水性高分子合金重防腐底漆,属于新材料应用技术领域,本发明由甲组份和乙组份混合组成:甲组份包括水性多胺固化剂、助溶剂、去离子水、润湿分散剂、消泡剂、中和剂、防沉剂、填充料、惰性防锈颜料和活性防锈颜料;乙组份包括不带羟基的有机硅丙烯酸改性环氧乳液、去离子水、消泡剂、防闪锈剂和增稠剂。采用水性有机硅丙烯酸改性环氧树脂制备出一种环境友好型的耐水、耐蚀和耐候等综合性能突出的水性高分子合金重防腐涂料。适用于工程机械、集装箱、船舶、钢结构桥梁和海洋工程等领域的涂层保护。

水性高分子合金重防腐底漆
技术领域
本发明属于新材料应用技术领域,所涉及的是水性高分子合金重防腐涂料,特别是底漆的制备工艺。
背景技术
2016年我国规模以上涂料企业总产量达1899.78万吨,同比增长7.2%,其中溶剂型涂料仍然占有相当大的比重,溶剂型涂料中的可挥发性有机物严重危害着人类的生存环境。随着国家对环保的重视,环保法规的日益严格,特别是2015年2月国家对VOC含量超过420g/L的涂料征收4%消费税政策落地后,传统溶剂型工业涂料企业向水性化、无溶剂化、高固含化等环保方向转型升级的步伐也逐步加快了,其中水性涂料以水为主溶剂,不会引发火灾等危险,也不会对大气造成污染,同时水资源丰富易得,越来越多地引起涂料企业的关注。
目前,日本、欧美国家的水性涂料市场占有率在60%以上,而我国这一比例明显偏低,这主要是由于水性涂料在性能方面和传统溶剂型涂料相比还有比较大的差距。水性聚氨酯涂料和水性丙烯酸涂料有着优异的耐候性,在户外露天场合常常被用作配套面漆,但这两类水性涂料的防腐蚀性欠佳;而水性环氧涂料虽有着较佳的附着力和防腐蚀性能,但其耐候性较差,在户外环境下易粉化、褪色和失光,通常只能用在户内、管道内等不见光的环境下使用。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术的缺陷,本发明提出一种耐候性较好的水性高分子合金重防腐底漆。
本发明由甲组份和乙组份混合组成:甲组份包括水性多胺固化剂、助溶剂、去离子水、润湿分散剂、消泡剂、中和剂、防沉剂、填充料、惰性防锈颜料和活性防锈颜料;乙组份包括不带羟基的有机硅丙烯酸改性环氧乳液、去离子水、消泡剂、防闪锈剂和增稠剂。
本发明采用水性有机硅丙烯酸改性环氧树脂制备出一种环境友好型的耐水、耐蚀和耐候等综合性能突出的水性高分子合金重防腐涂料。该防腐涂料适用于工程机械、集装箱、船舶、钢结构桥梁和海洋工程等领域的涂层保护。
本发明所述水性多胺固化剂、助溶剂、去离子水、润湿分散剂、消泡剂、中和剂、防沉剂、填充料、惰性防锈颜料和活性防锈颜料的质量混合比为8~20∶6~15∶5~18∶0.1~1.2∶0.05~0.3∶0.05~0.3∶0.5~2∶20~36∶18~30∶8~15。
所述不带羟基的有机硅丙烯酸改性环氧乳液、去离子水、消泡剂、防闪锈剂和增稠剂的质量混合比为80~95∶4~16∶0.05 ~0.3∶0.1~2∶0.2~2。
所述甲组份和乙组份的混合质量比为4∶1,所述底漆中,甲组份的环氧当量为780~880g/mol、乙组份的胺氢当量为200~300g/mol。
所述助溶剂为可与水性和油性溶质共溶的醇醚类、酮醇类和醇类溶剂;润湿分散剂为含有颜料亲和基团的共聚物;消泡剂为硅烷类;中和剂为有机胺类;防沉剂为气溶胶或凝胶类物质;填充料为云母粉或沉淀硫酸钡或滑石粉等;惰性防锈颜料包括不活泼的金属氧化物;活性防锈颜料为磷硅酸盐或磷酸盐;增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯或聚醚改性丙烯酸低聚物;防闪锈剂为有机锌螯合物。
在大多数环氧双组份涂料配方设计中,一般都是将树脂作为粘结料设计成(漆料)甲组份,而将多胺类固化剂设计为乙组份分装。本发明配方设计的特点是,反其道而行之,即将多胺类固化剂作为甲组份的粘结料,将改性环氧乳液作为乙组份(分装)。之所以这样设计,是考虑到乳液的不稳定性,在高速剪切(或物料研磨)状态下,乳液极易破乳失效。而有机胺类固化剂是非乳化型透明粘稠液料,且pH值(5~6)属于弱碱性范围,对干粉物料润湿性较好,有助于漆料的研磨与分散,并不用耽心在工艺过程中出现破乳和失效问题。
本发明基体材料选用了发明专利号为ZL 201310002798.9的水性有机硅丙烯酸改性环氧乳液。这种新型水性成膜树脂,在合成时可以灵活选用硅烷和丙烯酸单体,制备出含羟基和不含羟基的硅烷丙烯酸树脂。用不含羟基的硅烷丙烯酸改性环氧树脂制备的乳液,聚合物分子结构中只带有环氧基官能团;用含羟基的硅烷丙烯酸改性环氧树脂制备的乳液,聚合物分子结构中既带有羟基,也带有环氧基功能基团,这就给涂料制造带来了更多的选择性。例如前者,用水性多胺类聚合物做固化剂,可以和树脂中的环氧基发生交联反应,制成水性有机硅丙烯酸改性环氧重防腐涂料;用水性异氰酸酯预聚物做固化剂,可以和树脂中的羟基发生交联反应,制成高耐候性的水性有机硅丙烯酸改性环氧聚氨酯重防腐涂料。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
1.按ZL 201310002798.9公开的方法制备不含羟基的水性有机硅丙烯酸改性环氧乳液:
a)合成核层改性水性环氧乳液:将去离子水292g、烯丙基聚醚硫酸盐12g,丙烯酰胺基异丙基磺酸钠12g,2-烯丙基醚-3-羟基丙烷-1-磺酸钠8g、烯丙基聚醚3.5g、过硫酸钠1.2g,置于反应釜内,在搅拌下加入E-51环氧树脂285g、丁基缩水甘油醚15g、3-缩水甘油丙基三甲氧基硅烷11.5g、苯乙烯9.5g,甲基丙烯酸甲酯5g,丙烯酸丁酯14.5g,丙烯酸0.75,升温至85~90℃,反应时间为1~1.5小时,形成核层改性水性环氧乳液。
b)合成核壳结构改性水性环氧乳液:先将乙烯基三氯硅氧烷5.5g、甲基丙烯酸甲酯140g、丙烯酸丁酯30g、丙烯酸异辛酯24g、甲基丙烯酸6g、烯丙基聚醚硫酸盐3g、丙烯酰胺基异丙基磺酸钠1.5g、2-烯丙基醚-3-羟基丙烷-1-磺酸钠1.5g、烯丙基聚醚2g、过硫酸铵1.5g和去离子水112.55g,混合形成预乳化单体,然后滴加至温度为83~87℃的上述核层改性水性环氧乳液669.95g中,滴加时间控制在2.5~3小时,最后在85~90℃恒温条件下反应2~3小时,再降温至50℃以下,调整pH值5~6,加入DF-558消泡剂1g,B50防腐剂1.5g,即得到不含羟基的有机硅丙烯酸改性水性环氧乳液,型号命名为JL-H0110S,环氧当量为780~880g/mol。
2.水性高分子合金重防腐底漆甲组份的制备
将8290水性多胺固化剂(美国汉森)120g(胺氢当量为200~300g/mol)、丙二醇甲醚40g、去离子水265g、润湿Tego 740W分散剂10g、Tego 901W消泡剂2g、Amp-95 中和剂3g、N20气相二氧化硅(德国瓦克)10g、填充料(其中滑石粉、云母粉各半)200g、惰性防锈颜料(磷铁粉)150g、活性防锈颜料(磷酸锌)200g,加入分散缸中,高速分散均匀,得到分散漆料;然后将分散漆料用砂磨机研磨至细度50µm,过滤出料。
3.水性高分子合金重防腐底漆乙组份的制备
将JL-H0110S水性有机硅丙烯酸改性环氧乳液850g(环氧当量为780~880g/mol)、去离子水130g、BYK-024消泡剂2g、NALZIN FA 179防闪锈剂(海明斯)10g和RHEOLATE FX 1010增稠剂(海明斯)8g,依次加入分散缸中,搅拌均匀,过滤出料。
4.使用时将甲乙两组份混合搅拌均匀,按理论计算求得,甲、乙两组份质量配比为4∶1(wt)。
实施例二:
1.按ZL 201310002798.9公开的方法制备水性有机硅丙烯酸改性环氧乳液:
制备方法同实施例一。
2.水性高分子合金重防腐底漆甲组份的制备
将8290水性环氧多胺固化剂(美国汉森)150g(胺氢当量为200~300g/mol)、助溶剂(其中丙二醇甲醚30g,二丙酮醇20g)、去离子水225g、润湿分散剂(其中Tego 740W润湿分散剂5g,BYK-190分散剂5g)、Tego 901W消泡剂2g、Amp-95中和剂3g、N20气相二氧化硅(德国瓦克)10g、填充料(其中滑石粉100g、云母粉150g)、惰性防锈颜料(磷铁粉)150g、活性防锈颜料(磷酸锌)150g加入分散缸中,高速分散均匀,得到分散漆料,然后将分散漆料用砂磨机研磨至细度50µm,过滤出料。
3.水性高分子合金重防腐底漆乙组份的制备
将JL-H0110S水性有机硅丙烯酸改性环氧乳液900g、去离子水80g、BYK-024消泡剂2g、NALZIN FA 179防闪锈剂10g和RHEOLATE FX 1010增稠剂8g,依次加入分散缸中,搅拌均匀,过滤出料。
4.使用时将甲乙两组份混合搅拌均匀,按理论计算求得,甲、乙两组份质量配比为4∶1(wt)。
实施例三:
1.按ZL 201310002798.9公开的方法制备水性有机硅丙烯酸改性环氧乳液:
制备方法同实施例一。
2.水性高分子合金重防腐底漆甲组份的制备
将BC 901水性环氧多胺固化剂(联固化学)200g(胺氢当量为200~300g/mol)、乙二醇丁醚40g,二丙酮醇20g、去离子水265g、Tego 740W润湿分散剂10g、Tego 901W消泡剂2g、Amp-95中和剂3g、N20气相二氧化硅10g、滑石粉150g、云母粉100g、惰性防锈颜料(磷铁粉)100g、活性防锈颜料(三聚磷酸铝)100g加入分散缸中,高速分散均匀,得到分散漆料;然后将分散漆料用砂磨机研磨至细度50µm,过滤出料。
3.水性高分子合金重防腐底漆乙组份的制备
将JL-H0110S有机硅丙烯酸改性水性环氧乳液940g、去离子水40g、BYK-024消泡剂2g、Raybo 60防闪锈剂(美国瑞宝)10g和RHEOLATE FX 1010增稠剂(海明斯)8g依次加入分散缸中,搅拌均匀,过滤出料。
4.使用时将甲乙两组份混合搅拌均匀,按理论计算求得,甲、乙两组份质量配比为4∶1(wt)。
以上例一至例三制备的涂料经过检测结果及参数列入表1,作为水性高分子合金重防腐底漆的技术指标。

Claims (5)

1.水性高分子合金重防腐底漆,其特征在于由甲组份和乙组份混合组成:
甲组份包括水性多胺固化剂、助溶剂、去离子水、润湿分散剂、消泡剂、中和剂、防沉剂、填充料、惰性防锈颜料和活性防锈颜料;
乙组份包括不带羟基的有机硅丙烯酸改性环氧乳液、去离子水、消泡剂、防闪锈剂和增稠剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述水性高分子合金重防腐底漆,其特征在于所述水性多胺固化剂、助溶剂、去离子水、润湿分散剂、消泡剂、中和剂、防沉剂、填充料、惰性防锈颜料和活性防锈颜料的混合质量比为8~20∶6~15∶5~18∶0.1~1.2∶0.05~0.3∶0.05~0.3∶0.5~2∶20~36∶18~30∶8~15。
3.根据权利要求1所述水性高分子合金重防腐底漆,其特征在于所述不带羟基的有机硅丙烯酸改性环氧乳液、去离子水、消泡剂、防闪锈剂和增稠剂的混合质量比为80~95∶4~16∶0.05 ~0.3∶0.1~2∶0.2~2。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述水性高分子合金重防腐底漆,其特征在于所述甲组份和乙组份的混合质量比为4∶1,所述底漆中,甲组份的环氧当量为780~880g/mol、乙组份的胺氢当量为200~300g/mol。
5.根据权利要求1所述水性高分子合金重防腐底漆,其特征在于所述助溶剂为可与水性和油性溶质共溶的醇醚类、酮醇类和醇类溶剂;润湿分散剂为含有颜料亲和基团的共聚物;消泡剂为硅烷类;中和剂为有机胺类;防沉剂为气溶胶或凝胶类物质;填充料为云母粉或沉淀硫酸钡或滑石粉等;惰性防锈颜料包括不活泼的金属氧化物;活性防锈颜料为磷硅酸盐或磷酸盐;增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯或聚醚改性丙烯酸低聚物;防闪锈剂为有机锌螯合物。
