Abstract

本发明公开了一种小扭矩电动球阀,包括阀体(1)、球阀芯(2)、密封环(3)、O型圈(4)、阀杆(5)、电动驱动器(6)。本发明采用在密封环与阀体之间设置弹性、硅橡胶质的O型圈,电动球阀启动时,球阀芯与密封环之间产生剪切滑动趋势,利用O型圈的弹性使密封环产生弹性退让,减小并克服球阀芯与密封环之间的静黏着力,以较小的扭力使球阀芯与密封环之间的静摩擦跃迁至动摩擦,从而减小启动扭矩的技术方案,使电动球阀,达到了减小启动扭矩和转动扭矩的目的。

一种小扭矩电动球阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,具体是指由电机驱动用于管路开关的一种小扭矩电动球阀。
背景技术
现有技术的电动球阀的球阀芯与阀体之间设有用于密封、硬质聚四氟乙烯质的密封环,参阅图2;为了防止泄漏,密封环与球阀芯为紧密滑动配合,电机经阀杆转动球阀芯进行开关的扭矩原本就较大,实际应用中,由于球阀芯与密封环之间的静黏着效应,长时间处于开或关状态的电动球阀启动时,静黏着效应会使球阀芯与密封环二者之间的静摩擦跃迁至动摩擦的阈值增大,致启动扭矩异常增大,即,发生“卡住咬紧”现象,轻则使电动球阀的响应执行速度迟缓,重则会使电动球阀的电动驱动器受到损坏;因此,现有技术存在启动扭矩大的问题与不足。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题与不足,本发明采用在密封环与阀体之间设置弹性、硅橡胶质的O型圈,电动球阀启动时,球阀芯与密封环之间产生剪切滑动趋势,利用O型圈的弹性使密封环产生弹性退让,减小并克服球阀芯与密封环之间的静黏着力,以较小的扭力使球阀芯与密封环之间的静摩擦跃迁至动摩擦,从而减小启动扭矩的技术方案,提供一种小扭矩电动球阀,旨在使电动球阀达到减小启动扭矩的目的。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种小扭矩电动球阀,包括阀体、球阀芯、密封环、O型圈、阀杆、电动驱动器,其中:所述的阀体为中心设有中空的内通道、二端敞开的圆管状的铜质外壳,阀体中部的上面设有向上凸出、且设有中心通孔与所述内通道相通的阀杆座;所述内通道的左右两侧分别设有用于安置密封环的环形台阶称为环槽,所述环槽的槽底设有用于安置O型圈的环形凹槽称为圈槽;
所述的O型圈为横截面呈圆形、外观呈圆环形的硅橡胶质弹性构件,O型圈的硬度为60~70邵氏硬度;所述圈槽的宽度与O型圈的横截面直径相等,所述圈槽的深度为O型圈的横截面直径的2/3;
所述的球阀芯为中心设有左右方向圆形通孔的圆球形铜质镀铬构件,球阀芯上端设有用于连接阀杆、横截面呈矩形的凹槽称为连杆槽;
所述的密封环为圆环形的硬质聚四氟乙烯质构件;
所述的阀杆为圆柱台阶形的铜质构件;
所述的电动驱动器为由电机、减速器、转角开关构成的电动回转驱动执行元件;
电动驱动器固定于所述阀杆座的上面,密封环嵌于阀体的所述环槽内,O型圈位于阀体的所述圈槽内,球阀芯的两侧分别经密封环和O型圈密封夹持在阀体的所述内通道中;阀杆的下端经所述连杆槽与球阀芯连接,阀杆的上端向上穿过所述阀杆座与电动驱动器的输出接口相连。
工作原理及有益效果
由于O型圈对密封环的弹性衬垫作用,使密封环对球阀芯的接触挤压具有弹性,电动球阀启动时,球阀芯与密封环之间产生剪切滑动趋势,由于O型圈的弹性作用使球阀芯左右两侧的密封环分别向球阀芯的左右方向产生弹性退让,该弹性退让使球阀芯与密封环之间的静黏着力得以减小,在剪切力的作用下,克服球阀芯与密封环之间的静黏着力,以较小的扭力使球阀芯与密封环之间的静摩擦跃迁至动摩擦,从而减小了启动扭矩。
本装置结构简单,工作可靠,使电动球阀减小了启动扭矩;经耐久试验证明,较之现有技术的电动球阀,本装置的启动扭矩降低了20%,同时转动扭矩也得以减轻,且完全消除了“卡紧”现象。

参阅图1,本发明的一种小扭矩电动球阀,包括阀体1、球阀芯2、密封环3、O型圈4、阀杆5、电动驱动器6,其中:所述的阀体1为中心设有中空的内通道、二端敞开的圆管状的铜质外壳,阀体1中部的上面设有向上凸出、且设有中心通孔与所述内通道相通的阀杆座;所述内通道的左右两侧分别设有用于安置密封环3的环形台阶称为环槽,所述环槽的槽底设有用于安置O型圈4的环形凹槽称为圈槽;
所述的O型圈4为横截面呈圆形、外观呈圆环形的硅橡胶质弹性构件,O型圈4的硬度为60~70邵氏硬度;所述圈槽的宽度与O型圈4的横截面直径相等,所述圈槽的深度为O型圈4的横截面直径的2/3;
所述的球阀芯2为中心设有左右方向圆形通孔的圆球形铜质镀铬构件,球阀芯2上端设有用于连接阀杆5、横截面呈矩形的凹槽称为连杆槽;

工作原理及有益效果
由于O型圈4对密封环3的弹性衬垫作用,使密封环3对球阀芯2的接触挤压具有弹性,电动球阀启动时,球阀芯2与密封环3之间产生剪切滑动趋势,由于O型圈4的弹性作用使球阀芯2左右两侧的密封环3分别向球阀芯2的左右方向产生弹性退让,该弹性退让使球阀芯2与密封环3之间的静黏着力得以减小,在剪切力的作用下,克服球阀芯2与密封环3之间的静黏着力,以较小的扭力使球阀芯2与密封环3之间的静摩擦跃迁至动摩擦,从而减小了启动扭矩。

1.一种小扭矩电动球阀,包括阀体(1)、球阀芯(2)、密封环(3)、O型圈(4)、阀杆(5)、电动驱动器(6),其特征在于:所述的阀体(1)为中心设有中空的内通道、二端敞开的圆管状的铜质外壳,阀体(1)中部的上面设有向上凸出、且设有中心通孔与所述内通道相通的阀杆座;所述内通道的左右两侧分别设有用于安置密封环(3)的环形台阶称为环槽,所述环槽的槽底设有用于安置O型圈(4)的环形凹槽称为圈槽;
所述的O型圈(4)为横截面呈圆形、外观呈圆环形的硅橡胶质弹性构件,O型圈(4)的硬度为60~70邵氏硬度;所述圈槽的宽度与O型圈(4)的横截面直径相等,所述圈槽的深度为O型圈(4)的横截面直径的2/3;
所述的球阀芯(2)为中心设有左右方向圆形通孔的圆球形铜质镀铬构件,球阀芯(2)上端设有用于连接阀杆(5)、横截面呈矩形的凹槽称为连杆槽;
所述的密封环(3)为圆环形的硬质聚四氟乙烯质构件;
