The present invention provides a cabinet air conditioner, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 5 and fig. 6, in an embodiment, the cabinet air conditioner includes a casing 1, a first convergence plate 2, a second convergence plate 3 and a water receiving plate 4 located in the casing 1. Wherein,
the first disc 2 that converges is in the below of cabinet air conditioner heat exchanger 5 to the lower extreme setting of neighbouring heat exchanger 5 has seted up first drainage port (not shown) on the diapire of first disc 2 that converges.
As shown in fig. 4, the second collecting tray 3 is located below the air guide assembly 6 of the cabinet air conditioner and is disposed adjacent to the lower portion of the air guide assembly 6, and a second water outlet 31 is formed in the bottom wall of the second collecting tray 3.
As shown in fig. 4, 6 and 7, the first confluence plate 2 and the second confluence plate 3 are both located above the water-receiving plate 4, and the first drain opening and the second drain opening 31 are disposed opposite to the water-receiving plate; the bottom wall of the water pan 4 is provided with a third water outlet 40, and the bottom wall of the water pan 4 is provided with a drainage member 41 which is opposite to the second water outlet 31 in a protruding way.
In this embodiment, the casing 1 is used for providing the accommodation space, specifically, the first tray 2 that converges, the second tray 3 that converges and water collector 4 and casing 1 fixed connection, the first tray 2 that converges is located heat exchanger 5 under, namely heat exchanger 5 from the projection of up to down direction falls on first tray 2 that converges to collect the comdenstion water that is liberated from heat exchanger 5 through first tray 2 that converges. The second current collecting plate 3 is located right below the air guiding assembly 6, that is, the projection of the heat exchanger 5 in the upward-downward direction falls on the second current collecting plate 3. The first current collecting plate 2 and the second current collecting plate 3 have overlapped parts with the water receiving plate 4 in the projection in the direction from top to bottom.
As shown in fig. 2, air enters from the air inlet along a path shown by an arrow W under the action of the cross flow fan 7, and after heat exchange is performed by the heat exchanger 5, the air guide assembly 6 guides cold air after heat exchange to send out from the air outlet 11.
The air guiding assembly 6 generally includes an air guiding plate and a motor for driving the air guiding plate, the motor is disposed at an upper end of the air guiding plate, it can be understood that a temperature difference exists between a windward surface and a leeward surface of the air guiding plate, which may cause the air guiding plate to generate condensed water on the leeward surface.
The utility model discloses cabinet air conditioner converges through setting up the second in the below of wind-guiding component 6 and coils 3, the comdenstion water that produces on the wind-guiding component 6 from this firstly instils into the second and converges and coils 3, then collects the back through second outlet 31, arrange to water collector 4 along drainage piece 41, so, the comdenstion water that produces on the wind-guiding component 6 can not be because of the turbulent dispersion of giving vent to anger, also avoided direct and water collector 4 to strike and produce simultaneously and splash, and then improved the security of cabinet air conditioner work.
Further, the top surface of the flow guide 41 is a convex arc surface.
In this embodiment, the condensed water discharged to the drain 41 is smoothly branched by the convex curved surface, so that the resistance to the flow is small and further splashing is not generated.
Further, the drainage member 41 is arranged to be gradually reduced upwards from the bottom wall of the water pan 4.
In this embodiment, when the comdenstion water flows to the diapire of water collector 4 under the water conservancy diversion effect of drainage piece 41, its flow direction is less with contained angle between the 4 diapires of water collector to further reduction the problem of splashing.
Further, the drainage member 41 is integrally provided with the water collector 4, so that the number of parts can be correspondingly reduced, thereby simplifying assembly and simultaneously not increasing processing cost.
Further, drainage 41 is the cavity setting, so, can avoid drainage 41 and the junction of 4 diapalls of water collector to produce the shrinkage cavity defect.
Furthermore, a guide pipe 21 connected with the first drainage port is arranged on the bottom surface of the first confluence disc 2, and the guide pipe 21 extends into the containing cavity of the water receiving disc 4.
In this embodiment, the arrangement of the flow guide pipe 21 can conveniently guide the condensed water generated by the heat exchanger 5 to the water receiving tray 4, so as to avoid splashing, and preferably, the flow guide pipe 21 is integrally arranged with the first confluence tray 2.
Further, referring to fig. 6 and 7 again, in an embodiment, an enclosure 42 is protruded from the bottom wall of the water-receiving tray 4, an upper portion of the enclosure 42 is open and connected to the free end of the flow guide tube 21, a side wall of the enclosure 42 has a notch 420 opened toward the center of the water-receiving tray 4, and the notch 420 is communicated with the cavity of the water-receiving tray 4.
In the present embodiment, it can be understood that, in order to facilitate the assembly of the water-receiving tray 4, generally, the distance between the free end of the flow guide tube 21 and the bottom wall of the water-receiving tray 4 is greater than the height of the peripheral side wall of the water-receiving tray 4, and meanwhile, the flow guide tube 21 is closer to the side wall of the water-receiving tray 4, so that the condensed water flowing out of the free end of the flow guide tube 21 flows to the water-receiving tray 4, which may cause splashing.
By providing the enclosure 42, possible splashing of the condensate water can be well enclosed and guided to the center of the drain pan 4. The notch 420 may be an open notch or a closed through hole, as long as the enclosed condensed water can be smoothly guided into the water receiving tray 4.
Further, the enclosure 42 includes a connecting plate 421 and two side baffles 422 disposed at two opposite sides of the connecting plate 421, the connecting plate 421 is adjacent to the periphery of the water-receiving tray 4, the side baffles 422 extend from the connecting plate 421 to the center of the water-receiving tray 4, and the notch 420 is formed between the two side baffles 422.
In this embodiment, since a corner of approximately 90 degrees is formed between the connecting plate 421 and the side baffle 422, the condensed water flowing into the enclosure 42 can buffer much kinetic energy under the action of the corner, so as to reduce the flow velocity of the condensed water after being enclosed by the enclosure 42.
Further, the second convergence plate 3 is integrally arranged with an air duct 12 of an air outlet 11 of the cabinet air conditioner.
In this embodiment, the air duct 12 at the air outlet 11 and the second convergence plate 3 are integrally arranged, so that the assembly of the whole cabinet air conditioner is simplified, and meanwhile, the structure of the cabinet air conditioner is more compact.
The utility model discloses still provide an air conditioner, including cabinet air conditioner, this cabinet air conditioner's concrete structure refers to above-mentioned embodiment, because this air conditioner has adopted the whole technical scheme of above-mentioned all embodiments, consequently has all beneficial effects that the technical scheme of above-mentioned embodiment brought at least, and the repeated description is no longer given here.
The above is only the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the patent scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, all the equivalent structure changes made by the contents of the specification and the drawings are utilized under the inventive concept of the present invention, or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields is included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
