本发明涉及一种增强塑料韧度的添加剂,属于化纤塑料生产制造领域。
背景技术
随着我国经济技术的快速发展,塑料制品被广泛应用于各个领域,与人们的生活密不可分。塑料是通过原料的混合,通过各种添加剂,然后制成需要的各种塑料制品,增加塑料的韧度是一道非常关键的工艺,在现有的塑料硬度添加剂中,效果不明显,同时塑料的硬度和韧度也不具备相应的要求,使得塑料制品在使用过程中容易受到破坏,使用寿命低。
因此发明一种兼顾到上述性能的塑料添加剂,显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种增强塑料硬度的添加剂,使得塑料制品可以在使用过程中硬度韧度高,使用寿命长。
本发明的方案如下:一种增强塑料韧度的添加剂,所述配方中各组分的重量份数如下:丙烯酸树脂15-30份、蛋白胨12-18份、聚乙烯8-10份、硅油6-10份、碳酸钙2-4份、碳酸钾1-3份、氧化锌5-6份、铁粉2-3份、二氧化硅3-6份、增塑剂环氧脂肪酸辛酯1-5份、抗氧化剂2-5份和填料8-12份。
