本发明公开了一种CT滑环用组合式碳刷组件,包括信号刷组件、电源刷组件、印制电路板、接线端子和固定板,通过信号刷和电源刷将碳刷、弹簧、弹簧扣和滑槽组合起来使用,实现碳刷接触压力可控,便于装配,保证碳刷在工作过程中良好的接触性能和耐磨性;通过在同一环道上设置多个碳刷,提高环道的信号传输可靠性和稳定性,延长碳刷使用寿命,在碳刷磨损的情况下,只需要更换单个的碳刷组件即可,很大程度上便于检查和维护碳刷的使用情况,降低了维修成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种碳刷组件,特别涉及一种CT滑环用组合式碳刷组件,属于CT滑环技术领域。
背景技术
螺旋CT机一般采用滑环来实现旋转运动探测器与扫描架之间连续旋转时电力电源、图像、控制信号等数据的快速可靠传输,探测系统与放射源固定在旋转的滑环上,组成转动部分,扫描架上的静止部分利用优质碳刷组件,与旋转的滑环紧密接触,实现转动部分和静止部分的电气连接,放射源的供电由滑环上的电源环道与电源刷的接触,再将电刷接入外部电源来实现,探测系统的探测信号输出由滑环上的信号环道与信号刷的接触,通过静止的信号刷将探测信号传输至外部的图像重建系统。
目前,CT滑环的电刷结构通常有三种:1、柱式碳刷;2、金合金单丝;3、银刷束。柱式碳刷是最为成熟的结构,接触面积大,接触压力均匀,具有良好的导电性能,成本低,结构简单,但使用过程中由于碳刷的摩擦磨损产生导电粉末,需要经常对金属环道和碳刷进行定期清理,维护成本较高。金合金单丝电刷,由于接触材料主要是金及其贵金属元素合成,具有优异的接触性能和耐磨性,但由于单丝电刷尺寸小,用在CT滑环上使用寿命短,刷丝磨损完后造成环道信号断开,影响正常使用功能,且成本高昂。银刷束是采用一束银合金丝(单丝直径在50~100μm),由于材料因素的决定,银合金在成本和性能上比碳刷、金合金单丝电刷均有一定的优势,但在长时间的滑动接触时,容易产生个别丝先磨断,产生碎屑,容易使相邻滑环间产生短路。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是:为克服现有技术不足,提供一种接触压力可控、可靠性高、便于维护、延长使用寿命的CT滑环用组合式碳刷组件。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种CT滑环用组合式碳刷组件,包括信号刷组件、电源刷组件、印制电路板、接线端子和固定板,
信号刷组件、电源刷组件、接线端子均与印制电路板固定连接,印制电路板与固定板固定连接;
信号刷组件和电源刷组件结构相同,均包括弹簧扣、弹簧、刷辫、碳刷、滑槽、接线柱和旋钮,
刷辫一端与碳刷固定连接,刷辫另一端与弹簧扣固定连接,弹簧套入刷辫,两端分别与碳刷和弹簧扣接触,且弹簧在碳刷和弹簧扣之间处于压缩状态,弹簧扣、弹簧和刷辫置于滑槽中,通过旋钮实现弹簧扣与滑槽上表面压紧并接触导通;在滑槽上套装有凸台,在凸台上对称设置四个接线柱;
自由状态下,碳刷从滑槽伸出长度为12~15mm;
工作状态下,碳刷与CT滑环接触,碳刷从滑槽伸出长度为2mm,电流通过碳刷与电源环道接触传递;信号通过信号环道与碳刷接触传递。
CT滑环分为3~6路电源环道和5~14路信号环道,每路电源环道配置2~6个电源刷组件和1个接线端子,通过金属涂覆层导通连接,传输0.5~2A信号电流;每路信号环道配置4~9个信号刷组件和1个接线端子,通过金属涂覆层导通连接,传输20~200A电源电流。
碳刷横截面面积为12~80mm2,线速度为15~25m/s。
碳刷的载流能力为15~35A/cm2
碳刷组分包括银和碳,其中银组分含量为50%~90%,碳组分含量为10%~50%。
碳刷与CT滑环接触力范围为0.9~3.2N。
弹簧选用切变模量为40~71GPa的1Cr18Ni9钢丝。
凸台位于滑槽的1/2~2/3处。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:
(1)本发明通过信号刷和电源刷将碳刷、弹簧、弹簧扣和滑槽组合起来使用,实现碳刷接触压力可控,便于装配,保证碳刷在工作过程中良好的接触性能和耐磨性;
(2)本发明通过在同一环道上设置多个碳刷,提高环道的信号传输可靠性和稳定性,延长碳刷使用寿命,在碳刷磨损的情况下,只需要更换单个的碳刷组件即可,很大程度上便于检查和维护碳刷的使用情况,降低了维修成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述。
一种CT滑环用组合式碳刷组件,如图1所示,包括信号刷组件1、电源刷组件2、印制电路板3、接线端子4和固定板6,
信号刷组件1、电源刷组件2、接线端子4均与印制电路板3通过波峰焊固定连接,印制电路板3与固定板6固定连接;
信号刷组件1和电源刷组件2结构相同,如图2、图3所示,均包括弹簧扣1-1、弹簧1-2、刷辫1-3、碳刷1-4、滑槽1-5、接线柱1-6和旋钮1-7,
刷辫1-3一端与碳刷1-4固定连接,刷辫1-3另一端与弹簧扣1-1固定连接,弹簧1-2套入刷辫1-3,两端分别与碳刷1-4和弹簧扣1-1接触,且弹簧1-2在碳刷1-4和弹簧扣1-1之间处于压缩状态,弹簧扣1-1、弹簧1-2和刷辫1-3置于滑槽1-5中,通过旋钮1-7实现弹簧扣1-1与滑槽1-5上表面压紧并接触导通;在滑槽1-5上套装有凸台,在凸台上对称设置四个接线柱1-6,凸台位于滑槽1-5的1/2~2/3处。
自由状态下,碳刷1-4从滑槽1-5伸出长度为12~15mm;
工作状态下,碳刷1-4与CT滑环接触,碳刷1-4从滑槽1-5伸出长度为2mm,电流通过碳刷1-4与电源环道接触传递;信号通过信号环道与碳刷1-4接触传递。
CT滑环分为3~6路电源环道和5~14路信号环道,每路电源环道配置2~6个电源刷组件2和1个接线端子4,通过金属涂覆层导通连接,传输0.5~2A信号电流;每路信号环道配置4~9个信号刷组件1和1个接线端子4,通过金属涂覆层导通连接,传输20~200A电源电流。
碳刷1-4横截面面积为12~80mm2,线速度为15~25m/s,碳刷1-4的载流能力为15~35A/cm2,碳刷1-4采用银石墨碳刷,具有优异的电接触性能和耐磨性,组分包括银和碳,其中银组分含量为50%~90%,碳组分含量为10%~50%,碳刷1-4与CT滑环接触力范围为0.9~3.2N。
弹簧1-2选用切变模量为40~71GPa的1Cr18Ni9钢丝。
接线端子4、弹簧扣1-1、滑槽1-5和接线柱1-6均采用铜合金加工,表面电镀一层银,提高导电性和防锈蚀。
信号刷组件使用的弹簧刚度和初始接触力是相同的,所述电源刷组件使用的弹簧刚度和初始接触力也是相同的。
本发明通过选择与滑环摩擦副材料匹配的碳刷材料成分,合理控制碳刷弹簧的压力,在保证滑环碳刷的可靠接触的前提下,确保信号的稳定传输,提高碳刷的电接触性能、耐磨性能和使用寿命。
本发明所述一种CT滑环用组合式碳刷组件只是用于帮助说明本发明,并不用作限制本发明的具体实施方式,可以根据实际需要进行很多的修改和变化,凡归属于本发明的原理和实际应用,均包含在本发明的保护范围之内,本发明未公开内容为本领域技术人员公知常识。

Claims (7)

1.一种CT滑环用组合式碳刷组件,其特征在于,包括信号刷组件(1)、电源刷组件(2)、印制电路板(3)、接线端子(4)和固定板(6),
信号刷组件(1)、电源刷组件(2)、接线端子(4)均与印制电路板(3)固定连接,印制电路板(3)与固定板(6)固定连接;
信号刷组件(1)和电源刷组件(2)结构相同,均包括弹簧扣(1-1)、弹簧(1-2)、刷辫(1-3)、碳刷(1-4)、滑槽(1-5)、接线柱(1-6)和旋钮(1-7),
刷辫(1-3)一端与碳刷(1-4)固定连接,刷辫(1-3)另一端与弹簧扣(1-1)固定连接,弹簧(1-2)套入刷辫(1-3),两端分别与碳刷(1-4)和弹簧扣(1-1)接触,且弹簧(1-2)在碳刷(1-4)和弹簧扣(1-1)之间处于压缩状态,弹簧扣(1-1)、弹簧(1-2)和刷辫(1-3)置于滑槽(1-5)中,通过旋钮(1-7)实现弹簧扣(1-1)与滑槽(1-5)上表面压紧并接触导通;在滑槽(1-5)上套装有凸台,在凸台上对称设置四个接线柱(1-6);CT滑环分为3~6路电源环道和5~14路信号环道,每路电源环道配置2~6个电源刷组件(2)和1个接线端子(4),通过金属涂覆层导通连接,传输0.5~2A信号电流;每路信号环道配置4~9个信号刷组件(1)和1个接线端子(4),通过金属涂覆层导通连接,传输20~200A电源电流;
自由状态下,碳刷(1-4)从滑槽(1-5)伸出长度为12~15mm;
工作状态下,碳刷(1-4)与CT滑环接触,碳刷(1-4)从滑槽(1-5)伸出长度为2mm,电流通过碳刷(1-4)与电源环道接触传递;信号通过信号环道与碳刷(1-4)接触传递。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种CT滑环用组合式碳刷组件,其特征在于,碳刷(1-4)横截面面积为12~80mm2,线速度为15~25m/s。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种CT滑环用组合式碳刷组件,其特征在于,碳刷(1-4)的载流能力为15~35A/cm2
4.如权利要求1所述的一种CT滑环用组合式碳刷组件,其特征在于,碳刷(1-4)组分包括银和碳,其中银组分含量为50%~90%,碳组分含量为10%~50%。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种CT滑环用组合式碳刷组件,其特征在于,碳刷(1-4)与CT滑环接触力范围为0.9~3.2N。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种CT滑环用组合式碳刷组件,其特征在于,弹簧(1-2)选用切变模量为40~71GPa的1Cr18Ni9钢丝。
