背景技术
水性纤维涂料是一种以各种纤维为主要原材料,添加环保水性干粉粘结剂、金葱粉、PET彩色丝线、彩色云母片等材料,混合均匀后制得的室内装饰壁材,其色彩丰富、富有质感并且具有优异的抗裂性、柔韧性、透气性及保温隔热性等,在室内装饰市场非常受欢迎。
专利号为ZL201220238007.3的中国实用新型专利公开了一种热转印机,专利对用于大型工件或墙面热转印施工的热转印机已做详细阐述,可以使用该设备在室内墙面上转印在电脑上设计的任意图案,根据转印原理墙面必须要有合适的转印承载体,利用水性纤维涂料的一部分特性可以满足这一条件,以达可以把电脑设计的任意图案转印到纤维涂料为载体的墙面上,形成个性化的装饰效果。目前市场上的纤维涂料在艺术表现形式上比较单一,紧靠色彩的搭配来设计纤维涂料的款式,或靠手工用纤维涂料来堆积绘制简单图案,已经不能满足室内装饰市场越来越高的个性化的艺术需求。

针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种热转印专用水性纤维涂料,其目的在于:提供一种能够通过热转印方式在其表面上清晰完整的制作数码图案的热转印专用水性纤维涂料。

一种热转印专用水性纤维涂料,所述纤维涂料包括如下质量比的成分:
纤维 60-85%;
金葱粉 0.5-3%;
金银丝 0.5-3%;
云母片 1-5%;
负离子粉 1-5%;
粉体消泡剂 0.2-0.5%;
粉体纤维柔顺剂 0.2-0.5%;
粉体防霉剂 0.2-0.5%;
可再分散乳胶粉 5-15%;
羟丙基甲基纤维素 2-10%;
聚乙烯醇 2-10% 。
优选的,所述纤维为棉纤维、竹纤维、木质纤维、粘胶纤维、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯晴纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维的一种或几种的混合物,其中以聚酯纤维为最佳。

步骤一:按纤维 60-85%、 金葱粉 0.5-3%、 金银丝0.5-3%、 云母片1-5%、负离子粉 1-5%、 粉体消泡剂 0.2-0.5%、粉体纤维柔顺剂 0.2-0.5%、 粉体防霉剂 0.2-0.5%、可再分散乳胶粉 5-15%、羟丙基甲基纤维素 2-10%、聚乙烯醇 2-10%的比例精确称取所述配方中物料;
步骤二:将步骤一中称取好的物料依次加入到不锈钢搅拌釜中,然后关闭上舱门;
步骤三:启动搅拌釜,转速60r/min,正反转各搅拌5min,得到纤维涂料。
步骤四:开启下舱门,将步骤三中搅拌好的纤维涂料放入包装机的料斗,开始包装。

实施例4
本实施例所述一种热转印专用水性纤维涂料,所述纤维涂料包括如下质量比的成分
原料 用量(wt)
纤维 67%;
金葱粉 2%;
金银丝 1%;
云母片 5%;
负离子粉 3%;
粉体消泡剂 0.3%;
粉体纤维柔顺剂 0.5%;
粉体防霉剂 0.2%;
可再分散乳胶粉 12%;
羟丙基甲基纤维素 3%;
聚乙烯醇 6%。
其中实施例4中的热转印专用水性纤维涂料制作方法与实施例1中的制作方法区别仅在于将实施例1中的步骤一中包含的配方的配比换成实施例4中的配方的配比。
所述实施例1-4任一一个实施例的施工工艺均为:
(1)、将制得的热转印专用水性纤维涂料按比例加入干净自来水充分润湿后搅拌5分钟,达到均匀状态。
(2)、静置半小时,然后补足需水量,调整到合适稠度充分搅拌5分钟。
(3)、使用纤维涂料专用滚筒和批刀进行施工,涂层要求厚度1-2mm,平整均匀。
本发明的原理:在墙面上制作1-2mm厚的纤维涂料涂层,然后使用专利号为ZL201220238007.3描述的热转印机,通过加热加压的方式,把使用热升华墨水喷墨打印好的转印纸上的定制图案转印到水性纤维涂层上。其原理为:热升华墨水采用的是分散染料,分散染料分子量小,在高热下,纤维的无定形区的微孔扩张,染料分子可以进入空穴,当温度降低后,微孔变小或闭合,从而锁住染料分子,达到染色目的,而在纤维上形成图案。

Claims (8)

1.一种热转印专用水性纤维涂料,其特征在于,所述纤维涂料包括如下质量比的成分:
纤维 60-85%;
金葱粉 0.5-3%;
金银丝 0.5-3%;
云母片 1-5%;
负离子粉 1-5%;
粉体消泡剂 0.2-0.5%;
粉体纤维柔顺剂 0.2-0.5%;
粉体防霉剂 0.2-0.5%;
可再分散乳胶粉 5-15%;
羟丙基甲基纤维素 2-10%;
聚乙烯醇 2-10% 。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热转印专用水性纤维涂料,其特征在于:所述纤维为棉纤维、竹纤维、木质纤维、粘胶纤维、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯晴纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维的一种或几种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热转印专用水性纤维涂料,其特征在于:所述纤维的长度为1-6mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热转印专用水性纤维涂料,其特征在于:所述金葱粉的基材为PET片材。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热转印专用水性纤维涂料,其特征在于:所述金银丝的基材为PET片材。
6.根据权利要求1所述的热转印专用水性纤维涂料,其特征在于:所述负离子粉的释放量为40000-60000ions/cm3,细度为4000目。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热转印专用水性纤维涂料,其特征在于:所述可再分散乳胶粉为醋酸乙烯酯与乙烯共聚胶粉、乙烯与氯乙烯及月硅酸乙烯酯三元共聚胶粉、醋酸乙烯酯与乙烯及高级脂肪酸乙烯酯三元共聚胶粉、醋酸乙烯酯与高级脂肪酸乙烯酯共聚胶粉、丙烯酸酯与苯乙烯共聚胶粉、醋酸乙烯酯与丙烯酸酯及高级脂肪酸乙烯酯三元共聚胶粉、醋酸乙烯酯均聚胶粉的一种或几种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的热转印专用水性纤维涂料的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:按权利要求1中所述的重量比例精确称取配方中物料;
步骤二:将步骤一中称取好的物料依次加入到不锈钢搅拌釜中,然后关闭上舱门;
步骤三:启动搅拌釜,转速60r/min,正反转各搅拌5min,得到纤维涂料;
步骤四:开启下舱门,将步骤三中搅拌好的纤维涂料放入包装机的料斗,开始包装。
