In the working process of the response management system, the available capacity of the power generation side of the dispatching system and the load prediction amount of the load prediction system are obtained, a load gap is determined by comparing the available capacity and the load prediction amount of the load prediction system, and the gap is used as the total load regulation amount; after the load response is completed, the actual load monitoring amount needs to be obtained through a metering system, and the comparison result of the load monitoring amount and the load regulation and control total amount is used as the basis of the load response effectiveness.

the load control system acquires a load response compensation value of each load regulation object, distributes load regulation and control quantity to each load regulation and control object according to the load response compensation value, the load regulation and control total quantity and the product value of each load regulation and control object, and transmits each load regulation and control quantity to a dispatching system of a power grid, wherein the sum of the load regulation and control quantity of each load regulation and control object is equal to the load regulation and control total quantity, the sum of the load response compensation value of each load regulation and control object and the product value of the corresponding load regulation and control quantity is less than or equal to the target value, and the load response compensation value is used for reflecting the unit electricity value of the load regulation and control object;
the dispatching system regulates and controls the power load of each load regulation and control object according to each load regulation and control quantity;
before the dispatching system regulates and controls the power load of each load regulation and control object according to each load regulation and control quantity, the method further comprises a step A or a step B;
wherein, the step A is as follows: when more than one piece of information representing objection exists in the feedback information of each load regulation and control object, the load control system increases the load response compensation value of the load regulation and control object of which the feedback information represents objection by a preset amplitude value, wherein after the preset amplitude value is increased, the sum of the product value of the load response compensation value of each load regulation and control object and the corresponding load regulation and control amount is still less than or equal to the target value; sending the notification information including the increased preset amplitude to a corresponding load regulation object, and receiving secondary feedback information of the corresponding load regulation object;
wherein, the step B is as follows: when more than one piece of information representing objection exists in the feedback information of each load regulation object, the load control system rejects the feedback information as the load regulation object representing the objection information, redistributes load regulation and control quantity to each residual load regulation and control object and transmits the load regulation and control quantity to the dispatching system, wherein the sum of the load regulation and control quantity of each residual load regulation and control object is equal to the total load regulation and control quantity, and the sum of the product value of the load response compensation value of each residual load regulation and control object and the corresponding load regulation and control quantity is less than or equal to the target value;
the method for performing power load regulation and control on each load regulation and control object by the dispatching system according to each load regulation and control quantity comprises the following steps: after the step A, when the secondary feedback information represents agreement, the dispatching system regulates and controls the power load of each load regulation and control object according to each load regulation and control quantity; or after the step B, the dispatching system regulates and controls the power load of each residual load regulation and control object according to the redistributed load regulation and control quantity.
2. The power load control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of the scheduling system performing power load control on each of the load control objects according to each of the load control amounts includes the steps of:
and when the received feedback information of each load regulation and control object represents the agreed information, the dispatching system regulates and controls the power load of each load regulation and control object according to each load regulation and control quantity.
3. The power load regulation method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
the response management system acquires the available capacity of the power generation side through the dispatching system and acquires load prediction quantity through a load prediction system of the power grid; comparing the available capacity of the power generation side with the load forecast, acquiring the total load regulation and control amount, and determining the load compensation value according to the size of the total load regulation and control amount and the load response time; and transmitting the load regulation and control total amount and the load compensation value to the load control system.
4. The power load regulation method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
after the load response is completed, the response management system acquires the actual load monitoring amount through a metering system of the power grid, compares the load monitoring amount with the total load regulation and control amount, and determines the effectiveness of power load regulation and control according to the comparison result.
5. The power load regulation method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
the load control system acquires real-time power consumption data of each load regulation and control object, and real-time reduction is carried out on the total load regulation and control amount according to the real-time power consumption data; and when the real-time power utilization data of any one load regulation and control object is detected not to be consistent with the load regulation and control quantity of the load regulation and control object, calculating the load regulation and control quantity which cannot be responded by the load regulation and control object.
6. An electrical load regulation system, comprising:
the load control system is used for acquiring a load regulation total amount and a load compensation value of a power grid and calculating a product value of the load regulation total amount and the load compensation value as a target value; acquiring a load response compensation value of each load regulation and control object, distributing a load regulation and control quantity to each load regulation and control object according to the load response compensation value, the load regulation and control total quantity and the product value of each load regulation and control object, and transmitting each load regulation and control quantity to a dispatching system of a power grid, wherein the sum of the load regulation and control quantities of each load regulation and control object is equal to the load regulation and control total quantity, the sum of the load response compensation value of each load regulation and control object and the product value of the corresponding load regulation and control quantity is less than or equal to the target value, the load response compensation value is used for reflecting the unit electricity utilization value of the load regulation and control object, and when more than one piece of information representing objection exists in the feedback information of each load regulation and control object, the load response compensation value of the load regulation and control object of which the feedback information represents objection is increased by a preset amplitude value, after the preset amplitude value is increased, the sum of the product values of the load response compensation value of each load regulation object and the corresponding load regulation amount is still less than or equal to the target value; sending the notification information including the increased preset amplitude to a corresponding load regulation object, and receiving secondary feedback information of the corresponding load regulation object;
and the dispatching system is used for carrying out power load regulation and control on each load regulation and control object according to each load regulation and control quantity, wherein when the secondary feedback information is information representing agreement, the dispatching system carries out power load regulation and control on each load regulation and control object according to each load regulation and control quantity.
7. The electrical load regulation system of claim 6, further comprising:
the response management system is used for acquiring the available capacity of the power generation side through the scheduling system and acquiring load prediction quantity through a load prediction system of the power grid; comparing the available capacity of the power generation side with the load forecast, acquiring the total load regulation and control amount, and determining the load compensation value according to the size of the total load regulation and control amount and the load response time; and transmitting the load regulation and control total amount and the load compensation value to the load control system.
8. The electrical load regulation system of claim 7, further comprising:
