背景技术
大米是由稻谷经脱壳去皮后所形成,由于没有了外壳的保护,其营养物质直接暴露在空气中,对外界温度、湿度等成分的影响比较敏感,容易被空气中的氧气、微生物所破坏,极易发生霉变、陈化、虫害、品质劣变等问题,其保质期一般只有6个月,霉变、陈化后的大米不仅失去了食用价值,也造成了大量的浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能延长现有保质期的大米保鲜剂,且安全高效。
为了实现以上目的,本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:一种大米复合保鲜剂,包含以下重量份的物质:一种大米复合保鲜剂,包含以下重量份的原料:壳聚糖5-8份、赖氨酸1-3份、丙酸钙0.8-1.5份、植物提取物8-12份。
所述植物提取物选自金银花提取物、海带提取物、生姜提取物中的一种或几种。
本发明的使用方法为:将保鲜剂配制成2-3%的水溶液,每一吨大米喷涂9-10升水溶液。
壳聚糖(chitosan)是由自然界广泛存在的几丁质(chitin)经过脱乙酰作用得到的,化学名称为聚葡萄糖胺(1-4)-2-氨基-B-D葡萄糖。这种天然高分子的生物官能性和相容性、血液相容性、安全性、微生物降解性等优良性能被各行各业广泛关注,在医药、食品、化工、化妆品、水处理、金属提取及回收、生化和生物医学工程等诸多领域有很多应用研究。
赖氨酸是人体必需氨基酸之一,能促进人体发育、增强免疫功能,并有提高中枢神经组织功能的作用。赖氨酸为碱性必需氨基酸。由于谷物食品中的赖氨酸含量甚低,且在加工过程中易被破坏而缺乏,故称为第一限制性氨基酸。赖氨酸具有以下功效:提高智力、促进生长、增强体质;增进食欲、改善营养不良状况;改善失眠,提高记忆力;帮助产生抗体、激素和酶,提高免疫力、增加血色素;帮助钙的吸收,治疗防止骨质疏松症;降低血中甘油三酯的水平,预防心脑血管疾病的产生等。
丙酸钙是世界卫生组织(WHO)和联合国粮农组织(FAO)批准使用的安全可靠的食品与饲料用防霉剂。丙酸钙与其它脂肪一样可以通过代谢被人畜吸收,并供给人畜必需的钙,这一优点是其它防霉剂所无法相比的,被认为GRAS。其易溶于水,微溶于乙醇。对于霉菌、酵母菌及细菌等具有广泛的抗菌作用,用于面包及糕点中可起防腐作用。
金银花含环己六醇、黄酮类、肌醇、皂甙及鞣质等,具有广谱抗菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌等多种致病菌均有较强的抑制作用,对钩端螺旋体、流感病毒以及致病霉菌等多种病原微生物亦有抑制作用。此外,金银花还具有明显的抗炎及解热作用,金银花水及酒浸液对试验性肿瘤细胞具有明显的杀伤作用。金银花自古以来就以它的药用价值广泛而著名。《神农本草经》载:“金银花性寒味甘,具有清热解毒、凉血化淤之功效,主治外感风热、瘟病初起、疮疡疔毒、红肿热痛、便脓血”等。《本草纲目》中详细论述了金银花具有“久服轻身、延年益寿”的功效。据分析:金银花含有多种人体必须的微量元素和化学成分,同时含有多种对人体有利的活性酶物质,具有抗衰老,防癌变,轻身健体的良好功效。

生姜主要含有挥发油类及姜辣素类,其中姜辣素类有:姜辣醇类(Gingerols),姜辣二醇类(Gingediols),生姜酚类,姜酮(Gingerone),姜二酮类(Gingerdones),被广泛作为轻微胃部不适的消化助剂,并被专业草药医师推荐用于帮助预防或治疗因晕车,怀孕等引起的恶心和呕吐。具有健胃抗胃溃疡、利胆、保肝、强心、抑制血小板聚集、防晕、抗肿瘤、中枢抑制、增强免疫力、抗菌、杀虫、消炎之作用,还具有很强的抗氧化能力。用做食品添加剂;用于配制香精等。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制备的大米保鲜剂,将单一功能的防腐剂、抗氧化剂、抑菌剂、助剂与植物提取物进行复配,使大米的保质期达到了1年,是一种安全高效的大米保鲜剂。

以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不局限于这些实施例。实施例中,壳聚糖、赖氨酸、丙酸钙、金银花提取物、海带提取物、生姜提取物为盖德化工网产品。
实施例1
一种大米复合保鲜剂,包含以下重量份的物质:
壳聚糖8份、赖氨酸2份、丙酸钙1.2份、金银花提取物3份、
海带提取物3份、生姜提取物5份。
实施例2
一种大米复合保鲜剂,包含以下重量份的物质:
壳聚糖8份、赖氨酸3份、丙酸钙1.5份、金银花提取物3份、
海带提取物4份、生姜提取物5份。
将实施例1、2的大米保鲜剂配制成2.5%的水溶液,每一吨大米喷涂10升水溶液。其保质期分别为12个月、13个月。
Claims (3)
1.一种大米复合保鲜剂,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的原料:壳聚糖5-8份、赖氨酸1-3份、丙酸钙0.8-1.5份、植物提取物8-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大米复合保鲜剂,其特征在于:所述植物提取物选自金银花提取物、海带提取物、生姜提取物中的一种或几种。
3.权利要求1或2所述的一种大米复合保鲜剂的使用方法为:将保鲜剂配制成2-3%的水溶液,每一吨大米喷涂9-10升水溶液。
