本发明公开了一种用于单子叶农作物田的除草剂及其制备方法,该除草剂按照重量份组成包括:氯酸钠3~15份、乙草胺2~10份、甲草胺2~10份、增效剂5~9份、硼砂4~6份、硝基苯酚5~15份、酰胺类除草剂8~17份、水悬浮乳剂4~6份、二甲四氯盐类5~15份、填料20~30份。本发明提供了一种用于单子叶农作物田的除草剂,按照重量份组成包括:氯酸钠3~15份、乙草胺2~10份、甲草胺2~10份、增效剂5~9份、硼砂4~6份、硝基苯酚5~15份、酰胺类除草剂8~17份、水悬浮乳剂4~6份、二甲四氯盐类5~15份、填料20~30份。

一种用于单子叶农作物的除草剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于单子叶农作物种植领域,具体涉及一种用于单子叶农作物的除草剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前在单子叶农作物种植中,为防止杂草通常使用的是化学农药除草剂,由于大量使用化肥农药而造成的环境污染问题日趋严重时,同时,采用化学农药除草剂,使各种杂草产生耐药性、抗药性,增加了防治的难度,甚至造成防治的失败,此外,化学农药因其不具有选择性,对有益的生物也会造成威胁。而且,很多化学农业是不可降解或难于降解的,容易在动植物体内积累而造成污染物的富集。
专利一种用于耐性或抗性油菜作物的除草剂组合物(申请号为:CN99810861.8)公开了一种适于控制耐性或抗性突变体型或转基因油菜作物中的有害植物,以及,如需要,可调控油菜生长的除草混剂(A)+(B),如需要,还含有安全剂,其中含有有效量的(A)广谱除草剂(A1)草铵膦(盐)以及相关化合物(A2)草甘膦(盐)以及相关化合物如草硫膦,(A3)咪唑啉酮类除草剂如咪唑乙烟酸,咪唑烟酸,咪唑喹啉酸,咪草啶酸,imazapic或它们的盐和/或(A4)选自原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂(PPO抑制剂)的除草唑类化合物,以及(B)下列除草剂(B1)茎叶-和土壤处理除草剂,可有效地防除单子叶和双子叶有害植物,如吡唑草胺,氟乐灵,异草松,敌草胺,双酰草胺,唑隆和二甲草胺,(B2)主要为茎叶处理除草剂,可有效地防除双子叶有害植物,如氯甲喹啉酸,二氯吡啶酸,哒草特和胺苯磺隆,(B3)主要为茎叶处理除草剂,可以特别有效地防除单子叶有害植物,如精喹禾灵及其酯,精唑禾草灵及其酯,精吡氟禾草灵及其酯,氟吡禾灵和精氟吡禾灵和它们的酯以及草酸,和/或(B4)茎叶和土壤处理除草剂,可以有效地防除单子叶有害植物,如稀禾啶,噻草酮和烯草酮。但是这种组合物配方复杂,不适用于单子叶农作物的除草剂,该组合物制作起来也比较麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于单子叶农作物田的除草剂及其制备方法,以解决污染环境,危害农作物生长的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种用于单子叶农作物的除草剂,按照重量份组成包括:氯酸钠3~15份、乙草胺2~10份、甲草胺2~10份、增效剂5~9份、硼砂4~6份、硝基苯酚5~15份、酰胺类除草剂8~17份、水悬浮乳剂4~6份、二甲四氯盐类5~15份、填料20~30份。
优选地,氯酸钠3份、乙草胺2份、甲草胺2份、增效剂5份、硼砂4份、硝基苯酚5份、酰胺类除草剂8份、水悬浮乳剂4份、二甲四氯盐类5份、填料20份。
优选地,所述二甲四氯盐类为二甲四氯钠或者二甲四氯钾。
优选地,所述填料选自白炭黑、高岭土、膨润土和轻质碳酸钙中的一种或者多种。
优选地,所述酰胺类除草剂选自乙草胺、锈去津和烟嘧黄隆中的一种或者它们的混合物。
优选地,所述除草剂的剂型为粉剂。
一种用于单子叶农作物的除草剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将原料分别经粉碎、过筛,得到混合料;
步骤2:将混合料加入5~8倍量65~85%浓度的酒精,加热至50~60℃煎煮1~2h;
步骤3:过滤,收集滤液,滤渣加入5~10倍量70~90%浓度的酒精,加热至50~70℃煎煮2~4h;
步骤4:溶液冷却后静置24~36小时,收集步骤3中溶液表面的液体,得到所述除草剂。
优选地,所述步骤1中原料粉碎后的粒径大小为20~40μm。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种用于单子叶农作物田的除草剂,按照重量份组成包括:氯酸钠3~15份、乙草胺2~10份、甲草胺2~10份、增效剂5~9份、硼砂4~6份、硝基苯酚5~15份、酰胺类除草剂8~17份、水悬浮乳剂4~6份、二甲四氯盐类5~15份、填料20~30份。

实施例1
一种用于单子叶农作物的除草剂,按照重量份组成包括:氯酸钠3份、乙草胺2份、甲草胺2份、增效剂5份、硼砂4份、硝基苯酚5份、酰胺类除草剂8份、水悬浮乳剂4份、二甲四氯盐类5份、填料20份。
所述二甲四氯盐类为二甲四氯钠或者二甲四氯钾。
所述填料选自白炭黑、高岭土、膨润土和轻质碳酸钙中的一种或者多种。
所述酰胺类除草剂选自乙草胺、锈去津和烟嘧黄隆中的一种或者它们的混合物。
所述除草剂的剂型为粉剂。

步骤1:将原料分别经粉碎、过筛,得到混合料;
步骤2:将混合料加入5倍量65%浓度的酒精,加热至50℃煎煮1h;
步骤3:过滤,收集滤液,滤渣加入5倍量70%浓度的酒精,加热至50℃煎煮2h;
步骤4:溶液冷却后静置24小时,收集步骤3中溶液表面的液体,得到所述除草剂。
所述步骤1中原料粉碎后的粒径大小为20μm。

一种用于单子叶农作物的除草剂,按照重量份组成包括:氯酸钠10份、乙草胺7份、甲草胺8份、增效剂7份、硼砂5份、硝基苯酚10份、酰胺类除草剂13份、水悬浮乳剂5份、二甲四氯盐类10份、填料25份。
所述二甲四氯盐类为二甲四氯钠或者二甲四氯钾。
所述填料选自白炭黑、高岭土、膨润土和轻质碳酸钙中的一种或者多种。
所述酰胺类除草剂选自乙草胺、锈去津和烟嘧黄隆中的一种或者它们的混合物。
所述除草剂的剂型为粉剂。
一种用于单子叶农作物的除草剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将原料分别经粉碎、过筛,得到混合料;
步骤2:将混合料加入6倍量75%浓度的酒精,加热至55℃煎煮1h;
步骤3:过滤,收集滤液,滤渣加入7倍量80%浓度的酒精,加热至60℃煎煮3h;
步骤4:溶液冷却后静置30小时,收集步骤3中溶液表面的液体,得到所述除草剂。
所述步骤1中原料粉碎后的粒径大小为30μm。
实施例3
一种用于单子叶农作物的除草剂,按照重量份组成包括:氯酸钠15份、乙草胺10份、甲草胺10份、增效剂9份、硼砂6份、硝基苯酚15份、酰胺类除草剂17份、水悬浮乳剂6份、二甲四氯盐类15份、填料30份。
所述二甲四氯盐类为二甲四氯钠或者二甲四氯钾。
所述填料选自白炭黑、高岭土、膨润土和轻质碳酸钙中的一种或者多种。
所述酰胺类除草剂选自乙草胺、锈去津和烟嘧黄隆中的一种或者它们的混合物。
所述除草剂的剂型为粉剂。
一种用于单子叶农作物的除草剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将原料分别经粉碎、过筛,得到混合料;
步骤2:将混合料加入8倍量85%浓度的酒精,加热至60℃煎煮2h;
步骤3:过滤,收集滤液,滤渣加入10倍量90%浓度的酒精,加热至70℃煎煮2~4h;
步骤4:溶液冷却后静置36小时,收集步骤3中溶液表面的液体,得到所述除草剂。
所述步骤1中原料粉碎后的粒径大小为40μm。
实施例4
一种用于单子叶农作物的除草剂,按照重量份组成包括:氯酸钠3份、乙草胺2份、甲草胺2份、增效剂5份、硼砂4份、硝基苯酚5份、酰胺类除草剂8份、水悬浮乳剂4份、二甲四氯盐类5份、填料20份。
所述二甲四氯盐类为二甲四氯钠或者二甲四氯钾。
所述填料选自白炭黑、高岭土、膨润土和轻质碳酸钙中的一种或者多种。
所述酰胺类除草剂选自乙草胺、锈去津和烟嘧黄隆中的一种或者它们的混合物。

步骤1:将原料分别经粉碎、过筛,得到混合料;
步骤2:将混合料加入8倍量85%浓度的酒精,加热至60℃煎煮2h;
步骤3:过滤,收集滤液,滤渣加入10倍量90%浓度的酒精,加热至70℃煎煮2~4h;
步骤4:溶液冷却后静置36小时,收集步骤3中溶液表面的液体,得到所述除草剂。
所述步骤1中原料粉碎后的粒径大小为40μm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于单子叶农作物的除草剂,其特征在于,氯酸钠3份、乙草胺2份、甲草胺2份、增效剂5份、硼砂4份、硝基苯酚5份、酰胺类除草剂8份、水悬浮乳剂4份、二甲四氯盐类5份、填料20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于单子叶农作物的除草剂,其特征在于,所述二甲四氯盐类为二甲四氯钠或者二甲四氯钾。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于单子叶农作物的除草剂,其特征在于,所述填料选自白炭黑、高岭土、膨润土和轻质碳酸钙中的一种或者多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于单子叶农作物的除草剂,其特征在于,所述酰胺类除草剂选自乙草胺、锈去津和烟嘧黄隆中的一种或者它们的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于单子叶农作物的除草剂,其特征在于,所述除草剂的剂型为粉剂。
7.一种用于单子叶农作物的除草剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将原料分别经粉碎、过筛,得到混合料;
步骤2:将混合料加入5~8倍量65~85%浓度的酒精,加热至50~60℃煎煮1~2h;
步骤3:过滤,收集滤液,滤渣加入5~10倍量70~90%浓度的酒精,加热至50~70℃煎煮2~4h;
步骤4:溶液冷却后静置24~36小时,收集步骤3中溶液表面的液体,得到所述除草剂。
