一种环保热塑圆管复合板
技术领域
本发明涉及复合板领域,尤其涉及一种环保热塑圆管复合板。
背景技术
蜂窝复合板由于其具有轻质高强的特点,在建筑材料领域具有广泛的应用。目前较为成熟的蜂窝复合板主要为铝蜂窝、纸蜂窝和热塑蜂窝,但铝蜂窝价格和重量较高,应用成本高,纸蜂窝强度较低,可应用范围小,而热塑蜂窝板由于具有可回收、防水、耐腐蚀等特点,广泛应用于建材、厢车、汽车、装饰等各种材料领域。但是现有的蜂窝板强度较低,且防水性能较差。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于现有技术存在的上述问题提出的,本发明提供一种可防水、防静电、隔音的热塑圆管复合版。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种环保热塑圆管复合板,其包括复合圆管层、面板层,所述面板层通过热贴合固定在复合圆管层的两端,所述复合圆管层由内圆管层和外圆管层组成,所述内圆管层为高熔点材料层,所述外圆管层为低熔点材料层,所述外圆管层两端通过热贴合加热后,形成大胶瘤端,所述大胶瘤端与所述面板层相粘接;所述内圆管层为高熔点材料层,所述内圆管层经过热贴合加热后,形成小胶瘤端,所述小胶瘤端内侧设有遇水膨胀材料层;所述遇水膨胀材料内设有填充层。
进一步地,所述低熔点材料为EVA型热熔胶或者PE型热熔胶;
进一步地,所述高熔点材料为PP、PE、PET、PVC、PA或者PPS。
进一步地,所述填充层包含有保温材料。
进一步地,所述填充层包含有隔音材料。
进一步地,面板层包含有防静电层和玻璃纤维层,所述防静电层与大胶瘤端相贴合。
进一步地,所述防静电层由金属丝网组成。
本发明具有以下有益效果,
①防水性能好,设置了遇水膨胀材料,可以有效地防止填充层因吸水而变重;同时小胶瘤端可以很好地防止遇水膨胀材料脱落;
②抗压抗冲击力强,大胶瘤端与外圆管层形成工字型结构,能吸收外部作用力,从而大幅度减轻撞击、碰撞所带来的破坏。
③隔音性能优越,因为复合板芯材特殊的蜂窝状结构,能有效的降低阻尼振动并吸收噪音,同时在填充层内设置隔音材料,隔音效果更佳。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解和实施,下面结合附图详细说明本发明。
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种环保热塑圆管复合板,其包括复合圆管层1、面板层5,所述面板层5通过热贴合固定在复合圆管层1的两端,所述复合圆管层1由内圆管层12和外圆管层11组成,所述内圆管层12为高熔点材料层,所述外圆管层11为低熔点材料层,所述外圆管层11两端通过热贴合加热后,形成大胶瘤端11a,所述大胶瘤端11a与所述面板层5 相粘接;所述内圆管层12为高熔点材料层,所述内圆管层12经过热贴合加热后,形成小胶瘤端12a,所述小胶瘤端12a内侧设有遇水膨胀材料层13;所述遇水膨胀材料13内设有填充层14。
所述遇水膨胀材料13为遇水膨胀止水条,遇水后产生2-3倍的膨胀变形,并充满接缝的所有不规则表面、空穴及间隙,同时产生巨大的接触压力,有效防止外界液体进入填充层。
所述低熔点材料为EVA型热熔胶或者PE型热熔胶;
所述高熔点材料为PP、PE、PET、PVC、PA或者PPS。
所述填充层14包含有保温材料。
所述填充层14包含有隔音材料。
面板层5包含有防静电层3和玻璃纤维层2,所述防静电层3与大胶瘤端11a相贴合。
所述防静电层3由金属丝网组成。
如图4和图5所示,将附有膨胀材料层的复合圆管层1放置在热压装置上,经过热压辊 6后,由传动轴7传送过来的面板层5分别热压在复合圆管层1两端。其中热压辊表面设有圆形凸起61,所述圆形凸起61的外径略小于内圆管外径,所述圆形凸起61之间的中心距为所述外圆管层12中外圆管之间的中心距,热压过程中,外圆管层11产生较大的热熔形成大胶瘤端11a,内圆管层12产生较小的热熔形成小胶瘤端12a。
与现有技术相比,本发明的复合板防水性能好,设置了遇水膨胀材料,可以有效地防止填充层因吸水而变重;同时小胶瘤端可以很好地防止遇水膨胀材料脱落;抗压抗冲击力强,大胶瘤端与外圆管层形成工字型结构,能吸收外部作用力,从而大幅度减轻撞击、碰撞所带来的破坏;隔音性能优越,因为复合板芯材特殊的蜂窝状结构,能有效的降低阻尼振动并吸收噪音,同时在填充层内设置隔音材料,隔音效果更佳。
本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本发明的各种改动或变形不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变形属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变形。

1.一种环保热塑圆管复合板,其包括复合圆管层、面板层,所述面板层通过热贴合固定在复合圆管层的两端,其特征在于:所述复合圆管层由内圆管层和外圆管层组成,所述内圆管层为高熔点材料层,所述外圆管层为低熔点材料层,所述外圆管层两端通过热贴合加热后,形成大胶瘤端,所述大胶瘤端与所述面板层相粘接;所述内圆管层为高熔点材料层,所述内圆管层经过热贴合加热后,形成小胶瘤端,所述小胶瘤端内侧设有遇水膨胀材料层;所述遇水膨胀材料内设有填充层。
2.根据权利要求1所述环保热塑圆管复合板,其特征在于:所述低熔点材料为EVA型热熔胶或者PE型热熔胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述环保热塑圆管复合板,其特征在于:所述高熔点材料为PP、PE、PET、PVC、PA或者PPS。
4.根据权利要求1所述环保热塑圆管复合板,其特征在于:所述填充层包含有保温材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述环保热塑圆管复合板,其特征在于:所述填充层包含有隔音材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述环保热塑圆管复合板,其特征在于:面板层包含有防静电层和玻璃纤维层,所述防静电层与大胶瘤端相贴合。
