本发明公开了一种直灯管的喷涂工艺,先在灯管内用硅胶涂覆一层硅胶层,并用40‑80℃烘烤10‑15min后,接着荧光粉喷涂液喷涂直灯管内部,其中荧光粉喷涂液:以重量计,荧光粉:聚氧乙烯:去离子水为3‑5:1‑2:10,荧光粉喷涂液喷涂直灯管时,直灯管的一端连接喷浆设备的喷浆口,另一端连接负压装置,喷涂过程中,直灯管以其轴线旋转,同时通入热风干燥10‑15min,涂覆硅胶层的方法和喷涂荧光粉喷涂液的方法一样。本发明能够将荧光粉均匀喷涂灯管内,防止荧光粉层直接和灯管接触,提高了荧光粉的附着均匀性,提高了LED出光质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及喷涂工艺领域,具体涉及一种直灯管的喷涂工艺。
背景技术
传统的荧光粉涂覆方式有三种,分别为点胶法、电泳沉积法、喷涂法。喷涂法是将荧光粉喷涂液用喷枪喷到基板和芯片表面,完成涂层。荧光粉在涂粉过程中,如果工艺不当,会出现眉毛状粉层堆积的问题。现有的涂覆就是将荧光粉直接喷涂在芯片上,荧光粉在芯片上容易附着不均匀,并且这种涂覆方法导致了荧光粉的老化,使得灯变黑。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种直灯管的喷涂工艺,该喷涂工艺能够将荧光粉均匀喷涂灯管内,防止荧光粉层直接和灯管接触,提高了荧光粉的附着均匀性,提高了LED出光质量。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种直灯管的喷涂工艺,先在灯管内用硅胶涂覆一层硅胶层,并用40-80℃烘烤10-15min后,接着荧光粉喷涂液喷涂直灯管内部,其中荧光粉喷涂液:以重量计,荧光粉:聚氧乙烯:去离子水为3-5:1-2:10,荧光粉喷涂液喷涂直灯管时,直灯管的一端连接喷浆设备的喷浆口,另一端连接负压装置,喷涂过程中,直灯管以其轴线旋转,同时通入热风干燥10-15min,涂覆硅胶层的方法和喷涂荧光粉喷涂液的方法一样。
荧光粉喷涂液:将以重量计,荧光粉:硅胶:聚氧乙烯:去离子水为4:1:2:10。
涂覆硅胶层的硅胶中含有四氢呋喃。
硅胶的重量为荧光粉喷涂液重量的10-15%。
热风的送风速度为40-60cm/s。
热风的温度为60-80℃。热风的温度、速度和荧光粉喷涂液的结合,对荧光粉的附着均匀性有着重要的影响。改变其中任何一个因素,都可能影响荧光粉涂层的变化。在热风温度、速度一定的情况下,荧光粉喷涂液的配方不合适,可能导致涂层变薄或者变厚。
本发明的构思在于:在灯管内先涂覆一层硅胶层,使得荧光粉在涂覆的时候,直接涂覆在硅胶层上,而不是和灯管直接接触,这种涂覆方式提高了荧光粉的附着均匀性,防止荧光粉和工作的灯管直接接触,避免了因发热的灯管将荧光粉老化,导致荧光粉失效,灯管变暗的现象发生。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
