Abstract
本发明涉及一种透水路缘石,所述的透水路缘石的原材料包括骨料、胶凝材料和水,所述的骨料为细骨料,所述的胶凝材料包括水泥和外加剂。本发明进一步涉及该透水路缘石的应用。采用了本发明的透水路缘石,具有高透水性、保水性、高强度、高耐久性、无环境污染、雨水净化的功能,雨水排除通畅,道路两侧不积水,雨水排除的同时有净化效果,解决了强度和透水这一对矛盾体冲突的问题,可用于交通、市政、园林等行业的道路两侧。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及道路铺装材技术领域,尤其涉及路缘石铺装材,具体是指一种透水路缘石。
背景技术
路缘石是道路两侧路面与路肩之间的条形构造物,是指连接车道(包括机动车道与非机动车道)与人行道(或绿化带,分隔带)的构件,是设置在路面(指:车道或者人行道)边缘与横断面其它组成部分分界处的标识。
城市路面排水较多采用小的路面坡度使得雨水向路面两侧流动,然后排入雨水口,也就是径流作用下完成排水,城市污染物随着雨水带走,造成河流的污染。路缘石铺设在路面两侧,传统上使用隔一段距离设置开孔或者开槽路牙,使得雨水排出,这种方案经常导致雨水排除不畅,导致路面大面积积水。
路缘石又称路沿石、路边石、路侧石、侧石、侧缘石、缘石、道牙、道崖、路牙石。
路缘石分为平缘石和立缘石。
平缘石是顶面与路面平齐的混凝土路缘石,又称平道牙。
立缘石是顶面高出路面的混凝土路缘石,又称立道牙、侧石。
路缘石不但可以起到道路隔离的作用,同时需要高的抗压和抗折强度。目前,较多使用预制混凝土路缘石和石材路缘石。
综上,目前的路缘石有路面分界功能,有较好的抗折和抗压强度,但是存在导致雨水排除不畅,易导致大面积积水的问题,同时在雨水排除的同时会导致河流的污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种具有高透水性、保水性、高强度、高耐久性、无环境污染、雨水净化的透水路缘石。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的透水路缘石如下:
所述的透水路缘石的原材料包括骨料、胶凝材料和水,所述的骨料为细骨料,所述的胶凝材料包括水泥和外加剂。
较佳地,所述的骨料为再生碎石或工业废渣或其组合。
较佳地,所述的胶凝材料为水硬性胶凝材料,所述的凝胶材料在每立方米所述的透水路缘石中的质量为骨料质量的0.20~0.30倍。
较佳地,所述的水在每立方米所述的透水路缘石中的质量为凝胶材料质量的0.26~0.33倍。
较佳地,所述的透水路缘石的压实度为1.15~1.25,抗压强度为35MPa~50MPa,抗折强度为3.0MPa~5.0MPa,透水系数为1.0~4.0mm/s。
较佳地,所述的骨料的尺寸规格为2.36mm~4.75mm。
较佳地,所述的外加剂为无机材粘结剂。
采用了本发明的透水路缘石,具有高透水性、保水性、高强度、高耐久性、无环境污染、雨水净化的功能,雨水排除通畅,道路两侧不积水,雨水排除的同时有净化效果,解决了强度和透水这一对矛盾体冲突的问题,可用于交通、市政、园林等行业的道路两侧。
具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地描述本发明的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例来进行进一步的描述。
本发明的透水路缘石包括骨料、胶凝材料和水,所述的骨料为细骨料,所述的胶凝材料包括水泥和外加剂。
其中,所述的骨料为满足国家标准GB/T 14685-2001《建筑用卵石、碎石》、再生碎石或工业废渣或其组合;所述的胶凝材料为水硬性胶凝材料,所述的凝胶材料在每立方米所述的透水路缘石中的质量为骨料质量的0.20~0.30倍;所述的水在每立方米所述的透水路缘石中的质量为凝胶材料的0.26~0.33倍;所述的透水路缘石的压实度为1.15~1.25,抗压强度为35MPa~50MPa,抗折强度为3.0MPa~5.0MPa,透水系数为1.0~4.0mm/s;所述的骨料的尺寸规格为2.36mm~4.75mm;所述的外加剂为无机材粘结剂。
采用了该发明中的一种透水路缘石,适应于海绵城市的需求,解决了强度和透水这一对矛盾体冲突的问题。
实施例1:
实施例中使用的材料具体为:
胶凝材料:普通硅酸盐水泥和外加剂。质量符合现行国家标准《通用硅酸盐水泥》GB175和《混凝土外加剂规范》GB8076的规定。优先推荐选用专利“一种无机材粘结剂及其制备方法(201610250534.9)”中所述无机材粘结剂。
骨料:细骨料符合《建筑用卵石、碎石》(GB/T14685)中的二级要求,尺寸是2.36mm~4.75mm。
采用下述物料的配比,以称重→搅拌→输送→成型→养护工艺流程,制作200mm×600m×60mm路缘石。试验结果如表1。

采用了本发明的透水路缘石,具有高透水性、保水性、高强度、高耐久性、无环境污染、雨水净化的功能,雨水排除通畅,道路两侧不积水,雨水排除的同时有净化效果,解决了强度和透水这一对矛盾体冲突的问题,可用于交通、市政等行业的道路两侧。

1.一种透水路缘石,其特征在于,所述的透水路缘石的原材料包括骨料、胶凝材料和水,所述的骨料为细骨料,所述的胶凝材料包括水泥和外加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透水路缘石,其特征在于,所述的骨料为再生碎石或工业废渣或其组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透水路缘石,其特征在于,所述的胶凝材料为水硬性胶凝材料,所述的凝胶材料在每立方米所述的透水路缘石中的质量为骨料质量的0.20~0.30倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的透水路缘石,其特征在于,所述的水在每立方米所述的透水路缘石中的质量为凝胶材料质量的0.26~0.33倍。
5.根据权利要求1所述的透水路缘石,其特征在于,所述的透水路缘石的压实度为1.15~1.25,抗压强度为35MPa~50MPa,抗折强度为3.0MPa~5.0MPa,透水系数为1.0~4.0mm/s。
6.根据权利要求1所述的透水路缘石,其特征在于,所述的骨料的尺寸规格为2.36mm~4.75mm。
