Abstract

本发明涉及一种复合隔音地板，包括面板、底板、软木芯材和隔音板，面板为一层铝板，底板为一层铝板，面板与底板之间设有多层软木芯材，相邻的软木芯材之间设有设有隔音层，各板之间通过粘合的胶水热压粘合，相邻的两侧边设有插接件插槽。插接件插槽设在面板与底板之间。隔音层为聚酯纤维板、橡胶板和柔性塑料板其中的一种。本发明设置了多层隔音层和软木芯材，使噪音经过多层阻隔，噪音明显减弱；相邻的两侧边设有插接件插槽，便于板与板之间的连接，提高施工效率，并便于组装和拆卸维护。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板，特别是涉及一种复合隔音地板。
背景技术
噪声的污染对人们的身体健康危害很大，特别是城市路边或其他交通道路的路边由于交通的车辆造成了很大的噪音，这些噪音很难消除，虽然现在有双层玻璃，可以降低噪音的侵害，但目前的降噪用品还是不太理想的，为此研究一种复合隔音地板很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述问题，提供一种复合隔音地板。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种复合隔音地板，包括面板、底板、软木芯材和隔音板，面板为一层铝板，底板为一层铝板，面板与底板之间设有多层软木芯材，相邻的软木芯材之间设有设有隔音层，各板之间通过粘合的胶水热压粘合，相邻的两侧边设有插接件插槽。
所述的插接件插槽设在面板与底板之间。
所述的隔音层为聚酯纤维板、橡胶板和柔性塑料板其中的一种。
本发明的优点：设置了多层隔音层和软木芯材，使噪音经过多层阻隔，噪音明显减弱；相邻的两侧边设有插接件插槽，便于板与板之间的连接，提高施工效率，并便于组装和拆卸维护。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2可以看出，本发明包括面板11、底板12、软木芯材13和隔音板14，面板为一层铝板，底板为一层铝板，所述的面板与底板之间设有多层软木芯材13，相邻的软木芯材之间设有设有隔音层14，各板之间通过粘合的胶水热压粘合，相邻的两侧边设有插接件插槽15。插接件插槽15设在面板与底板之间。隔音层13为聚酯纤维板、橡胶板和柔性塑料板其中的一种。由于设置了多层隔音层和软木芯材，使隔音效果明显增强；相邻的两侧边设有插接件插槽，便于板与板之间的连接，提高施工效率，并便于组装和拆卸维护。
上述仅本发明较佳可行的实施例而已，非因此局限本发明保护范围，利用本发明所述的技术方案，或本领域的技术人员在本发明的技术方案的启发下，设计出类似的技术方案，而达到上述技术效果的，均是落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种复合隔音地板，包括面板（11）、底板（12）、软木芯材（13）和隔音板（14），面板为一层铝板，底板为一层铝板，其特征在于：面板与底板之间设有多层软木芯材（13），相邻的软木芯材之间设有隔音层（14），各板之间通过粘合的胶水热压粘合，隔音地板的相邻两侧边设有插接件插槽（15）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合隔音地板，其特征在于：所述的插接件插槽（15）设在面板与底板之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合隔音地板，其特征在于：所述的隔音层（13）为聚酯纤维板和橡胶板。
