Furthermore, the control master unit 14 notifies the control slave units 14a, 14b, 14c to detect whether the recorders 12a, 12b, 12c are idle or not and returns the detection result. If all the recorders 12a, 12b, 12c are not idle, the circuit board 2 is continuously located in the waiting component 131 for waiting. When one of the recorders 12a, 12b, 12c is in an idle state, the information of the mark 20 of the circuit board 2 is matched with the recorder 12a, 12b or 12c in the idle state, and the information of the mark 20 of the circuit board 2 is transmitted to the control sub-unit 14a, 14b, 14c corresponding to the recorder 12a, 12b or 12c in the idle state. If there are multiple idle burners 12a, 12b, 12c, one of the burners 12a, 12b, 12c can be selected as the idle burner according to the random number or the number of times the burners 12a, 12b, 12c are used. The circuit board 2 may pass through the burners 12a, 12b or 12c in the burning state, and may pass through the non-selected idle burners 12a, 12b or 12 c.
When the track switching unit 122 is located at the first position, the control module 140 may determine to leave the circuit board 2 in the recorder 12a, 12b, or 12c or to make the circuit board 2 pass through the recorder 12a, 12b, or 12c according to the information of the mark 20 sensed by the conveying sensing unit 112. When determining that the circuit board 2 is left in the recorder 12a, 12b or 12c, the control module 140 may control the transportation member 111 to transport the circuit board 2 to the first switching track 1221 of the track switching unit 122 of the recorder 12a, 12b or 12c, control the recorder 12a, 12b or 12c to leave the circuit board 2 in the first switching track 1221, control the track switching unit 122 to move from the first position to the second position, and control the recording unit 129 to record information on the circuit board 2. When the track switching unit 122 is located at the second position, the control module 140 can control the recorder 12a, 12b or 12c to pass the circuit board 2.
For example, when the circuit board 2 is located in the waiting component 131, it is assumed that the detection result received by the control main unit 14 is that the first recorder 12a is in a recording state, the second recorder 12b is in a recording state, and the third recorder 12c is in an idle state. The control main unit 14 can select the third recorder 12c as the recorder 12c responsible for recording the circuit board 2 according to the random number, and transmit the information of the mark 20 of the circuit board 2 to the control sub unit 14 c. And conveys the circuit board 2 to the first conveyor 11 a.
At this time, the first recorder 12a is in the recording state, and the track switching unit 122 is located at the second position. The control sub-unit 14a may control the first conveyor 11a to convey the circuit board 2 to the first recorder 12a, and may control the second switching rail 1222 of the track switching unit 122 of the first recorder 12a to convey the circuit board 2 to the second conveyor 11 b. .
