本发明涉及一种夹板撑袋装置，包括固定架，所述的固定架上装有撑袋板，所述固定架的下端通过轴连接辅助夹板，所述的固定架另一端安装有气缸，所述气缸连接有连杆，所述连杆另一端连接有辅助夹板。本发明结构合理，操作简单、方便、省时省力，有效避免了撑袋机构撑袋时可能出现的撑袋不紧或者脱袋现象的产生，从而大大提高了生产效率。

本发明涉及自动包装机组领域，具体是涉及一种夹板撑袋装置。
背景技术
自动包装机组中，其中撑袋下料的过程中，由于撑袋机构存在夹持不紧，袋口松落的情况，造成生产中断，制约了自动包装机组的高效性，提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是弥补现有的技术中存在的不足，提供一种辅助的夹袋机构。
为解决上述技术问题，发明提供以下技术方案：一种夹板撑袋装置，包括固定架，所述的固定架上装有撑袋板，所述固定架的下端通过轴连接辅助夹板，所述的固定架另一端安装有气缸，所述气缸连接有连杆，所述连杆另一端连接有辅助夹板。
所述的一种夹板撑袋装置，其特征在于：所述固定架上安装有气缸，所述气缸伸缩带动连接连杆，所述连杆带动辅助夹板围绕轴转动。
所述辅助夹板含有双层带纹路夹板。
其工作原理是：由于辅助夹板通过轴固定在固定架上，气缸中的活塞杆伸缩带动连杆运动，连杆带动辅助夹板，此时辅助夹板通过轴做旋转运动，将袋口压紧在装袋板上。
本发明的优点是：本发明在自动包装机组的撑袋过程中增加了辅助夹袋的工序，并且使用气缸带动，可连接于自动化生产线，有效的避免了撑袋过程中脱袋松袋的情况，结构合理，调节方便，省时省力，提高了自动包装机组的高效性，降低了生产成本。

一种夹板撑袋装置，包括固定架（1），所述的固定架（1）上装有撑袋板（2），所述固定架（1）的下端通过轴连接辅助夹板（6），所述的固定架（1）另一端安装有气缸（3），所述气缸（3）连接有连杆（4），所述连杆（4）另一端连接有辅助夹板（6）。 由于辅助夹板（6）通过轴（5）固定在固定架（1）上，气缸（3）中的活塞杆伸缩带动连杆（4）运动，连杆（4）带动辅助夹板（6），此时辅助夹板（6）通过轴（5）做旋转运动，将袋口压紧在装袋板（2）上。所述辅助夹板含有双层带纹路夹板（7）。
