,包括以下质量百分比的组分:铝7.0-8.5%、钛硅碳粉末4.5-6.0%、镍0.2-0.3%、铋0.2-0.4%、磷1.0-1.5%、合金锡粉0.3-0.4%、稀土0.15-0.3%、锰0.5-1.3%、钼0.03-0.1%、余量为铜。
所述稀土为钒、镧、铈、钇中的一种或多种。
所述合金锡粉为Sn99Ag0.3Cu0.7无铅锡粉,其粒度为20-75目。
所述硅碳粉末的纯度不小于98%,粒度为5-15um。
所述镍、铋、铝、磷、稀土、锰、钼、铜的粒度在100-500目间。
上述环保无铅铜合金的制备方法为:
将各原料按照配比置于工频电炉内,加热至1000-1100℃完全熔化后保温至950℃;用石墨棒将完全熔化的合金液体充分搅拌后,在其上面覆盖高纯度鳞片状石墨粉防止其氧化,并继续保温;保温45-55min后,重新升温至1150℃,并开启工频电炉的振动装置,采用水平连铸方法铸制成规定外径和长度的实心合金棒材。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的环保无铅铜合金,用铋代替传统的铅,提高了合金的环保性能;在保留现有铝青铜性能的同时,还加入了钛硅碳粉末、镍、锰和稀土等,钛硅碳是一种新型三元层状陶瓷材料,具有陶瓷的优异性能,同时又具有金属的性能,可以像金属一样用高速钢刀具进行机械加工,高温下具有很好的塑性,且有比石墨更低的摩擦系数和更好的自润滑性能;镍和钛硅碳粉末会形成复合基体,再配以稀土增强合金的强度和耐摩擦性,可以减少铜合金的缺陷,使之具有较高的韧性,良好的力学性能和较高的稳定性等。

以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。实施例中,合金锡粉、镍、铋、铝、磷、稀土、锰、钼、铜为长沙天久金属材料有限公司产品,硅碳粉末为北京互通网艺有限公司的产品。
实施例1
一种环保无铅铜合金,包括以下质量百分比的组分:
铝7.5%、钛硅碳粉末5.0%、镍0.25%、铋0.3%、磷1.1%、合金锡粉0.35%、钒0.2%、锰0.75%、钼0.05%、余量为铜。
实施例2
一种环保无铅铜合金,包括以下质量百分比的组分:
铝7.8%、钛硅碳粉末5.5%、镍0.28%、铋0.32%、磷1.4%、合金锡粉0.4%、钇0.3%、锰1.05%、钼0.08%、余量为铜。
经检测,本发明制得的铜合金材料的技术参数如下:

1.一种环保无铅铜合金,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的组分:铝7.0-8.5%、钛硅碳粉末4.5-6.0%、镍0.2-0.3%、铋0.2-0.4%、磷1.0-1.5%、合金锡粉0.3-0.4%、稀土0.15-0.3%、锰0.5-1.3%、钼0.03-0.1%、余量为铜;
其中,所述合金锡粉为Sn99Ag0.3Cu0.7无铅锡粉,其粒度为20-75目;
上述环保无铅铜合金的制备方法为:
将各原料按照配比至于工频电炉内,加热至1000-1100℃完全熔化后保温至950℃;用石墨棒将完全熔化的合金液体充分搅拌后,在其上面覆盖高纯度鳞片状石墨粉防止其氧化,并继续保温;保温45-55min后,重新升温至1150℃,并开启工频电炉的振动装置,采用水平连铸方法铸制成规定外径和长度的实心合金棒材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保无铅铜合金,其特征在于:所述稀土为镧、铈、钇中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保无铅铜合金,其特征在于:所述钛硅碳粉末的纯度不小于98%,粒度为5-15μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保无铅铜合金,其特征在于:所述镍、铋、铝、磷P、稀土、锰、钼、铜的粒度在100-500目间。
