Abstract

本发明公开了一种瓦楞纸板切割装置,其技术方案要点是,包括机架、架设于机架上的分切辊和架设于机架上且位于分切辊下方的托辊,分切辊外沿其长度方向间隙设置有若干刀盘,每个刀盘均与分切辊联动连接,且刀盘均固定连接有刀片,托辊上于刀片对应位置处开设有环形切割槽,分切辊轴端连接有第一驱动电机,托辊轴端连接有第二驱动电机,机架上于托盘两侧分别设置有第一连接杆和第二连接杆,托辊下方设置有处于张紧状态的毛皮,毛皮与托辊相互贴合,毛皮的一端卷绕于第一连接杆上,另一端卷绕于第二连接杆上,且托盘由玻璃材料制成。本发明旨在提供一种瓦楞纸板切割装置,能对切割刀片进行及时清理,提升瓦楞纸的切割质量。

一种瓦楞纸板切割装置
技术领域
本发明涉及包装技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种瓦楞纸板切割装置。
背景技术
现有包装技术领域中用的纸箱,通常由瓦楞纸制成,所说的瓦楞纸通常是指瓦楞纸板,瓦楞纸板是由多层波形纸粘合而成的板状物。波形纸的锯齿突起在纸板中形成多个三角区域,从而增强纸板的抗弯折性能,提高纸箱的机械强度,使纸箱能抵受搬运过程中的碰撞和摔跌,较好保护纸箱中的物品。由于瓦楞纸质量较轻,易于制造,因而被作为包装材料而得以广泛应用。由于应用的领域不用,因此需要通过分切装置对瓦楞纸进行不同的裁制。
现有瓦楞纸切割装置其主要结构包括分切辊和位于分切辊下方的托辊,普通的分切刀由刀片和刀盘组成,刀片通过螺钉固定连接于左右两个刀盘中间,刀盘套设于分切辊外,分切辊转动从而带动刀片发生转动,托辊上于刀片转动位置设置有切割槽,瓦楞纸板从分切辊与托辊之间经过,在刀片转动下将宽幅瓦楞纸板进行切割。现有的瓦楞纸切割装置均缺乏刀片清理机构,刀片对瓦楞纸进行切割后,表面残留的纸屑逐渐堆积,导致刀片变钝,使得后续切成的瓦楞纸毛边较多,切口不规整,得到的瓦楞纸不符合要求,从而产生次品,浪费生产劳动力和生产资源,增加生产成本。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种瓦楞纸板切割装置,能对切割刀片进行及时清理,提升瓦楞纸的切割质量。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种瓦楞纸板切割装置,包括机架、架设于机架上的分切辊和架设于机架上且位于所述分切辊下方的托辊,所述分切辊外沿其长度方向间隙设置有若干刀盘,每个所述刀盘均与所述分切辊联动连接,且所述刀盘均固定连接有刀片,所述托辊上于所述刀片对应位置处开设有环形的切割槽,所述分切辊轴端连接有第一驱动电机,其所述托辊轴端连接有第二驱动电机,所述机架上于所述托盘两侧分别设置有第一连接杆和第二连接杆,所述托辊下方设置有处于张紧状态的毛皮,所述毛皮与托辊相互贴合,所述毛皮的一端卷绕于第一连接杆上,另一端卷绕于所述第二连接杆上,且所述托盘由玻璃材料制成。
优选的,相邻所述刀片之间均设置有砂轮,所述的砂轮与瓦楞纸板抵接,所述砂轮与所述分切辊联动连接。
优选的,所述第二驱动电机为伺服电机。
该技术方案与现有技术相比具有:托辊由玻璃材料制成,且在托辊下方设置有张紧状态的毛皮,在第二驱动电机驱动下,托辊转动与毛皮发生摩擦,产生静电,将刀片切割瓦楞纸板后表面残留的纸屑进行吸附,进而能对切割刀片进行及时清理,提升瓦楞纸的切割质量。

具体实施方式
参照图1对本发明一种瓦楞纸板切割装置实施例做进一步说明。
如图1所示,这种瓦楞纸板切割装置包括机架1、架设于机架1上的分切辊2和架设于机架1上且位于分切辊2下方的托辊3,分切辊2外沿其长度方向间隙设置有若干刀盘4,每个刀盘4均与分切辊2联动连接,且刀盘4均固定连接有刀片5,托辊3上于刀片5对应位置处开设有环形切割槽31,分切辊2在第一驱动电机6下转动,进而带动刀盘4上的刀片5进行转动,瓦楞纸板从分切辊2与托辊3之间经过,在刀片5转动下将宽幅瓦楞纸板进行切割,该技术方案中,托辊3轴端设置有第二驱动电机7(为了不影响瓦楞纸板正常裁剪,实现托辊3与分切辊2相对转动,托辊3在实际裁剪过程中转速相对分切辊2较慢),第二驱动电机7带动托辊3做低转速旋转,与下方处于张紧状态的毛皮10发生摩擦生产静电,毛皮10固定于第一连接杆8和第二连接杆9之间,产生的静电将刀片5切割瓦楞纸板后表面残留的纸屑吸附于托辊3外表面,进而能对切割刀片5进行及时清理,提升瓦楞纸的切割质量。
如图1所示,相邻刀片5之间均设置有砂轮11,砂轮11与瓦楞纸板抵接,砂轮11与分切辊2联动连接,砂轮11外表面摩擦系数较高,提供的静摩擦力可以保证切割后的瓦楞纸板沿着固定轨迹向正前方运动,防止其发生偏移,切割时更加顺畅,进而使切割后产生地纸屑尽可能地少,进一步提高切割质量。
作为优选的,第二驱动电机7为伺服电机,伺服电机可以更好地实现托辊3低转速下运动。

1.一种瓦楞纸板切割装置,包括机架、架设于机架上的分切辊和架设于机架上且位于所述分切辊下方的托辊,所述分切辊外沿其长度方向间隙设置有若干刀盘,每个所述刀盘均与所述分切辊联动连接,且所述刀盘均固定连接有刀片,所述托辊上于所述刀片对应位置处开设有环形的切割槽,所述分切辊轴端连接有第一驱动电机,其特征是:所述托辊轴端连接有第二驱动电机,所述机架上于所述托盘两侧分别设置有第一连接杆和第二连接杆,所述托辊下方设置有处于张紧状态的毛皮,所述毛皮与托辊相互贴合,所述毛皮的一端卷绕于第一连接杆上,另一端卷绕于所述第二连接杆上,且所述托盘由玻璃材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸板切割装置,其特征是:相邻所述刀片之间均设置有砂轮,所述的砂轮与瓦楞纸板抵接,所述砂轮与所述分切辊联动连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种瓦楞纸板切割装置,其特征是:所述第二驱动电机为伺服电机。
