本发明提供一种预防甘蔗凤梨病的方法,步骤如下:(1)制备浸种液,所述浸种液由以下质量百分比的各组分混合而成:甲基托布津0.4‑0.6%、菌毒清0.2‑0.4%、敌克松1.2‑1.5%、多霉清0.1‑0.3%,其余为水;(2)浸种:将甘蔗种放入浸种液中浸泡6‑8小时,晾干。本发明方法能够有效地预防甘蔗凤梨病,凤梨病的发生率降低93%以上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种预防甘蔗凤梨病的方法。
背景技术
凤梨病在我国各植蔗省区均有发生,是甘蔗种苗的重要病害。它除了使下种的蔗种不能萌芽外,还能使窖藏蔗种受害腐烂。染病蔗种切开后,可见切口两端为红色,并散发出凤梨般的香味,故称凤梨病。不久切口逐渐变黑,并产生许多黑色的煤粉状物。病情发展到后期,则茎内全部变黑。当所有薄壁细胞都被破坏后,种苗便成空腔,只剩下维管束像一束头发一样残留其中。
目前,国内甘蔗凤梨病以化学防治为主,生产上常使用50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂1000倍液或2%-3%石灰水来浸泡蔗种进行防治。多年来,甘蔗凤梨病防治药剂较少,可用于轮换使用的农药明显不足,导致甘蔗凤梨病产生抗药性,防治的农药使用剂量不断加大,而且使用的常规药剂对甘蔗凤梨病防效很差,并且不能保证甘蔗不被二次感染,长期使用药剂处理,加上农户在用药时私自多加、滥加其它药剂,不仅使用药成本大幅度提高,农药的流失严重,而且对环境也会造成污染,进而影响到人们的身心健康。因此,在防治甘蔗凤梨病方面,如何有效的进行防治甘蔗凤梨病的发生,同时减少化学农药使用,是人们一直不断研究的课题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种预防甘蔗凤梨病的方法,较单一配方预防甘蔗凤梨病有了长足的进步,降低了甘蔗凤梨病的发生率。
本发明提供一种预防甘蔗凤梨病的方法,步骤如下:
(1)制备浸种液,所述浸种液由以下质量百分比的各组分混合而成:甲基托布津0.4-0.6%、菌毒清0.2-0.4%、敌克松1.2-1.5%、多霉清0.1-0.3%,其余为水;
(2)浸种:将甘蔗种放入浸种液中浸泡6-8小时,晾干。
作为优选,步骤如下:
(1)制备浸种液,所述浸种液由以下质量百分比的各组分混合而成:甲基托布津0.5%、菌毒清0.3%、敌克松1.4%、多霉清0.2%,其余为水;
(2)浸种:将甘蔗种放入浸种液中浸泡7小时,晾干。
本发明还提供上述浸种液在制备预防甘蔗凤梨病的药液中的应用,所述浸种液由以下质量百分比的各组分混合而成:甲基托布津0.4-0.6%、菌毒清0.2-0.4%、敌克松1.2-1.5%、多霉清0.1-0.3%,其余为水。
作为优选,所述浸种液由以下质量百分比的各组分混合而成:甲基托布津0.5%、菌毒清0.3%、敌克松1.4%、多霉清0.2%,其余为水。
本发明方法能够有效地预防甘蔗凤梨病,凤梨病的发生率降低93%以上。
具体实施方式
以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。下述实施例中所用的试验材料,如无特殊说明,均为市售。
实施例1
本发明提供一种预防甘蔗凤梨病的方法,步骤如下:
(1)制备浸种液,所述浸种液由以下质量百分比的各组分混合而成:甲基托布津0.5%、菌毒清0.3%、敌克松1.4%、多霉清0.2%,其余为水;
(2)浸种:将甘蔗种放入浸种液中浸泡7小时,晾干。
实施例2
本发明提供一种预防甘蔗凤梨病的方法,步骤如下:
(1)制备浸种液,所述浸种液由以下质量百分比的各组分混合而成:甲基托布津0.6%、菌毒清0.2%、敌克松1.5%、多霉清0.1%,其余为水;
(2)浸种:将甘蔗种放入浸种液中浸泡8小时,晾干。
实施例3
本发明提供一种预防甘蔗凤梨病的方法,步骤如下:
(1)制备浸种液,所述浸种液由以下质量百分比的各组分混合而成:甲基托布津0.4%、菌毒清0.4%、敌克松1.2%、多霉清0.3%,其余为水;
(2)浸种:将甘蔗种放入浸种液中浸泡6小时,晾干。
本申请人对不同的杀菌剂进行试验,发现不同的杀菌剂组合对甘蔗凤梨病的杀菌功效并不相同,因此,对多种杀菌剂进行组合实验,以寻找到最佳的杀菌剂组合来作为浸种液,当采用本发明组合时,能够最有效地预防甘蔗凤梨病,凤梨病的发生率降低93%以上。

1.一种预防甘蔗凤梨病的方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
(1)制备浸种液,所述浸种液由以下质量百分比的各组分混合而成:甲基托布津0.4-0.6%、菌毒清0.2-0.4%、敌克松1.2-1.5%、多霉清0.1-0.3%,其余为水;
(2)浸种:将甘蔗种放入浸种液中浸泡6-8小时,晾干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
(1)制备浸种液,所述浸种液由以下质量百分比的各组分混合而成:甲基托布津0.5%、菌毒清0.3%、敌克松1.4%、多霉清0.2%,其余为水;
(2)浸种:将甘蔗种放入浸种液中浸泡7小时,晾干。
3.浸种液在制备预防甘蔗凤梨病的药液中的应用,其特征在于:所述浸种液由以下质量百分比的各组分混合而成:甲基托布津0.4-0.6%、菌毒清0.2-0.4%、敌克松1.2-1.5%、多霉清0.1-0.3%,其余为水。
4.根据权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于:所述浸种液由以下质量百分比的各组分混合而成:甲基托布津0.5%、菌毒清0.3%、敌克松1.4%、多霉清0.2%,其余为水。
