背景技术

由于许多重型卡车具有重型变速器,具有与传动系相关联的动力输出部件是常见的。这种部件大体上包含选择性可接合的离合器、驱动齿轮、空转齿轮和从动齿轮,即当离合器被接合时,将扭矩从传动系轴线传递至从传动系轴线偏移并平行于该传动系轴线的轴线,并然后传递至轴或其它扭矩传递部件。

如以上所述,比例压力传感器90通过提供施加至动力输出组件30的摩擦离合器组件60的实际瞬时或实时压力的恒定数据流来提供动力输出组件30以及变速器16的改进的整体操作。由压力传感器90提供至动力输出控制模块(PCM)24和变速器控制模块(TCM)26的压力反馈可被采用,以增压或调整提供至电磁阀76的管线压力。在动力输出操作的每一相中,还可采用它来提供改进的诊断和安全性,例如在离合器接合之前或在离合器接合过程中监视流体压力,或增加管线压力,以增加通过摩擦离合器组件60的扭矩传递。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于机动车辆变速器的动力输出组件,其以组合的形式包括:
限定第一轴线的输出轴,和固定至所述输出轴的链条驱动链轮,
在平行于所述第一轴线并且与所述第一轴线相隔开的第二轴线上设置的从动链轮,和接合所述驱动链轮和所述从动链轮的链条,
具有输出和联接至所述从动链轮的输入的液压离合器,
适合于向所述离合器选择性地提供加压液压流体的多位电磁阀,以及
用于提供代表从所述电磁阀施加至所述液压离合器的液压压力的信号的比例压力传感器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力输出组件,其中所述多位电磁阀具有三个位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的动力输出组件,其中所述链条为多链节链条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的动力输出组件,其进一步包括动力输出控制模块,所述动力输出控制模块从所述比例压力传感器接收所述连续的信号。
5.根据权利要求1所述的动力输出组件,所述离合器包括与多个摩擦盘相交错的多个反作用板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的动力输出组件,其进一步包括可操作地设置在所述从动链轮与所述液压离合器的所述输入之间的驱动轴。
7.根据权利要求6所述的动力输出组件,其中所述发动机输出轴和所述驱动轴被设置在平行的、相间隔开的轴线上。
