Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有折叠式太阳能板的乘用车车顶盖,包括有由外板和内板复合连接的顶盖本体,外板的中间段呈波浪形结构,凸起处与内板之间的空腔内填充有橡胶层;外板的前端上有转轴;还包括有一折叠式太阳能板,其卷绕在转轴上;当牵引折叠式太阳能板的外侧端至外板的后端上时,折叠式太阳能板呈打开状态,还设有罩壳罩在转轴外。本发明车顶盖本体设计有凸出的凸棱结构,且本体内有橡胶填充,能增加顶面的抗压变形力,另外还设计收放方便的折叠式太阳能板,还有罩壳,能避免太阳能板被雨水浇淋的状况。

技术领域:
本发明涉及汽车部件技术领域,主要是一种具有折叠式太阳能板的乘用车车顶盖。
背景技术:
汽车顶盖是汽车的一个重要组成部分,它是一块独立的钣金,结构比较简单,因为它是直接和外界环境接触,因而对其刚度要求较高,要求需要有一定的抗压变形力。
另外太阳能是一种清洁无污染的可再生绿色能源,其应用主要通过太阳能板来实现。若将太阳能板直接安装在车顶盖的表面上,在下雨天时,雨水直接浇淋在太阳能板上,会有损太阳能板的使用寿命,本发明在车顶盖上设计收放自如的折叠式太阳能板,并且有罩壳遮盖,既能保护太阳能板,又不影响汽车的外形美观。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种具有折叠式太阳能板的乘用车车顶盖,以解决现有技术存在的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种具有折叠式太阳能板的乘用车车顶盖,包括有由外板和内板复合固定连接组成的顶盖本体,其特征在于:顶盖本体外板的中间段呈波浪形结构,波浪形的凸起处形成为凸棱结构,所述内板的上板面上在对应外板波浪形的内凹处设有与其配合的凹槽,外板波浪形的内凹处正好伸入到内板的凹槽内与其卡合;所述外板的凸起处与内板之间有空腔,在空腔内填充有橡胶层;所述顶盖本体外板的前端上横向设置有转动安装的转轴,转轴上安装有手柄;还包括有一折叠式太阳能板,其卷绕在所述的转轴上,且其内侧端固定连接在转轴上;当牵引折叠式太阳能板的外侧端至顶盖本体外板的后端上时,折叠式太阳能板呈打开状态,且铺设在顶盖本体外板上;所述折叠式太阳能板的外侧端上还固定有一挂钩,对应的在顶盖本体外板的后端上也固定有挂环,所述的挂钩挂置在挂环上时将呈打开状态的折叠式太阳能板拉紧;反之,转轴反向转动时,带动折叠式太阳能板收拢卷绕在转轴上,所述转轴的一侧设有铰接安装的罩壳,罩壳闭合时罩在转轴外;所述的折叠式太阳能板与乘用车上的蓄电池电连接。
所述的一种具有折叠式太阳能板的乘用车车顶盖,其特征在于:所述太阳能板的内侧端上固定连接有连接带,通过连接带固定连接在转轴上。
本发明的操作方式是:
操作前,先打开罩壳,手动牵引折叠式太阳能板的外侧端,当牵引打开,使太阳能板铺设在外板上后,将其外侧端上的拉环挂置在挂钩上,拉紧打开状态的太阳能板,使其不会随意移动位置;当雨天需要收起太阳能板时,松开拉环,再通过手柄转动转轴,转轴转动带动将折叠式太阳能板收拢卷绕好,最后,再将罩壳闭合盖在转轴外。
本发明的优点是:
本发明车顶盖本体设计有凸出的凸棱结构,且本体内有橡胶填充,能增加顶面的抗压变形力,另外还设计收放方便的折叠式太阳能板,能将收集的太阳能转化为电能存储到蓄电池中,还设有罩壳,能避免太阳能板被雨水浇淋的状况,提高汽车上太阳能板的使用寿命。

参见图1、2,一种具有折叠式太阳能板的乘用车车顶盖,包括有由外板1和内板2复合固定连接组成的顶盖本体,顶盖本体外板1的中间段呈波浪形结构,波浪形的凸起3处形成为凸棱结构,所述内板2的上板面上在对应外板波浪形的内凹处设有与其配合的凹槽12,外板1波浪形的内凹处正好伸入到内板2的凹槽12内与其卡合;所述外板的凸起3处与内板2之间有空腔4,在空腔4内填充有橡胶层5;所述顶盖本体外板1的前端上横向设置有转动安装的转轴6,转轴上安装有手柄7;还包括有一折叠式太阳能板8,其卷绕在所述的转轴6上,且其内侧端固定连接在转轴上;当牵引折叠式太阳能板8的外侧端至顶盖本体外板1的后端上时,折叠式太阳能板呈打开状态,且铺设在顶盖本体外板上;所述折叠式太阳能板8的外侧端上还固定有一挂钩9,对应的在顶盖本体外板1的后端上也固定有挂环10,所述的挂钩9挂置在挂环10上时将呈打开状态的折叠式太阳能板8拉紧;反之,转轴6反向转动时,带动折叠式太阳能板8收拢卷绕在转轴6上,所述转轴6的一侧设有铰接安装的罩壳11,罩壳11闭合时罩在转轴6外;所述的折叠式太阳能板8与乘用车上的蓄电池电连接。
所述太阳能板8的内侧端上固定连接有连接带,通过连接带固定连接在转轴上。
