It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The invention refers to the directions of up and down, inside and outside, and the like, and takes the use state of the garment steamer as a reference. Specifically, in the view shown in fig. 4, the cover 2 is positioned in an orientation of "up", the bottom case 3 is positioned in an orientation of "down", the heating chamber 10 is positioned in an orientation of "in", and the opposite side of the heating chamber 10 is positioned in an orientation of "out".
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment of the invention, the steam generator includes a heating wall 1 with a closed bottom end, a heating chamber 10 is formed inside the heating wall 1, a cover 2 is connected above the heating wall 1, a projection of a steam outlet 21 of the steam outlet 21 on a horizontal plane is deviated from a projection of the steam outlet 21 of the heating chamber 10 on the horizontal plane, that is, a center line of the steam outlet 21 is spaced from a center line of the heating chamber 10, so that steam generated by heating the heating chamber 10 flows to the steam outlet 21 in an inclined upward path. In addition, the heating chamber 10 extends in the up-down direction, and the steam outlet 21 is provided upward, thereby realizing upward steam ejection. Further, it is preferable that the center line of the heating chamber 10 and the center line of the steam outlet 21 are parallel to each other.
It is understood that the steam generator is used for heating water to generate high-temperature steam, and further, the high-temperature steam is used for continuously contacting clothes to achieve the purpose of softening and removing wrinkles of the clothes. In order to achieve the heating function of the heating wall 1, the heating wall 1 may directly generate heat, or a heating pipe 15 as shown in fig. 2 may be provided on the heating wall 1. The heating chamber 10 is used for storing water, and the heating wall 1 is used for heating the water in the heating chamber 10 to form steam. The heating wall 1 may be made of a material having good heat conductivity, for example, die-cast aluminum.
The cover body 2 and the heating wall 1 can be detachably connected or integrally formed. The cover 2 may be made of plastic or aluminum. A sealing member may be provided between the cover 2 and the heating wall 1, and may be fastened by bolts. Because the projection of the steam outlet 21 on the cover body 2 on the horizontal plane deviates from the projection of the heating cavity 10 on the horizontal plane, namely the steam outlet 21 and the heating cavity 10 are misplaced instead of being in a centered design, the steam generated by heating the heating cavity 10 flows to the steam outlet 21 in an inclined upward path, and the situation that water in the heating cavity 10 is boiled and directly enters the heat-conducting pipe to be sprayed out to hurt a user can be avoided. In addition, since the boiling water is difficult to enter the steam outlet 21, the problem of unsmooth steam ejection caused by the backflow thereof to the heating chamber 10 is also solved. The embodiment of the invention has the advantages of good safety and uniform steam spraying.
In order to further increase the degree of misalignment of the steam outlet 21 with the heating chamber 10, it is preferred that the projections of the steam outlet 21 and the projections of the heating chamber 10 in the horizontal plane do not coincide at all, i.e. that they are spaced apart from each other. The steam outlet 21 is located obliquely above the heating chamber 10, and steam generated by heating from the heating chamber 10 flows in an obliquely upward path to the steam outlet 21.
Further, the heating wall 1 includes a first side wall 11 and a second side wall 12, the first side wall 11 is connected to the upper side of the second side wall 12, the first side wall 11 is in a gradually-expanding structure from bottom to top, the cover 2 is connected to the upper side of the first side wall 11, and the second side wall 12 forms the heating cavity 10. The lower part of the heating wall 1 has a smaller cross section than the upper part, so that the heating cavity 10 has small water quantity and high heating speed and steam outlet speed. The space surrounded by the second side wall 12 forms a heating cavity 10, the space surrounded by the first side wall 11 forms a boiling cavity 20, and the boiling cavity 20 is beneficial to forming a larger boiling space, so that the probability of the boiling water being sprayed out of the steam outlet 21 is reduced. The first side wall 11 may form a possible structure such as a horn or a polygonal pyramid. The first side wall 11 has no heating function or no heating tube 15 is provided thereon.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the cover 2 is provided with a partition plate 23 extending inward, and a steam passage is formed between the partition plate 23 and the heating wall 1. As the water in the heating chamber 10 boils, the boiling water tumbles vigorously and splashes upward onto the baffle plate 23 located above it. Through the blocking effect of the baffle plate 23, the rolling boiling water can be prevented from splashing into the air duct 6, the situation that the boiling water is sprayed out of the ironing head 5 is avoided, the use safety of the garment steamer is ensured, and the use effect of the garment steamer is improved. The steam generated in the heating chamber 10 can then flow along the steam path bypassing the partition 23, ensuring that the steam can be discharged from the steam outlet 21.
In addition, the cover body 2 is provided with a water inlet 22, and the water inlet 22 is arranged towards the partition plate 23. After entering the steam generator from the water inlet 22, the water is sprayed on the partition 23, and can be guided to the boiling water position of the heating cavity 10 through the partition 23, so that the water can be prevented from being directly sprayed to the inner side of the heating wall 1 with higher temperature, and uneven steam can be prevented from being generated.
As an embodiment, the partition 23 comprises a connecting end connected to the cover 2 and a free end suspended and forming a steam channel with the heating wall 1. As another embodiment, the partition 23 is provided with through holes, and the through holes form steam channels, so that the steam can be guided, and splashing of boiling water into the air duct 6 is minimized. The partition 23 is preferably arranged in an up-down direction, but other possible mounting orientations may also be used.
Furthermore, the heating wall 1 can be closed directly at its bottom. Preferably, the bottom end of the heating wall 1 is sealed by a bottom shell 3, a scale discharging hole 30 is arranged on the bottom shell 3, and a sealing push rod is arranged on the scale discharging hole 30. The bottom chassis 3 may be made of aluminum or plastic. The scale storage cavity can be formed on the bottom shell 3, so that scale can be collected under the heating cavity 10, and the defect that the scale accumulated in the steam generator is blocked to the heating cavity is overcome.
The scale discharging hole 30 on the bottom shell 3 is convenient for timely discharging scale according to the requirement, the scale discharging hole 30 can be opened and closed by a sealing push rod arranged on the scale discharging hole 30, and the sealing push rod can be arranged on the scale discharging hole 30 in a threaded connection mode. In addition, a tooth plate structure can be arranged on the sealing push rod so as to scrape scale.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the heating wall 1 extends outward to form a connection wall 13, the outer edge of the bottom case 3 is connected with the connection wall 13, and a sealing member 4 is provided between the bottom case 3 and the connection wall 13, and the thickness of the connection wall 13 is smaller than that of the heating wall 1. If the thickness of the heating wall 1 is not uniform, the thickness of the aforementioned heating wall 1 means the thinnest portion thereof. The connecting wall 13 is of a thin-wall structure, so that the heat transfer efficiency can be reduced, and the high temperature of the heating wall 1 is prevented from being conducted to the sealing position, so that the over-high temperature of the sealing position can be avoided, and the sealing performance of the steam generator is ensured. The bottom shell 3 and the connecting wall 13 can be fastened and connected through bolts.
In addition, the heating wall 1 further extends downward to form an auxiliary heating wall 14, the auxiliary heating wall 14 extends to a (scale storage) space formed by the bottom shell 3, water is also accumulated on the bottom shell 3, and the water quantity is large, so that the heating time is long, and the auxiliary heating wall 14 can play a role in improving the heating rate. Further, the auxiliary heat wall 14 is preferably made of a metal material having good heat conductive properties. In addition, the thickness of the auxiliary heating wall 14 is greater than the thickness of the connecting wall 13. Because the auxiliary heating wall 14 is of a thick-wall structure, the heat conduction rate can be accelerated, the heating effect can be accelerated, and the steam generation amount required by the garment steamer can be ensured. The auxiliary heating wall 14 has no heating function or no heating tube 15 is provided thereon. The first side wall 11, the second side wall 12, the auxiliary heating wall 14 and the connecting wall 13 may be integrally formed.
In addition, referring to fig. 5, the present invention further provides a garment steamer, which includes a steamer head 5, an air duct 6, a base 7, and a steam generator according to the foregoing embodiment, wherein the steam generator is disposed on the base 7, a steam outlet 21 is connected to the air duct 6, and the air duct 6 is connected to the steamer head 5. Because the garment steamer adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, the garment steamer has at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the technical schemes are not repeated here.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, but rather is intended to cover any equivalents of the structures or equivalent processes disclosed herein or in the alternative, which may be employed directly or indirectly in other related arts.
