Abstract
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体是涉及一种防水涂料。由以下重量份的组分制成:15份催干剂组分、10份硅酸盐水泥、5份石英砂、15份二甲基硅油、5份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、5份滑石粉、5份钛白粉、10份聚乙烯醇和10份六偏磷酸钠。本发明通过加入合理设计的组分,特别是加入桃叶珊瑚甙,可以提升催干剂的整体品质,进一步使防水涂料能够的防水、抗渗性能提升50%以上。而且这种防水涂料的生产工艺简单,涂料施工方便。

本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体是涉及一种防水涂料。
背景技术
防水涂料,顾名思义就是使墙体防止雨水浸入,从而保护墙体的作用。但是,目前市售的防水涂料主要存在制备工艺复杂、产品防水抗渗效果差等缺陷,因此,需要设计一种满足防水需求的防水涂料,且其抗渗效果必须要好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水涂料及其制备方法、用于防水涂料的催干剂组分及其制备方法,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种用于防水涂料的催干剂组分,由以下重量份的组分制成:
10份碳酸钙、10份活性母料、10份羟丙基甲基纤维素、10份纳米氧化锌和5份桃叶珊瑚甙。
一种用于防水涂料的催干剂组分的制备方法,步骤如下:
首先将碳酸钙和活性母料研磨粉碎至100目,然后向搅拌容器中加入10份碳酸钙和10份活性母料,常温下搅拌混合1 h;然后加入10份羟丙基甲基纤维素和10份纳米氧化锌,升温至50℃搅拌2 h;最后加入5份桃叶珊瑚甙,降温至30℃搅拌1 h即可。
一种防水涂料,由以下重量份的组分制成:

首先向搅拌容器中加入15份催干剂组分和10份硅酸盐水泥,控制转速为800 r/min,50℃下搅拌1 h;加入5份石英砂和15份二甲基硅油,控制转速为1000 r/min,60℃下搅拌1 h;接着加入5份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和10份六偏磷酸钠,控制转速为1000 r/min,50℃下搅拌1 h;最后加入5份滑石粉、5份钛白粉和10份聚乙烯醇,控制转速为900 r/min,40℃下搅拌2 h即可,得到防水涂料。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
本发明通过加入合理设计的组分,特别是加入桃叶珊瑚甙,可以提升催干剂的整体品质,进一步使防水涂料能够的防水、抗渗性能提升50%以上。而且这种防水涂料的生产工艺简单,涂料施工方便。
