Description

一种具拉丝效果的家电产品用铝箔覆膜板
技术领域
本发明涉及家电产品复合膜,具体涉及一种具拉丝效果的家电产品面板用铝箔覆膜板,属于复合材料领域。
背景技术
为提高产品外观竞争力,家电产品广泛使用具有金属拉丝效果的面板。目前市面上常用的拉丝面板有两种:一种是直接使用不锈钢、铝板、塑料板等基材通过拉丝模具,车削出直线纹理;另一种是在PET膜上印刷拉丝纹图案,然后与金属基材复合而成。前者金属感强,但模具要求高,每种纹理对应一套模具,不易更改;且拉丝纹路随着沙带的减弱导致纹理不一致,后者外观更接近塑料,通常只应用于低端产品,从外观上无法满足高端产品需求。
此外,为防止家电产品面板由于磕碰、刮擦造成划伤和损坏,常采用的解决方案是在外表面贴覆PE保护膜,但普通的PE保护膜存在较多缺点:如硬度不够;耐磨性不佳;与被保护产品之间粘贴不牢固,在使用过程中易出现脱落、两端翅起的现象。同时,家电产品面板对于绝缘性、导热性和抗静电性能等亦有较高要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明经过研究改进,提供一种具拉丝效果的家电产品用铝箔覆膜板,该铝箔覆膜板兼具优良的涂层绝缘性、散热性、抗静电性和拉丝纹理美观性,综合物理机械性能优异,保护性好。
为实现以上技术目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种具拉丝效果的家电产品用铝箔覆膜板,包括镀锌钝化基材,在所述镀锌钝化基材的正面和背面均依次层叠化涂层、氧化石墨烯——水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层,正面所述氧化石墨烯——水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层上再依次层叠聚氨酯胶粘层、覆膜层和保护涂层;
所述化涂层为铬酸盐化学预处理液成膜;
所述覆膜层为铝箔拉丝PET复合膜;所述铝箔正面具有拉丝纹理图案,其上压合PET膜;所述铝箔背面通过聚氨酯热熔胶贴覆于所述氧化石墨烯——水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层上;
所述氧化石墨烯——水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层包括以下重量配比的组分:
水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂 65~77wt%
硅烷偶联剂 19.5~32.5wt%
氧化石墨烯 0.1~4wt%
将所述硅烷偶联剂加去离子水稀释成硅烷偶联剂分散剂;将该分散剂加入所述水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂中均匀混合形成混合溶液;将所述氧化石墨烯的水分散液加入上述混合溶液,即得氧化石墨烯——水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层涂料;所述氧化石墨烯采用改进Hummers方法制备;
所述保护涂层包括以下重量配比的组分:
将所述六官能度脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、所述季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、所述含氟有机表面活性剂、所述流平剂和所述二苯甲酮加入所述异丙醇中,搅拌混合均匀,即得保护涂层涂料;
所述铝箔覆膜板的具体制备方法如下:
步骤一:将镀锌基材进行钝化,得镀锌钝化基材;
步骤二:采用辊涂法将质量浓度为20~60%的所述铬酸盐化学预处理液涂覆于上述镀锌钝化基材两面,得化涂层;
步骤三:将所述氧化石墨烯——水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层涂料涂覆于所述化涂层上,于150~210℃烘干固化,得所述氧化石墨烯——水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层;
步骤四:在正面所述氧化石墨烯——水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层上涂覆聚氨酯胶水,于220~230℃固化,得胶粘层;
步骤五:在铝箔基材正面拉一层拉丝纹理,再在其上涂覆一层4~5μm胶水,将二者压合,制得铝箔拉丝PET复合膜,于220~230℃将其贴覆于所述胶粘层上;
步骤六:冷却至常温后,将所述保护涂层涂料涂覆于所述铝箔拉丝PET复合膜上,烘干,紫外光固化,即得。
优选地,所述氧化石墨烯——水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层包括以下重量配比的组分:
水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂 71wt%
硅烷偶联剂 27.5wt%
氧化石墨烯 1.5wt%。
优选地,所述烘干温度为75~80℃,时间1min。
优选地,所述紫外光固化的照射光亮为600~700mj/cm2
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明在镀锌钝化基材上涂覆以水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂为基体的涂层,加入氧化石墨烯和硅烷偶联剂,偶联剂将氧化石墨烯和基材桥连,且氧化石墨烯表面富含官能团,与基材的结合能力强,持久耐用,同时兼具绝缘和散热性能,能够满足家电产品面板的基本散热和绝缘要求;氧化石墨烯是碳原子紧密堆积而成的单层二维蜂窝状晶格结构,有极大的比表面积,具有小尺寸效应,可填充到涂料孔隙中阻止和延缓腐蚀性小分子介质进入金属基材,对小分子产生良好的物理阻隔作用,同时与涂料本身有良好的相容性,从而大大提高基材的耐腐蚀性;此外,本发明创造性地采用特制保护涂层替代传统的PE保护膜,该涂层具备优良的抗静电性能,成膜后可紧密贴合PET膜,硬度较高,透光率高,耐磨性好,综合物理机械性能优异,不易变形,不易开胶,可提供更为有效的保护力。本发明将制得的铝箔拉丝PET复合膜直接贴覆于基材和涂层之上,表面以保护涂层保护,光洁度高,无拉丝破损,纹理较不锈钢拉丝更美观,且工艺成本远低于不锈钢拉丝,在本行业具有广阔的市场应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合几个具体实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式,但不对本发明的权利要求做任何限定。
实施例1~实施例3所制铝箔覆膜板成品的氧化石墨烯——水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层和保护涂层涂料各组分及重量配比参见表1。

实施例1~实施例3中氧化石墨烯——水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层涂料的具体制备方法如下:
采用改进Hummers方法将制备氧化石墨,将氧化石墨加入去离子水,通过超声剥离得到氧化石墨烯水分散液;将硅烷偶联剂加去离子水稀释成硅烷偶联剂水分散液;然后,将该硅烷偶联剂水分散液加入水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂中均匀混合形成混合溶液;将氧化石墨烯的水分散液加入上述混合溶液,即得石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂。
实施例1~实施例3中保护涂层涂料的具体制备方法如下:
将六官能度脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、含氟有机表面活性剂、流平剂和二苯甲酮加入异丙醇中,搅拌混合均匀,即得保护涂层涂料。
实施例1~实施例3铝箔覆膜板的制备方法如下:
步骤一:将镀锌基材进行钝化,得镀锌钝化基材;
步骤二:采用辊涂法将质量浓度为50%的铬酸盐化学预处理液涂覆于上述镀锌钝化基材两面,得化涂层;
步骤三:将氧化石墨烯——水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层涂料涂覆于化涂层上,于180℃烘干固化,得氧化石墨烯——水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层;
步骤四:在正面所述氧化石墨烯——水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层上涂覆聚氨酯胶水,于220℃固化,得胶粘层;
步骤五:在铝箔基材正面拉一层拉丝纹理,再在其上涂覆一层4~5μm胶水,将二者压合,制得铝箔拉丝PET复合膜,于220℃将其贴覆于胶粘层上;
步骤六:冷却至常温后,将保护涂层涂料涂覆于铝箔拉丝PET复合膜上,于75℃在烘干机中烘干2min,紫外光固化,紫外光照射亮度为700mj/cm2,即得。
成品性能测试
对实施例1所制铝箔拉丝覆膜板成品及各涂层的部分性能指标进行测试。于室温采用外加红外灯光源(功率300W),测试时间1h,在镀锌钝化基材正面涂覆氧化石墨烯——水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂料,比较基材上下表面温差以测试其导热性能,严格保持测试环境温度和空气流速恒定。测试结果参见表2。

由上表数据可知,本发明铝箔拉丝覆膜板的氧化石墨烯——水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层具有良好的绝缘性能和导热性能,同时保护涂层具有优良的抗静电性能,透光率高,与PET膜之间具有较好的结合力,铅笔硬度较高,耐磨性好,综合物理机械性能优异。

所述化涂层为铬酸盐化学预处理液成膜;
所述覆膜层为铝箔拉丝PET复合膜;所述铝箔正面具有拉丝纹理图案,其上压合PET膜;所述铝箔背面通过聚氨酯热熔胶贴覆于所述氧化石墨烯——水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层上;
所述氧化石墨烯——水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层包括以下重量配比的组分:
