Abstract
The invention discloses double-layer bath foam and a preparation method thereof. The double-layer bath foam comprises an upper layer solution: 5-10% of anionic surfactant, 3-5% of zwitterionic surfactant, 2-4% of nonionic surfactant, 3-8% of grease and a proper amount of preservative and essence; the lower layer solution contained: 5-20% of anionic surfactant, 3-6% of zwitterionic surfactant, 2-6% of nonionic surfactant and 20-80% of water. Also comprises humectant, active compound, pigment, antiseptic, and essence. The bath foam provided by the invention is divided into two layers in a static state, and the bath foam needs to be used after being shaken up. After the foam pump head is matched for use, not only can uniform and fine foam be generated, but also the skin can be moistened and not dried by the grease and the humectant in the formula.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a mixture for cleaning bodies, belongs to the technical field of daily washing products, and particularly relates to double-layer bath foam and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The bath foam is a cleaning agent for human body, and is mainly used for cleaning the skin of the whole body. The bath foam on the market at present has the defects of dry and tight skin, little foam, difficult washing and the like; and the single appearance is generally a viscous liquid or paste product.
Along with the improvement of living standard, people have higher and higher requirements on bath foam, and the bath foam is not only required to be safe, not irritate skin, have dense and rich foam, moisten after use, nourish and care skin, but also have attractive appearance. In order to meet the needs of the consumer,
the double-layer bath foam is invented aiming at the defects of most of the existing bath foam, has rich foam, is safe and not irritant, and is moistened and not dry after use.
The product of the invention differs from the patented product 201410516485:
1) the invention 201410516485 provides a bath foam formula which has nutrition protection effect on human skin; the bath foam formula has the advantages that the skin is moistened, the skin is prevented from being dried and cracked, and the skin is repaired through the grease and the active ingredients;
2) the appearance is different, the product of the invention is divided into two layers of water-like liquid, and the patent product 201410516485 is viscous uniform liquid with certain fluidity.
The product of the invention differs from the patented product 201410435702.2:
1) the appearance is different, the product of the invention is divided into two layers of water-like liquid, and the patent product is viscous uniform liquid with certain fluidity.
2) The bath foam has different efficacy approaches, and the formula of the bath foam can achieve the effects of moistening skin, preventing skin chap and repairing skin through certain grease and active ingredients. The invention 201410435702.2 is a bath lotion for softening skin, keeping moisture and relieving fatigue.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a double-layer bath foam which is a bath foam for moistening skin, preventing skin chap and repairing skin through certain grease and active ingredients, has rich foam, is moist and not dry after use and nourishes skin.
In order to realize the technical points, the invention is implemented by the following scheme:
a double-layer bath foam comprising, in weight percent, an upper layer solution and a lower layer solution, the upper layer mixture comprising: 5-10% of anionic surfactant, 3-4% of zwitterionic surfactant, 2-5% of nonionic surfactant and 3-6% of grease;
the lower layer mixture comprises: 5-20% of anionic surfactant, 3-6% of zwitterionic surfactant, 2-6% of nonionic surfactant and 20-80% of water. The rest humectant, active compound, pigment, antiseptic, and essence in appropriate amount.
The anionic surfactant comprises fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether phosphate which mainly refers to potassium cetyl ether phosphate, and alkyl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate which mainly refers to one or a combination of more of sodium lauryl ether sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfosuccinate and sodium lauroyl glutamate;
the zwitterionic surfactant comprises one or a combination of two of cocamide betaine and sodium lauryl amphoacetate;
the nonionic surfactant comprises one or more of PEG-7 coco glyceride, lauryl amine oxide, decyl glucoside, and PEG-80 sorbitan laurate.
The oil comprises one or more of mineral oil, vegetable oil and tocopherol acetate.
The double-layer bath foam also comprises 0.2 to 1 percent of active compound according to the weight percentage; and 1-6% of humectant, wherein the active compound is one or more of honey extract, aloe extract and horse chestnut extract; the humectant contains one or more of glycerol, butanediol and betaine.
The double-layer bath foam further comprises 0.0005-0.01 wt% of other components, wherein the other components comprise pigments, preservatives, essences and the like.
The preparation method of the double-layer bath foam comprises the following steps:
adding deionized water into an emulsifying pot, respectively adding raw materials of potassium cetyl ether phosphate, sodium lauryl ether sulfate, sodium lauryl amphoacetate, PEG-7 cocoyl glyceride, decyl glucoside, PEG-80 sorbitan laurate, sweet almond oil, tea seed oil, tocopherol acetate and glycerol into the emulsifying pot in sequence, heating to 75-80 ℃, and uniformly stirring; cooling to 40 + -5 deg.C, adding betaine, antiseptic and essence, stirring, and making.
By means of the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1) the double-layer bath foam has the upper layer which is a mixture of grease and a surfactant, and the lower layer which is a mixture of the surfactant, water, a humectant, an active ingredient, a pigment, essence and the like.
2) The appearance of the invention is a two-layer bath foam, which is the bath foam for moistening skin, preventing skin chap and repairing skin through some grease and active ingredients, and has the characteristics of abundant foam, moistening without dryness after use and nourishing skin.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following preferred examples and effect test examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples. The following percentages are all weight percentages.

The following are the test examples of the effect application:
the comparison of the using effects of the examples 1, 2 and 3 with the comparative examples 1 (common surface-active bath cream) and 2 (common bath cream containing grease) is shown in the following table 1:
40 test persons (12 persons with dry skin, 16 persons with neutral skin and 12 persons with oily skin; the higher the score is, the easier the water flushing is, the full score is 5).
TABLE 1 test results (unit: min) of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2
The results in Table 1 show that examples 1-3 tested with the control: the foam, water flushing, moistening feeling and skin comfort level are obviously better than those of a contrast sample.
Therefore, the double-layer bath foam composition provided by the invention not only has abundant foams, but also has good moistening and comfortable feeling on the skin.
