Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有导电功能并能贴身穿着的T恤面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体的包括导电贴身面料层,所述导电贴身面料层的外侧设有单向导湿面料层,所述导电贴身面料层由经线和纬线交替编织而成,经线由一根碳纤维和两根纯棉纤维交替纺织,纬线由两根复合纺丝型有机导电纤维和三根羊绒纤维交替纺织。本发明与常规T恤面料相比拥有碳纤维,具有良好的导电能力,而且碳纤维面料具有保暖、抗紫外线、抗菌、吸湿排汗、阻燃、防水、防静电等项优点,复合纺丝型有机导电纤维具有良好的耐洗、抗弯曲、耐磨损等性能而且导电效果良好,纯棉纤维和羊绒纤维增加整体舒适性,更加适合贴身穿着。

技术领域
本发明属于服装领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种具有导电功能并能贴身穿着的T恤面料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,满足人们不同需要的纺织品面料层出不穷,以满足消费者的需求,在人们的日常生活中起着越来越重要的作用。
现有市场上生产的一些抗静电面料通常在面料纤维中添加抗静电剂以防止面料产生静电,电视经过多次洗涤后抗静电性能逐渐减退直至消失,效果欠佳,另外,或者在面料中织入金属导电纤维,使得编制而成的面料纤维较硬,面料质地、弹性、透气度等方面性能大大降低,穿着不舒适。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有导电功能并能贴身穿着的T恤面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种具有导电功能并能贴身穿着的T恤面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体的包括导电贴身面料层,所述导电贴身面料层的外侧设有单向导湿面料层,所述导电贴身面料层由经线和纬线交替编织而成,经线包括碳纤维和纯棉纤维,纬线包括复合纺丝型有机导电纤维和羊绒纤维,经线由一根碳纤维和两根纯棉纤维交替纺织,纬线由两根复合纺丝型有机导电纤维和三根羊绒纤维交替纺织。
优选的,所述复合纺丝型有机导电纤维是将导电的碳粉与熔融状的基体材料充分混合后,经特殊的喷丝孔与基体材料复合成纤,形成了双组份的导电纤维。
优选的,制成T恤的面料总重量为200-230g。
优选的,所述导电贴身面料层的纱支密度为40-55s。
优选的,所述单向导湿面料层的厚度为0.4-0.6mm。
优选的,所述碳纤维、纯棉纤维、复合纺丝型有机导电纤维和羊绒纤维的加工直径为0.3-0.4mm,且碳纤维、纯棉纤维、复合纺丝型有机导电纤维和羊绒纤维之间的粗细偏差不超过0.05mm,避免编织成面料后面料平整度差。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明与常规T恤面料相比拥有碳纤维,具有良好的导电能力,而且碳纤维面料具有保暖、抗紫外线、抗菌、吸湿排汗、阻燃、防水、防静电等项优点,复合纺丝型有机导电纤维具有良好的耐洗、抗弯曲、耐磨损等性能而且导电效果良好,纯棉纤维和羊绒纤维增加整体舒适性,更加适合贴身穿着。

实施例1
一种具有导电功能并能贴身穿着的T恤面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体的包括导电贴身面料层,所述导电贴身面料层的外侧设有单向导湿面料层,所述导电贴身面料层由经线和纬线交替编织而成,经线包括碳纤维和纯棉纤维,纬线包括复合纺丝型有机导电纤维和羊绒纤维,经线由一根碳纤维和两根纯棉纤维交替纺织,纬线由两根复合纺丝型有机导电纤维和三根羊绒纤维交替纺织。
所述复合纺丝型有机导电纤维是将导电的碳粉与熔融状的基体材料充分混合后,经特殊的喷丝孔与基体材料复合成纤,形成了双组份的导电纤维。
制成T恤的面料总重量为200-230g。
所述导电贴身面料层的纱支密度为40-55s。
所述单向导湿面料层的厚度为0.4-0.6mm。
所述碳纤维、纯棉纤维、复合纺丝型有机导电纤维和羊绒纤维的加工直径为0.3-0.4mm,且碳纤维、纯棉纤维、复合纺丝型有机导电纤维和羊绒纤维之间的粗细偏差不超过0.05mm,避免编织成面料后面料平整度差。

1.一种具有导电功能并能贴身穿着的T恤面料,包括面料本体(1),其特征在于:所述面料本体(1)的包括导电贴身面料层(2),所述导电贴身面料层(2)的外侧设有单向导湿面料层(3),所述导电贴身面料层(2)由经线和纬线交替编织而成,经线包括碳纤维(21)和纯棉纤维(22),纬线包括复合纺丝型有机导电纤维(23)和羊绒纤维(24),经线由一根碳纤维(21)和两根纯棉纤维(22)交替纺织,纬线由两根复合纺丝型有机导电纤维(23)和三根羊绒纤维(24)交替纺织。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有导电功能并能贴身穿着的T恤面料,其特征在于:所述复合纺丝型有机导电纤维(23)是将导电的碳粉与熔融状的基体材料充分混合后,经特殊的喷丝孔与基体材料复合成纤,形成了双组份的导电纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有导电功能并能贴身穿着的T恤面料,其特征在于:制成T恤的面料总重量为200-230g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有导电功能并能贴身穿着的T恤面料,其特征在于:所述导电贴身面料层(2)的纱支密度为40-55s。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有导电功能并能贴身穿着的T恤面料,其特征在于:所述单向导湿面料层(3)的厚度为0.4-0.6mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有导电功能并能贴身穿着的T恤面料,其特征在于:所述碳纤维(21)、纯棉纤维(22)、复合纺丝型有机导电纤维(23)和羊绒纤维(24)的加工直径为0.3-0.4mm,且碳纤维(21)、纯棉纤维(22)、复合纺丝型有机导电纤维(23)和羊绒纤维(24)之间的粗细偏差不超过0.05mm,避免编织成面料后面料平整度差。
