Abstract
本发明公开了一种液体菌种发酵罐,包括罐筒体(5),所述罐筒体(5)顶部设有上盖,上盖上设有排气阀(1)、盖把手(2)、人孔法兰(3),罐筒体(5)上端上盖旁边分别设有安全阀(4)、压力表(32)和进种口(6),罐筒体(5)内侧壁设有上出种筒体(7),软管(29)内置隔离密封在上出种筒体(7)内,软管(29)一端连接滤芯筒体导管(24)。本发明的液体菌种发酵罐的过滤系统内置隔离密封在罐筒体(5)内侧有利于操作及灭菌,减少污染,有利于培养基、水分、种子和气体充分搅拌,搅拌均均不沉淀,罐筒体(5)下端为锥形封头(17),锥形底封底有利于流体均匀搅拌,防止培养基沉淀,更有利菌种分布均匀。

本发明涉及发酵领域,特别是一种液体菌种发酵罐。
背景技术
传统发酵罐操作检修安装复杂,灭菌不彻底,污染严重,培养基、水分、种子和气体搅拌不均匀,易沉淀。
发明内容
为了克服传统发酵罐操作检修安装复杂,灭菌不彻底,污染严重,培养基、水分、种子和气体搅拌不均匀,易沉淀等问题,本发明提供了一种液体菌种发酵罐。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:包括罐筒体(5),所述罐筒体(5)顶部设有上盖,上盖上设有排气阀(1)、盖把手(2)、人孔法兰(3),排气阀(1)用于泄压,使压力保持在0.02mpa以上正压,罐筒体(5)上端上盖旁边分别设有安全阀(4)、压力表(32)和进种口(6),罐筒体(5)内侧壁设有上出种筒体(7),软管(29)内置隔离密封在上出种筒体(7)内,在对培养基灭菌同时不但操作简单,而且软管(29)也同时灭菌,软管(29)一端连接滤芯筒体导管(24),另一端依次连接喉箍(28)、出种阀门(40)和盲板式快接卡箍(27),过滤系统内置定位在罐筒体(5)内侧有利于操作及灭菌,减少污染,所述上出种筒体(7)上部设有管帽(30),下部设有排水气管(25),喉箍(28)和管帽(30)有利于操作检修安装,排水气管(25)上设有阀门(26),罐筒体(5)另一侧设有控制器(9),控制器(9)下部设有控制器托板(10),控制器托板(10)下方罐筒体(5)一侧设有加热棒(12),加热棒(12)下部设有夹层进水阀(13),罐筒体(5)下端设有不少于3个支腿(14),支腿(14)下部连接万向轮(15),进种口(6)下方罐筒体(5)一侧设有视镜(8),视镜(8)下方设有温度计插管(11),温度计插管(11)下方设有罐体把手(16),罐筒体(5)下端中间设有下出种口(18)和进汽口(19),下出种口(18)连接外管路接入料袋中,进汽口(19)上方设有进气管(20)和上出种管(21),进气管(20)和上出种管(21)内置防止污染,进气管(20)喷口朝下有利于培养基、水分、种子和气体充分搅拌,上出种管(21)与滤芯筒体导管(24)连接,所述罐筒体(5)上端为椭圆形封头(31),下端为锥形封头(17),锥形有利于流体均匀搅拌,防止培养基沉淀,更有利菌种分布均匀,所述罐筒体(5)下部四周设有夹层(22),在夹层(22)通入循环水冷却降温,温度保持在18-28度培养温度,夹层(22)上端设有夹层出水阀(23)罐筒体(5)一侧上下分别设有上过滤器(33)和下过滤器(34),上过滤器(33)内部设有上滤芯(35)、下过滤器(34)内部设有下滤芯(36),上过滤器(33)下端设有进气阀(37)、下过滤器(34)下端设有排水气阀(38),下过滤器(34)内部设有截止阀(39)。
本发明的液体菌种发酵罐的过滤系统内置隔离密封在罐筒体(5)内侧有利于操作及灭菌,减少污染,有利于培养基、水分、种子和气体充分搅拌,搅拌均均不沉淀,罐筒体(5)下端为锥形封头(17),锥形底封底有利于流体均匀搅拌,防止培养基沉淀,更有利菌种分布均匀。
