The contact surface of the upper shell and the heating body is provided with a sealing ring 6, the edges of the upper shell and the heating body are provided with a pressing plate 5 for fixedly connecting the upper shell and the heating body, and the pressing plate is pressed on the back surface of the heating body during installation. The pressing plate is made of plastic or metal.
A plurality of baffle plates fixed on the inner wall of the upper shell are arranged in the cavity. The baffles comprise an upper baffle 14 and a lower baffle 15. The lower baffle plates are obliquely arranged at two sides of the middle part of the upper shell, a gap is reserved in the middle, and the lower baffle plates are all inclined towards the middle. The upper baffle plate is positioned in the middle of the upper part of the shell and inclines downwards from the middle to two sides, and theta is 60-85 degrees. During operation, the steam-water mixture firstly passes through the middle gap of the lower baffle plate and reaches the upper baffle plate, then is shunted, liquid drops are blocked, and dry steam flows out from two sides and is collected to the steam outlet to flow out. The stainless steel shell bottom 215 and the upper shell bottom 16 are matched to form an inclined plane, and one side of the water inlet at the bottom of the cavity is higher than one side of the sewage outlet. The height of the water inlet is higher than that of the sewage draining outlet, and waste water in the cavity is discharged.
The inner wall of the stainless steel shell is stamped with a plurality of protrusions 211, and the protrusions and the connecting pieces are correspondingly arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the stainless steel shell. The total heat exchange area of the stainless steel shell is increased, and the whole volume of the steam generator is reduced. The diameter of the bulge is 2-15 mm.
The temperature sensor is arranged on the upper part of the cast aluminum. Because the temperature sensing at the top of the heating body is relatively sensitive, the water level in the cavity of the steam generator can be accurately controlled.
