Abstract

本发明涉及具备行星齿轮机构的变速器,其中,所述行星齿轮机构传递来自驱动源的驱动力。
背景技术
以往,存在具有行星齿轮机构的变速器,其中,该行星齿轮机构具有太阳齿轮、小齿轮以及齿圈(例如,参照专利文献1)。在行星齿轮机构中,作为外齿齿轮的太阳齿轮处于中央,在其外周以均等间隔啮合有多个作为小的外齿齿轮的小齿轮。另外,小齿轮的外周与作为内齿齿轮的齿圈啮合。小齿轮的旋转轴安装在被称作行星架的框架上。根据该结构,行星齿轮机构能够通过使太阳齿轮、小齿轮的行星架、齿圈这3个齿轮的旋转轴输入输出或者固定,来变更驱动的方向或变速比。
在此,在专利文献1这样的具有行星齿轮机构的变速器中,为了实现轻量化和节省空间,需要缩短变速轴与中间轴(输出轴)的轴间距离。通过缩短轴间距离,能够减小各齿轮的大小,从而能够实现轻量化和节省空间。
可是,如果缩短变速轴和中间轴的轴间距离,则支承着轴的轴承彼此之间的壳体的厚度变薄,需要提高壳体的强度。特别是,关于中间轴,由于齿轮的啮合而产生大载荷,并且对中间轴进行支承的壳体承受该载荷,因此,壳体的强度必须特别大。

发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述情况而完成的,其目的在于提供如下这样的变速器:即使将设在变速器中的多个轴的轴间距离设定得较窄,也能够稳定地支承所述多个轴。
为了解决上述课题,本发明的变速器50的特征在于,所述变速器具有:第一轴61,其被输入来自内燃机的驱动力;第二轴63,其经由设在第一轴61上的变速齿轮机构与第一轴结合,并产生与被选择的变速挡相对应的旋转输出;行星齿轮机构10,其具备配设于第一轴61上的太阳齿轮11、与太阳齿轮11的外周啮合的多个小齿轮12、支承多个小齿轮12的行星架13、以及在行星架13的外径侧与小齿轮12啮合的齿圈15;变速器50的壳体51,其收纳行星齿轮机构10;以及安装部件20,其用于将行星齿轮机构10的齿圈15固定于壳体51,在安装部件20上形成有抵接支承部21a,该抵接支承部21a与壳体51中的位于第一轴61和第二轴63之间的轴间部51a抵接。
这样,如果构成为抵接支承部21a与轴间部51a抵接且支承轴间部51a,则不仅借助于壳体51的刚性,还借助安装部件20的刚性来支承轴间部51a。因此,即使在由于第一轴61与第二轴63之间的距离构成得较小而导致壳体51的轴间部51a的宽度构成得较小的情况下,也能够通过使安装部件20的抵接支承部21a支承轴间部51a,而稳定地支承第一轴61与第二轴63。因此,即使将作为变速器50的变速轴的第一轴61与第二轴63之间的轴间距离设定得较窄,也能够稳定地支承第一轴61和第二轴63。
另外,在上述变速器50中,其特征可以是,安装部件20的抵接支承部21a支承第二轴63的轴向载荷。由此,即使从由于齿轮的啮合而产生特别大的载荷的第二轴63对壳体51的轴间部51a施加了载荷,也能够可靠地支承载荷。
另外,在上述变速器50中,其特征可以是,为了将安装部件20固定于壳体51,安装部件20至少具有第一固定部件30A和第二固定部件30B这2个固定部件,第一固定部件30A和第二固定部件30B被配置成夹着抵接支承部21a。这样,如果以夹着抵接支承部21a的方式配置第一固定部件30A和第二固定部件30B,则能够在抵接支承部21a的两侧进行固定。这样,在位于第一轴61与第二轴63之间的壳体51的轴间部51a上,抵接支承部21a被固定成与连接第一轴61的轴心61X和第二轴63的轴心63X的线LX交叉,从而能够抑制壳体51的变形。因此,能够更加稳定地支承第一轴61和第二轴63。
另外,在上述变速器50中,其特征可以是,安装部件20的抵接支承部21a具有凹陷部21b,该凹陷部21b是使抵接支承部21a的与第二轴63的端部对置的部分凹陷而形成的。通过在抵接支承部21a上形成凹陷部21b,能够使第二轴63进一步向第一轴61侧配置。由此,即使利用抵接支承部21a支承轴间部51a,也能够将第一轴61与第二轴63之间的轴间距离维持得较窄。
并且,上述标号是将与后述的实施方式对应的结构要素的标号作为本发明的一个示例而示出的。
根据本发明的变速器,能够提供这样的变速器:即使将设在变速器中的多个轴的轴间距离设定得较窄,也能够稳定地支承所述多个轴。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式详细地进行说明。首先,针对使用了行星齿轮机构10(行星齿轮机构)来作为驱动传递部的变速器50的整体结构进行说明。图1是使用了行星齿轮机构10的变速器50的骨架图。图1所示的变速器50是前进7挡、后退1挡的平行轴式变速器,并且是干式的双离合式变速器(DCT)。
变速器50具备:第一输入轴61(第一轴),其经由奇数挡用的第一离合器C1以能够断开或连接的方式与内燃机(未图示)结合;第二输入轴62,其经由偶数挡用的第二离合器C2以能够断开或连接的方式与该内燃机结合;输出轴63(第二轴),其经由设在第一输入轴61和第二输入轴62上的变速齿轮机构而与第一输入轴61和第二输入轴62结合,产生与被选择的变速挡相对应的旋转输出;以及行星齿轮机构10,其设在第一输入轴61的一端侧。第一输入轴61被轴承61B支承成能够旋转。同样,第二输入轴62被轴承62B支承成能够旋转,输出轴63被轴承63B支承成能够旋转。
在第一输入轴61的一端配置有电动机40。电动机40的转子41(旋转件)以相对于电动机40的定子42(固定件)一体旋转的方式被固定,变速器50作为以内燃机和电动机40为驱动源的混合动力车辆的变速器发挥作用。输出轴63与未图示的差动机构结合,驱动车辆的驱动轮。
变速齿轮机构可以适当地使用公知的结构。可是,为了理解实施方式的概要,首先,对变速器50的除行星齿轮机构10以外的变速齿轮机构进行简要说明,然后进行与行星齿轮机构10相关的说明。
在第二离合器C2的输出侧连接有外侧主轴OMS,该外侧主轴OMS以构成第一输入轴61的外筒的方式配置成同心状。外侧主轴OMS经由惰轴IDS始终与倒车轴RVS和第二输入轴62卡合,第二离合器C2的旋转输出被传递到倒车轴RVS和第二输入轴62。各轴彼此平行。
3挡驱动齿轮73、7挡驱动齿轮77、5挡驱动齿轮75分别以能够相对旋转的方式呈同心状配置在第一输入轴61上。3-7挡同步啮合机构81以能够在轴向上滑动的方式设置在3挡驱动齿轮73与7挡驱动齿轮77之间,并且,5挡同步啮合机构83对应于5挡驱动齿轮75被设置成能够在轴向上滑动。
通过使与所希望的齿轮系相对应的同步啮合机构滑动而进入该齿轮系的同步中,由此,该齿轮系被与第一输入轴61连结。利用与第一输入轴61相关联地设置的这些齿轮和同步啮合机构,构成了用于实现奇数挡(3、5、7挡)的变速挡的第一变速齿轮机构。
第一变速齿轮机构的各驱动齿轮与设在输出轴63上的从动齿轮中的相对应的齿轮啮合。具体来说,3挡驱动齿轮73与第一从动齿轮91啮合,7挡驱动齿轮77与第二从动齿轮92啮合,5挡驱动齿轮75与第三从动齿轮93啮合。通过像这样啮合,驱动输出轴63旋转。
同样,2挡驱动齿轮72、6挡驱动齿轮76、4挡驱动齿轮74分别以能够相对旋转的方式呈同心状配置在第二输入轴62上。2-6挡同步啮合机构82以能够在轴向上滑动的方式设置在2挡驱动齿轮72与6挡驱动齿轮76之间,并且,4挡同步啮合机构84对应于4挡驱动齿轮74被设置成能够在轴向上滑动。
通过使与所希望的齿轮系相对应的同步啮合机构滑动而进入该齿轮系的同步中,由此,该齿轮系被与第二输入轴62连结。利用与第二输入轴62相关联地设置的这些齿轮和同步啮合机构,构成了用于实现偶数挡(2、4、6挡)的变速挡的第二变速齿轮机构。
第二变速齿轮机构的各驱动齿轮与设在输出轴63上的从动齿轮中的相对应的齿轮啮合。具体来说,2挡驱动齿轮72与第一从动齿轮91啮合,6挡驱动齿轮76与第二从动齿轮92啮合,4挡驱动齿轮74与第三从动齿轮93啮合。通过像这样啮合,驱动输出轴63旋转。
在第一输入轴61的靠电动机40的一端配置有行星齿轮机构10。行星齿轮机构10具备太阳齿轮11、小齿轮12以及齿圈15,太阳齿轮11固定于第一输入轴61上,与第一输入轴61和电动机40一体旋转。齿圈15经由后述的安装部件20固定于变速器50的壳体51上,且构成为从小齿轮12的行星架13产生变速输出。
在行星架13与第一输入轴61上的3挡驱动齿轮73之间设有1挡同步啮合机构80。在本实施方式中,根据将小齿轮12的行星架13的旋转传递至输出轴63这样的功能上的要求,1挡同步啮合机构80配置在比行星齿轮机构10靠第一输入轴61、第二输入轴62和输出轴63的位置处。
对应于1挡齿轮系的选择,该1挡同步啮合机构80接合(ON),由此,行星架13和第一输入轴61上的3挡驱动齿轮73被连接。这样,行星架13的旋转被传递至齿轮73,并经由第一从动齿轮91驱动输出轴63旋转。由此,第一输入轴61的旋转以1挡用齿轮比被变速,并经由输出轴63从最终输出轴(未图示)输出,其中,所述1挡用齿轮比由行星齿轮机构10的齿轮比与3挡驱动齿轮73的齿轮比的组合确定。
并且,此时,3-7挡同步啮合机构81处于中立位置,因此3-7挡同步啮合机构81没有与3挡驱动齿轮73卡合。在选择了比1挡靠高速侧的2~7挡时,1挡同步啮合机构80断开,行星架13与3挡驱动齿轮73即输出轴63的连接没有实现。
这样,同步啮合机构80作为下述这样的结合要素发挥作用:为了选择规定的变速挡,其被设置成能够相对于行星架13断开或连接,并且构成为在连接时将行星架13的旋转传递至输出轴63。对于这样的结合要素,只要能够实现同等的功能,则也可以使用同步啮合机构以外的结构。
在本实施方式中构成为:在行星齿轮机构10中,齿圈15始终固定,在选择规定的变速挡(例如1挡)时,行星架13的旋转经由同步啮合机构80并经过3挡驱动齿轮73被传递至输出轴63。在选择了规定的变速挡以外的变速挡时,行星架13从3挡驱动齿轮73分离,因此,行星架13不是始终带着输出轴63一起旋转,只是对应于与第一输入轴61的旋转相应的太阳齿轮11的旋转进行旋转。
另外,由于齿圈15始终被固定,因此不旋转。这样,行星架13不带着输出轴63一起旋转,因此,特别是在工作负载大的高车速域中能够抑制行星齿轮机构10的差动旋转。因此,能够大幅降低无负载旋转损失,并且也能够抑制旋转摩擦所引起的发热。与此相伴,变速器50的动力传递效率得到提高,燃料效率和冷却性能也得到提高。
接下来,对倒车轴RVS进行说明。在倒车轴RVS上固定有与惰轴IDS卡合的齿轮97。而且,在倒车轴RVS的外周设有倒挡齿轮系,该倒挡齿轮系用于使倒车轴RVS选择性地与第一输入轴61结合。
该倒挡齿轮系由下述部分构成:倒车驱动齿轮98,其以能够相对旋转的方式与倒车轴RVS同心地设置于倒车轴RVS上;倒车同步啮合机构85,其用于使倒车驱动齿轮98选择性地与倒车轴RVS结合;以及齿轮78,其以与倒车驱动齿轮98啮合的方式固定于第一输入轴61。
倒车同步啮合机构85能够在倒车轴RVS的轴向上滑动。在前进行驶时断开(OFF)。即,使倒车轴RVS不与倒车驱动齿轮98卡合。另一方面,在后退行驶时接合(ON),即,使倒车轴RVS与倒车驱动齿轮98卡合。
对本实施方式中的行星齿轮机构10和相关的2个旋转轴(第一输入轴61和输出轴63)的位置关系进行说明。图2是示出行星齿轮机构10与第一输入轴61和输出轴63的周边的轴向剖视图。图2示出了图1中的A部的结构。
如图2所示,行星齿轮机构10配置在被输入来自内燃机的驱动力的第一输入轴61的靠电动机40的一端。输出轴63被配置成与第一输入轴61平行,并且经由设置于第一输入轴61上的变速齿轮机构与第一输入轴61结合,由此产生与被选择的变速挡相对应的旋转输出。第一输入轴61被轴承61B支承成能够旋转,输出轴63被轴承63B支承成能够旋转。
行星齿轮机构10具有:配设在第一输入轴61上的太阳齿轮11;与太阳齿轮11的外周啮合的多个小齿轮12;支承多个小齿轮12的行星架13;以及在行星架13的外径侧与小齿轮12啮合的齿圈15。齿圈15借助防脱部件15S防止了从安装部件20脱落。
1挡同步啮合机构80(断开连接机构)由公知的结构构成。即,同步啮合机构80具有:同步器轮毂80A;同步器套筒80B,其通过花键结合与同步器轮毂80A一体旋转,并且相对于同步器轮毂80A以能够在轴向上相对移位的方式卡合;同步器环(未图示);以及具有与该同步器环的锥形摩擦面摩擦接合的锥面的牙嵌花键部80C等。
同步器套筒80B借助未图示的换挡拨叉在轴向上移动,进行相对于同步啮合机构80的牙嵌花键部80C的断开或连接。即,同步器套筒80B在图2的虚线所示的部分与实线所示的部分之间移动。
行星齿轮机构10被收纳于作为变速器50的壳体的壳体51中。并且,行星齿轮机构10通过用于将齿圈15固定于壳体51上的安装部件20而相对于壳体51被固定。在安装部件20上具有抵接支承部21a,该抵接支承部21a是作为安装部件20的端面的安装面21的一部分,且位于第一贯通口22A与第二贯通口22B之间。抵接支承部21a与壳体51中的位于第一输入轴61与输出轴63之间的轴间部51a抵接。这样,安装部件20一边使抵接支承部21a与轴间部51a抵接一边支承壳体51。
如图2所示,安装部件20的抵接支承部21a在与输出轴63相反的一侧支承轴承63B。输出轴63由于齿轮的啮合而在轴向上朝向图中左侧产生大的载荷,承受该载荷的壳体51的轴间部51a承受较大的应力。在此,利用安装部件20的抵接支承部21a对壳体51的轴间部51a进行抵接支承,由此降低了在轴间部51a产生的所述应力。
接下来,针对使用安装部件20将行星齿轮机构10固定于壳体51的结构具体进行说明。图3是示出行星齿轮机构10的安装状态的壳体51侧视图。图3是在省略了电动机40的状态下从图2中的箭头B方向观察的图。
如图3所示,为了将安装部件20固定于壳体51,安装部件20具有多个螺栓等固定部件30。在本实施方式中,第一固定部件30A、第二固定部件30B、第三固定部件30C和第四固定部件30D这4个部件被配设在安装部件20的外周,将安装部件20相对于壳体51固定。
固定部件30需要是:至少连接2个固定部件30的线L(在图3中,为单点划线的假想线)与连接第一输入轴61的轴心61X和输出轴63的轴心63X的线LX(图3中,双点划线的假想线)交叉,且处于比第一输入轴61的轴心61X接近输出轴63的位置。在本实施方式中,第一固定部件30A和第二固定部件30B担负着该功能。第一固定部件30A和第二固定部件30B被配置成夹着抵接支承部21a。
针对安装部件20相对于壳体51的安装结构进行说明。图4是从安装面21侧观察安装部件20的立体图。在安装部件20的壳体51侧形成有平面状的安装面21。在安装面21上形成有使多个固定部件30贯穿的贯通口22。在本实施方式中,由于要配设4个固定部件30,贯通口22也形成有4个。具体来说,形成有第一贯通口22A、第二贯通口22B、第三贯通口22C和第四贯通口22D,分别供前述的第一固定部件30A、第二固定部件30B、第三固定部件30C和第四固定部件30D贯穿。
在安装面21上,被第一贯通口22A和第二贯通口22B夹着的部分成为抵接支承部21a,该抵接支承部21a通过如前述那样与轴间部51a抵接而支承壳体51。另外,在抵接支承部21a上形成有凹陷部21b,该凹陷部21b是使抵接支承部21a的与输出轴63的端部对置的部分凹陷而形成的。如图4所示,凹陷部21b以比安装部件20的外周23向内径侧凹陷的方式形成。
接下来,利用图5和图6,对行星齿轮机构10的安装部件20相对于壳体51进行安装的位置进行说明。图5是示出安装行星齿轮机构10之前的变速器50的壳体51的状态的侧视图。图6是示出配置安装部件20的安装面21的位置的变速器50的壳体51的侧视图。
如图5所示,在壳体51的安装行星齿轮机构10的位置处,形成有与固定部件30的数量对应的螺纹孔等固定孔52。在本实施方式中,由于要配设4个固定部件30,因此固定孔52也形成有4个。具体来说,形成有第一固定孔52A、第二固定孔52B、第三固定孔52C和第四固定孔52D,分别固定前述的第一固定部件30A、第二固定部件30B、第三固定部件30C和第四固定部件30D。
如图6所示,行星齿轮机构10的安装部件20相对于壳体51进行安装的位置是安装面21所位于的阴影线部分。安装面21的抵接支承部21a位于与连接第一输入轴61的轴心61X和输出轴63的轴心63X的线LX交叉的位置。另外,在安装面21的与输出轴63的轴向端部对置的部分形成有凹陷部21b,凹陷部21b被配置成不与轴心63X重合。由此,在轴心63X的周边部沿轴向突出的部分63P(输出轴63的端部)不与安装面21发生干涉,因此能够使输出轴63的轴心63X更加靠近第一输入轴61侧。
利用图7来说明在输出轴63的轴心63X的周边部沿轴向突出的部分63P不与安装部件20发生干涉的结构。图7是示出安装部件20的凹陷部21b与输出轴63的位置关系的放大立体图。图7是将与图3的C部相当的位置放大的图。
安装部件20的凹陷部21b比外周23向内径侧凹陷。因此,在行星齿轮机构10的安装部件20被安装于壳体51的状态下,在输出轴63的轴心63X的周边部沿轴向突出的部分63P不与安装部件20的凹陷部21b发生干涉。
如上所述,在本实施方式的变速器50中,抵接支承部21a形成为与轴间部51a抵接且支承轴间部51a的结构,因此,不仅借助壳体51的刚性,还借助安装部件20的刚性来支承轴间部51a。因此,即使在由于第一输入轴61与输出轴63之间的距离构成得较小而导致壳体51的轴间部51a的宽度构成得较小的情况下,也能够通过使安装部件20的抵接支承部21a支承轴间部51a,而稳定地支承第一输入轴61和输出轴63。因此,即使将设在变速器50中的多个轴(第一输入轴61和输出轴63)的轴间距离设定得较窄,也能够稳定地支承所述多个轴(第一输入轴61和输出轴63)。
另外,在上述变速器50中,其特征可以是,安装部件20的抵接支承部21a支承从输出轴63作用于轴间部51a的轴向载荷。由此,即使从由于齿轮的啮合而产生特别大的载荷的输出轴63对壳体51的轴间部51a施加了载荷,也能够可靠地支承该载荷。
另外,在上述变速器50中,如果以夹着抵接支承部21a的方式配置第一固定部件30A和第二固定部件30B,则能够在抵接支承部21a的两侧进行固定。这样,在位于第一输入轴61与输出轴63之间的壳体51的轴间部51a上,抵接支承部21a被固定成与连接第一输入轴61的轴心61X和输出轴63的轴心63X的线LX交叉,从而能够抑制壳体51的变形。因此,能够更加稳定地支承第一输入轴61和输出轴63。
另外,在上述变速器50中,如果在安装部件20的抵接支承部21a上形成使抵接支承部21a的与输出轴63的端部对置的部分凹陷而形成的凹陷部21b,则能够使输出轴63更加靠近第一输入轴61侧配置。由此,即使利用抵接支承部21a支承轴间部51a,也能够将第一输入轴61与输出轴63之间的轴间距离维持得较窄。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但本发明并不限定于上述实施方式,能够在权利要求书和在说明书与附图中记述的技术思想的范围内进行各种变形。

Claims (4)

1.一种变速器,其特征在于,
所述变速器具有:
第一轴,其被输入来自内燃机的驱动力;
第二轴,其经由设在所述第一轴上的变速齿轮机构与所述第一轴结合,并产生与被选择的变速挡相对应的旋转输出;
行星齿轮机构,其具备配设于所述第一轴上的太阳齿轮、与所述太阳齿轮的外周啮合的多个小齿轮、支承多个所述小齿轮的行星架、以及在所述行星架的外径侧与所述小齿轮啮合的齿圈;
变速器的壳体,其收纳所述行星齿轮机构;以及
安装部件,其用于将所述行星齿轮机构的所述齿圈固定于所述壳体,
在所述安装部件上形成有抵接支承部,该抵接支承部与所述壳体中的位于所述第一轴和所述第二轴之间的轴间部抵接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变速器,其特征在于,
所述安装部件的所述抵接支承部支承从所述第二轴作用于所述轴间部的轴向载荷。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的变速器,其特征在于,
所述安装部件具有将该安装部件固定于所述壳体上的至少第一固定部件和第二固定部件,
所述第一固定部件和所述第二固定部件被配置成夹着所述抵接支承部。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的任意一项所述的变速器,其特征在于,
所述安装部件的所述抵接支承部具有凹陷部,该凹陷部是使所述抵接支承部的与所述第二轴的端部对置的部分凹陷而形成的。
