Abstract

本发明公开一种鸡块对半切割装置,包括机架和输送组件、切割组件、控制面板;输送组件包括输送带、输送轮、输送电机和定位座,机架上架设两个输送轮,输送带绕在两个输送轮上,输送电机驱动输送轮使输送带做由前向后的运输动作,输送带上安装若干定位座,定位座具有两个平行设置的定位片,定位片沿输送带运动的方向延伸,两个定位片之间有切割间隙,定位片的顶部具有定位齿;切割组件包括切刀、转轴和切割电机,机架在输送带的后上方架设转轴,切刀安装在转轴上,且切刀位于输送带后方的切割间隙中,切割电机驱动转轴使切刀旋转;控制面板与输送电机和切割电机连接,并控制通电和工作与否。此装置实现自动切割,提高生产效率,保证切割均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及家禽屠宰加工分割技术,特别涉及一种鸡块对半切割装置。
背景技术
鸡鸭等家禽屠宰后,需要对其进行分割,在分割的过程中,不仅要将家禽按部位进行肢解、分开,还要对一些部位的大块物进行再切割,以满足客户对产品的要求。
现有技术中,大块鸡鸭等的切割一般采用人工用刀逐一切开来完成,这种人工作业方式,存在加工操作麻烦、费时费力、切割不均匀、生产效率低的缺陷。因此,本发明人专门研发了本案的自动切割设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供鸡块对半切割装置,实现自动切割,提高生产效率,保证切割均匀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
鸡块对半切割装置,包括机架和安装在机架上的输送组件和切割组件、控制面板;
输送组件包括输送带、输送轮、输送电机和定位座,机架上架设两个输送轮,输送带绕在两个输送轮上,输送电机驱动输送轮使输送带做由前向后的运输动作,输送带上安装若干定位座,相邻两个定位座之间留有间隙,定位座具有两个平行设置的定位片,定位片沿输送带运动的方向延伸,两个定位片之间有切割间隙,定位片的顶部具有定位齿;
切割组件包括切刀、转轴和切割电机,机架在输送带的后上方架设转轴,切刀安装在转轴上,且切刀位于输送带后方的切割间隙中,切割电机驱动转轴使切刀旋转;
控制面板与输送电机和切割电机连接,由控制面板控制输送电机和切割电机通电和工作与否。
所述定位片沿输送带运动的方向在后端形成止滑块。
所述定位座呈U型,U型的底部固定在输送带上,U型的两侧为平行设置的定位片,U型的两侧顶部形成定位齿。
所述定位座U型底部两边固定挡片。
所述机架上对应定位座U型底部两边安装托板;进一步挡片可以位于定位座U型底部和托板之间。
所述输送带的后下方安装导板。
所述输送组件有两条平行设置的输送带,切割组件有两个切刀与两条输送带的切割间隙对应,机架上在两条输送带的外侧和两条输送带之间都安装托板。
所述机架对应切刀安装防护罩。
采用上述方案后,本发明工作时,由控制面板开启输送电机和切割电机,输送电机驱动输送轮,由输送轮带动输送带做由前向后的运输动作,将待切割的大块物放在定位座上,利用定位齿固定大块物,大块物被输送带运到切刀下方,同时,切割电机驱动转轴,由转轴带动切刀做旋转,高速旋转的切刀对由输送带输送过来的大块物进行切割,将大块物对半切开,被切开后的大块物被继续向后输送,到达输送带的转弯处时,借助重力作用,从输送带上落下,完成大块物的对半切割作业。
本发明的整个过程中,只需将大块物摆放在定位座上,就可以通过输送组件和切割组件协同作业,自动完成对半切割,切割生产效率高,机械切割割口更均匀,保证了分割品质。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,本发明揭示的鸡块对半切割装置,包括机架10和安装在机架10上的输送组件20和切割组件30、控制面板40。
输送组件20包括输送带21、输送轮22、输送电机23和定位座24。机架10上架设两个输送轮22。输送带21绕在两个输送轮22上,此实施例中有两条平行设置的输送带21,提高切割效率。输送电机23通过链条25驱动输送轮22,使输送带21被带动做由前向后的运输动作。输送带21上安装若干定位座24,相邻两个定位座24之间留有间隙,可保证定位座24随输送带21顺利运行(特别是在输送带21的拐弯处),定位座24具有两个平行设置的定位片241,定位片241沿输送带21运动的方向延伸,两个定位片241之间有切割间隙,定位片241的顶部具有定位齿242,定位齿242可以固定大块物,避免大块物在输送和切割过程中发生偏斜。定位座24的具体结构可以呈U型,U型的底部固定在输送带21上,U型的两侧为平行设置的定位片241,U型的两侧顶部形成定位齿242。为了防止大块物卡在输送间隙中,定位座24U型底部两边可以固定挡片243。为了防止鸡块被切割时向后滑,定位片241沿输送带21运动的方向在后端还形成止滑块244。
切割组件30包括切刀31、转轴32和切割电机33,机架10在输送带21的后上方架设转轴32,切刀31安装在转轴32上,且切刀31位于输送带21后方的切割间隙中,切割电机33通过皮带34驱动转轴32,使切刀31被带动做旋转动作。
控制面板40与输送电机23和切割电机33连接,由控制面板40控制输送电机23和切割电机33通电,以及控制输送电机23和切割电机33工作与否。
为了方便将大块物放在输送带21的定位座24上,机架10上固定安装托板11,托板11对应位于定位座24U型底部两边,托板11可以暂时存方大块物;进一步,挡片243可以位于定位座24U型底部和托板11之间。为了提高工作效率,本实施例中,输送组件20有两条平行设置的输送带21,切割组件30有两个切刀31与两条输送带21的切割间隙对应,机架10上在两条输送带21的外侧和两条输送带21之间都安装托板11,即有三块托板11。为了安全生产,机架10对应切刀31安装防护罩13。
为了方便切割后的产品顺利被引导出来,本实施例在输送带21的后下方还安装导板12。
本发明工作时,控制面板40开启输送电机23和切割电机33,输送电机23驱动输送轮22,输送轮22带动输送带21做由前向后的运输动作,将待切割的大块物放在定位座24上,利用定位齿242固定大块物,避免大块物在输送和切割过程中发生偏斜,保证切割准确,大块物被输送带21运到切刀31下方,同时,切割电机33驱动转轴32,转轴32带动切刀31做旋转,高速旋转的切刀31对由输送带21输送过来的大块物进行切割,将大块物对半切开,被切开后的大块物被继续向后输送,到达输送带21的转弯处时,借助重力作用,从输送带21上落下,再由导板12导引出来,落入收集筐14中,完成大块物的对半切割作业。

Claims (9)

1.鸡块对半切割装置,其特征在于:包括机架和安装在机架上的输送组件和切割组件、控制面板;
输送组件包括输送带、输送轮、输送电机和定位座,机架上架设两个输送轮,输送带绕在两个输送轮上,输送电机驱动输送轮使输送带做由前向后的运输动作,输送带上安装若干定位座,相邻两个定位座之间留有间隙,定位座具有两个平行设置的定位片,定位片沿输送带运动的方向延伸,两个定位片之间有切割间隙,定位片的顶部具有定位齿;
切割组件包括切刀、转轴和切割电机,机架在输送带的后上方架设转轴,切刀安装在转轴上,且切刀位于输送带后方的切割间隙中,切割电机驱动转轴使切刀旋转;
控制面板与输送电机和切割电机连接,由控制面板控制输送电机和切割电机通电和工作与否。

5.如权利要求3所述的鸡块对半切割装置,其特征在于:所述机架上对应定位座U型底部两边安装托板。
6.如权利要求3所述的鸡块对半切割装置,其特征在于:所述机架上对应定位座U型底部两边安装托板,定位座U型底部两边固定挡片,挡片位于定位座U型底部和托板之间。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的鸡块对半切割装置,其特征在于:所述机架上对应托板安装遮挡帘。
8.如权利要求1所述的鸡块对半切割装置,其特征在于:所述输送组件有两条平行设置的输送带,切割组件有两个切刀与两条输送带的切割间隙对应,机架上在两条输送带的外侧和两条输送带之间都安装托板。
9.如权利要求1所述的鸡块对半切割装置,其特征在于:所述机架对应切刀安装防护罩。
