Abstract

本发明属于一种石墨烯纳米膜吸热及保温技术,主要对于各种太阳能铝板和太阳能集热器、太阳能集热板、太阳能海水淡化蒸馏器等作为表面吸热及保温涂料之用途。本发明涉及一种石墨烯太阳能铝板保温涂料及制备技术,其特征在于:由高性能特种三元吸热树脂为基料,加入石墨烯纳米元素、多种高效太阳能吸热材料、多种吸光剂、多种保温助剂及催化剂等组成。一般石墨烯几乎对所有红外线具有高透明性,有利于提升光能利用率及利用氧化石墨烯经过氧化处理后仍保持石墨的层状结构,但在每一层的石墨烯单片上引入了许多氧基功能团并利用纳米微粒的尺寸和面积效应及吸热技术结合达到更可能呈现出翻倍的保温与吸热效果的目的。

一种石墨烯太阳能铝板保温涂料及制备技术
本发明属于一种石墨烯纳米膜吸热及保温技术,主要对于各种太阳能铝板和太阳能集热器、太阳能集热板、太阳能海水淡化蒸馏器等作为表面吸热及保温涂料之用途。
本发明涉及一种石墨烯太阳能铝板保温涂料及制备技术,其特征在于:由高性能特种三元吸热树脂为基料,加入石墨烯纳米元素、多种高效太阳能吸热材料、多种吸光剂、多种保温助剂及催化剂等组成。
一般该涂料通过在低辐射材质铝,铜,不锈钢上涂上吸热涂层,根据所涂涂层厚度,辐射系数可达38-49,对太阳能的吸收率可达到88-96,吸热效应优异。
本发明太阳能铝板保温与吸热该涂料对底材具有优良的附着性,涂膜的耐冲击性、耐弯曲性、耐湿性、耐热性(可达500-800)、耐蒸汽性、耐老化性均优良,受热无气体挥发,抗紫外线退化。
本发明石墨烯纳米技术和保温与吸热技术所组成一种石墨烯太阳能铝板保温涂料及制备技术的应用原理是:根据石墨烯几乎对所有红外线具有高透明性,有利于提升光能利用率原理及利用氧化石墨烯经过氧化处理后,氧化石墨仍保持石墨的层状结构,但在每一层的石墨烯单片上引入了许多氧基功能团。利用纳米微粒的尺寸和面积效应及吸热技术结合,把保温与吸热的效率和作用提升到一个空前的高度,再由多种高效太阳能吸热材料、多种吸光剂、多种保温助剂及催化剂的协同作用;达到更可能呈现出翻倍的保温与吸热效果的目的。
本发明是以下技术表述实现方案的优势与特点:
1、百氏高自主研发的石墨烯改性太阳能铝板保温水性纳米涂料是一种单组分涂料,施工简便,具有硬度高(7~9H)且环保的优势,打破传统水性涂料硬度低的缺点。
2、百氏高用于太阳能集热板、太阳能集热器、太阳能海水淡化蒸馏器等,采用雾化喷射器,每公斤涂料可喷涂4.2平方涂膜,成本比黑铬涂层低60-80。
3、百氏高该涂料具有良好的耐温特性,涂料直接涂刷在吸热体表面,帮助基材吸收太阳热量,涂层同时具有很好的、防腐性、防水性、抗酸碱、施工方便的特点。
4、百氏高制得的石墨烯吸热涂层,具有极好的吸收可见光和红外光特性,涂层效率高,太阳能集热器、太阳能集热板的效率达90%以上,同时涂层寿命长、成本低廉、应用广泛,尤其适合南方阴雨地区使用。
5、百氏高该涂料可以制备成柔性透明薄膜吸热太阳能海水淡化蒸馏器的效率达95%以上,同时耐腐蚀性、耐油性、力学性能较好。
本发明‘一种石墨烯太阳能铝板保温涂料及制备技术’的工艺配方:其由以下重量份数的原料制成:高性能特种三元吸热树脂乳液20-25%;0.93纳米太空活性水15-30%;石墨烯0.1-10.0%、高效太阳能吸热材料10-20%;吸光剂10-15%;、保温助剂10-15%;硅酸钠3-6%;催化剂3-5%;润湿剂,分散剂、流平剂适量等组成。
通过上述发明将各组分调到最科学、最合理的状态下,由于加入少量石墨烯纳米级材料,提高了太阳能铝板保温涂料的吸热性、防锈性、防水性、流平性及强度等相关性能及部分技术指标,而且成本低,涂层均匀连续、并且致密,耐磨。提高了涂层的坚韧性、着色性、黏附性、易干性和一定的光泽等性能;把纳米技术与涂料的配方及工艺有效结合,提高了产品品质。
