Abstract
本发明公开了一种冻肉切块机,包括机体、设在机体上部左端的挡料板、设在挡料板右侧的导向柱、与导向柱相配合的切刀、设在导向柱右侧的导向板,其特征在于,所述机体的上部右端通过支架连接有气缸,该气缸伸缩杆的端部固定连接有推料板,所述气缸的两端分别连接有节流阀,所述节流阀分别于与电磁换向阀连接,该电磁换向阀连接有气压调节阀。本发明的有益效果:实现了冻肉切块的自动化,代替了人工,同时提高了冻肉切块的安全操作,该气缸伸缩的快慢均可根据工作的要求进行方便的调节,满足了工作的各异化要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品加工设备,具体说是一种冻肉切块机。
背景技术
目前,在肉质食品的加工工序中,由于冻肉的切割尺寸不同,肉质的构成不同,因此冻肉的切块工作仍然需要配合手工才能完成。然而,配合手工虽然能够满足不同冻肉的切块要求,但是,该种工作的现状降低了工作的效率,同时增加了劳动成本。
为此,申请人结合现有技术的不足,并在现有技术的基础上做出了相应改进,提出一种新的技术方案,并提供了具备可调节推料装置的冻肉切块机。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种冻肉切块机。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案,包括机体、设在机体上部左端的挡料板、设在挡料板右侧的导向柱、与导向柱相配合的切刀、设在导向柱右侧的导向板,所述机体的上部右端通过支架连接有气缸,该气缸伸缩杆的端部固定连接有推料板,所述气缸的两端分别连接有节流阀,所述节流阀分别于与电磁换向阀连接,该电磁换向阀连接有气压调节阀。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:实现了冻肉切块的自动化,代替了人工,同时提高了冻肉切块的安全操作;该气缸的伸缩的快慢均可根据工作的要求进行方便的调节,满足了工作的各异化要求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括机体1、设在机体1上部左端的挡料板2、设在挡料板2右侧的导向柱3、与导向柱3相配合的切刀4、设在导向柱3右侧的导向板5,所述机体1的上部右端通过支架6连接有气缸7,该气缸伸缩杆8的端部固定连接有推料板9,所述气缸7的两端分别连接有节流阀10,所述节流阀10分别于与电磁换向阀11连接,该电磁换向阀11连接有气压调节阀12。
工作原理:工作时,调压气压调节阀12到气源压力,推料控制开关打开,电磁换向阀11动作,气缸7带动推料板9向前运动,推料板9推动物料进入切块机,物料切割完成后,回程控制开关打开,气缸7带动推料板9向后运动,进入下一工作循环;气缸7的推料速度和回程速度由节流阀10调节。

1.一种冻肉切块机,包括机体、设在机体上部左端的挡料板、设在挡料板右侧的导向柱、与导向柱相配合的切刀、设在导向柱右侧的导向板,其特征在于:所述机体的上部右端通过支架连接有气缸,该气缸伸缩杆的端部固定连接有推料板,所述气缸的两端分别连接有节流阀,所述节流阀分别于与电磁换向阀连接,该电磁换向阀连接有气压调节阀。
