技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种导电涂料。
背景技术
导电涂料是20世纪60年代末产生的新的涂料品种。导电涂料的涂层具有导体、半导体 的性能。它是由基料、填料、溶剂、助剂所组成。组成中至少有一种组分具有导电能力,使涂 层的体积电阻率小于10欧姆-cm。导电涂料可以分为导静电涂料和导电涂料。在电子工业、 建筑工业、航天航空、石油化工和军用工业等领域,具有重要的实用价值。它具有设备简单、 施工方便、成本低廉、可涂覆于各种复杂形状表面等优点。由于导电涂料的优异性能,应用 也越来越广泛,同时人们对于导电涂料的要求也越来越高。

对上述现有技术的现状,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种导电性能好且成本低的导电涂料。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种导电涂料,由下列原料按重量分数比例组成 :
导电石墨15-24份;
树脂,平均粒径 30-40 微米 40-60份 ;
固化剂 30-50 份 ;
金红石钛白粉6-8份 ;
氧化锌粉,平均粒径 20-30 微米 10-30 份 ;
导电炭黑,平均粒径 20-30 微米 15-25 份 ;
消泡剂 1-10 份 ;
交联剂 1-10 份。
进一步地,所述树脂为聚酯树脂。
进一步地,所述固化剂为异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯。
